Our private roundtrip Cancun airport transfer to Playa Del Carmen went perfect. Excellent text communication, both quick and professional with updates throughout the process for both airport and hotel pickup. Both drivers were friendly and courteous and drove safely the entire time. Would definitely book again.

We booked our rides Within Cancun with GoMexTour and had great experiences. One of our drivers even told us about Cancun as we went through, pointing out points of interest. Also, WhatsApp communication was great. Before & during our stay. We got updates about our drivers' arrival in advance. They were flexible to pick us up later when I was offered late checkout so we could enjoy the resort longer. The communication, organization, punctuality and flexibility were all great. Good AC in each van, too.

My flight was returned to my home airport due to a cracked windshield. I called to inform Viator, but could not provide them a new arrival time as the airline was unable to provide one. When a new flight was finally arranged, I called again to report the new ETA. I stayed on the call with them trying to figure out next steps, but they were unable to help me, and then I I had to end the call to get on the plane (30-40 minutes later). When I landed in Cancun, I had no transportation, no one to help and had to pay $120 for a taxi to get to my hotel. I received no reimbursement or credit and was promised a form to pursue reimbursement, which was never provided.
I have used Viator in the past, with positive results. This situation was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Our experience was amazing! Waiting for us when we got our bags from baggage claim (even though the baggage claim process was a little long) and was on time for our pick up from the resort. Drivers were very polite and courteous! Will definitely use this company again.

Fantastic communication through the viator app at all stages of the transfer process. My only note is that the driver and vehicle did not have the company name that I was given printed on anything so I questioned that. However he had all the correct information and delivered us safely to our resort. The driver was courteous and friendly.

Our college age daughter’s friend’s flight was canceled last minute and she had to do the first day in Cancun by herself. This service provided a flexible schedule change for her, reliable/professional driver and a nice (newer) air conditioned car for the ride to the hotel. We and she felt very safe and comfortable, given that she was unexpectedly by herself. Thank you!

Rosendo Ramirez (?) was there to meet us. Someone was available & communicating with me the entire time as we were arriving. Rosendo apologized for speaking very little English and we apologized for speaking very little Spanish! Main thing - he was there waiting for us. He was friendly, drove safely & got us to our hotel with no problems. Highly recommend GoMexTours!

Driver was on time, very courteous. The van was clean. Driver explained how long it would take to get to the hotel and have us waters for the trip. As we saw things he would explain about them.
