What are people saying about Puerto Rico

Absolute Must if Visiting the Rainforest
We had an absolute blast on this tour! I will echo other reviewers and say it is very physically taxing/ demanding and you should be in decent shape! Our guide Miguelito (Little Mike) was outstanding! I'm so glad we didn't try to tackle the rainforest on our own. He made the trip so enjoyable and was very knowledgeable. Not sure if all guides do this but he filmed so much of it and air dropped the videos to each group. He also let us store personal items in his trunk during our tour. There's really no need to have anything on your person. If you do need to travel with anything, make sure it's water proof. We opted for waterproof phone cases and they were great. Water shoes HIGHLY recommended. You are completely drenched the whole time. If you bring towels don't bring them with you, leave them on the bus. The lunch they take you to afterwards is SO good. They take credit card. I'm including that because it's something I was worried about and brought cash and card because i didn't read it in any reviews....There is also a bar there and the drinks were so good! Overall 10/10 experience. Highly recommend!

Fun Mixology Class
The Bacardi location is approximately 15 minutes away from Old San Juan. We arrived and the location was very nice and picturesque. We arrived at the Pavilion, given wristbands and were each provided with a token for a free drink. Don't forget to bring your ID'S or you will be waiting at the Pavilion for your friends or family to return from the class. The drinks at the Bar were very good, especially the Mojito and Daquiri. We were then escorted to the Bacardi building where the Mixology class took place. Our instructor made the class so much fun. Ironically, we learned how to make the Mojito and Daquiri as well as enjoy the. After the class, we stopped in the Bacardi Gift Shop. And if you wanted you could go back to the Bar at the Pavilion and enjoy more drinks. If you have the time, enjoy this class at Bacardi.

The tour guide was very...
The tour guide was very knowledgeable, helpful, and kept everyone safe. The walk wasn’t very long and the rainforest was beautiful. The beach wasnt crowded at all, and the area was very clean. The restaurants were great too! Definitely a highlight of our trip. Thank you to Brandon, our tour guide!

Cave Exploration
We went on this tour with teens. One said it was the best thing he has ever done. There's hiking, swimming, cliff jumping, waterfalls. It was the best tour of our vacation. I would do it again. Airam was awesome, he's a local and have been swimming this area since he was 11. Perfect guide. Very attentive and careful also. The scenery was breathtaking and the entire experience a must.

Puerto Rico is one of those special places where all types of travelers feel at home—from nature lovers to city slickers, beachgoers to hikers. The small island packs a big punch in the outdoor adventure department, with expert guides ready to take you deep into the rainforest and on (or under) the water. You can also find Puerto Rico tours that showcase the island’s architecture and culture, or more food-focused excursions that let you sample crispy lechón, beef-filled alcapurria, and at least a couple of rum cocktails.
