An activity you cannot miss when experiencing Puerto Rico!

This experience was incredible and worth every penny spent. Our tour guide Sean was fun, respectful, and very knowledgeable. He took the “touristy” feel away from this trip and made it something really special, showing us so many beautiful things and also providing us a bit of fascinating information about Puerto Rico’s history in the process. As daunting as some of the pictures from the reviews seem at first glance, Sean was able to set a comfortable pace and allow everybody to safely make the most of each experience. I was able to safely use my phone for a majority of the tour. For the areas that were better not to have your phone on you (swimming in the river), they also use a waterproof GoPro to provide videos and photos of those experiences for you. For those who are also interested in Puerto Rico’s wildlife, I was told that the night tours are especially great for seeing more of nature’s creatures! That will be my next booking. :) Make sure you have water socks or sturdy shoes that you don’t mind getting wet. There is some climbing involved and loose river rocks at times so good footwear is really important. There are clean, safe restrooms available at the start/finish of the tour, so a spare change of clothes and a towel are definitely helpful as well.

What a time we had!! My...

What a time we had!! My family and I were off to a rough start, hitting traffic we thought for sure we would miss out. Bryan was kind enough to communicate and wait for us to arrive and we did right on time. We were so grateful. We trailed the rainforest with Jeremy, who stopped along the way with fun facts. He made us feel safe, was always available to help in the tough climbs and then so fun watch him enjoy the slides, jumps and rope swings with us. They then took us to an amazing lunch spot where we not only enjoyed a tasty lunch but where we had the BEST fresh fruit smoothie I have ever had!!!! Would definitely recommend to anyone considering venturing the rainforest!

Awesome Variety Tour!

We had a great experience on this tour, thanks to Coralys & Rafy!!! They made us feel safe in an unknown space, and were extra hands when needed as we were traveling with our 7 and 10 year old. We had a wonderful experience for a great price. It helped make our family vacation one to remember. Coralys and Rafy were very high energy, making the bus drive fun and lively. They were also very knowledgeable about the locations covered in the tour. We especially enjoyed the wealth knowledge Coralys provided during the tour of Old SJ, even the littles enjoyed learning… Gracias por todo!

Fun Experience

Fun filled, high spirited tour with hands on cocktail crafting. Our instructor/class mixologist, Amber did a great job interacting with the class and keeping us entertained. The staff at the welcome/check in desk promptly and enthusiastically greeted us. The bartenders under the pavilion were friendly. The grounds were nicely manicured and the different public areas were well labeled. Restrooms were clean!! I love the covered waiting areas for taxi and ride share waiting. Lots of picture taking opportunities.

We had a great time and Eli was a wonderful tour guide! He was so down to earth and social and made the experience so much more fun. He took us on trails and we were able to stop and look at the scenery. Beautiful location and the restaurant attached is amazing and such a perfect end to be able to have a late lunch. The food was amazing! Will definitely be coming back when we return to PR!

"Must do" experience

Fun experience. Kayaking through the mangrove "tunnel" at night was as fun as seeing the little bioluminescent plankton. Conditions for the plankton weren't at their best. Nevertheless, we were able to see plenty of the little critters lighting up like sparkles. Guides Francisco, Mario and Izabel were helpful, friendly and fun. They made it a great experience.

This is the best experience and especially if you know how to swim it will be even more adventurous on the depths that you can go. I'm happy to recommend this vender to you all looking for a fantastic water experience. The sights are breathtaking and you will not be disappointed. It was a perfect day a little cloudy but the water was calm and the guide was very experienced and professional along with the entire team. Whether you're a beginner or expert swimmer I felt safe and the whole experience I would do it all over again and recommend this excursion to everyone even children. Being able to swim is a plus but not a deal breaker because the staff gives you life jackets. Great experience and I love the amount of time they give you to explore. 10 out 10 experience and recommendation.

My friend & I had an...

My friend & I had an amazing experience! Every crew member on the catamaran made sure everyone had a good time. For lunch they prepped everything so we can make our sandwiches with chips & the drinks were truly unlimited the whole time. After lunch they took us to a different island we can snorkel at & all equipment was provided (fins, googles & floaties for those who aren’t great swimmers like me lol). Definitely recommending them to everyone!

Mom’s 56th Birthday Trip.

Our experience was wonderful! Seth, our instructor/tour guide was AMAZING!! He was very welcoming, friendly, and kind. His instructions when arriving at the waterfall were easy to follow and helpful to us as well as other visitors who weren’t included in our group. We booked this trip for my mom’s birthday. She has a fear of being in water where her feet can’t touch the floor and Seth helped her conquer her fear. He even got her to jump off a high rock (we’d never thought we would see the day). That’s how safe we all felt with him. We enjoyed every moment and are recommending our friends and family because of Seth. Thank you so much for this experience! We had a blast!!!

Best day ever

Great trip! So wonderful we booked again when we return in the fall! Hectmar and the crew were wonderful, caring and informative. The lunch and drinks were delicious and the wildlife we saw was amazing! 6 turtles, a stingray, a shark, a barracuda, many fish and a mama and baby dolphin.

Would do again

So much fun and scary at first but the drinks help for sure! the people working are awesome so much fun and so much energy! The food was pretty good . Did miscalculate one of the dinners but we got that sorted out. Hard to find parking and no one answers the phone unfortunately . But once you’re there it’s an awesome experience!

Great tour

I think it's great that we go the speed we go. It took me a while to adjust but I got a hang on it. I definitely will book this tour again when I visit. I think my favorite part was the animals lol. I recommend hydrating beforehand. One lady at check in was not the best, I asked if my name was called & she sarcastically said, "its 2:50, they start calling at 3" but my guide said he was calling me for a few minutes :/ 🤔 anyways Javier was a great guide, he was losing patience in the beginning because I was slow, but he then motivated me and helped me and I became much better as time went on. Definitely worth it.
