Beautiful Gorge Experience Led by Knowledgeable, Helpful Staff

We visited on March 20, 2026 as a family of four (2 adults and 2 teens), and had a fantastic experience. The whole area was beautiful, but our favorite part by far was the gorge—the views were absolutely stunning and it was the one thing everyone agreed we’d come back for. The tour staff were incredibly informative and helpful, taking the time to explain the history, point out key features, and share safety tips that made us feel comfortable throughout the visit. They answered all our questions with patience, tailored the tour to our everyone’s pace, and even gave us great suggestions for the best spots to stop and take photos. Overall, this was a perfect day trip for a family with teenagers. Between the breathtaking scenery of the gorge and the knowledgeable, friendly staff, we left feeling both entertained and well informed—and we’d highly recommend it to other families.

Amazing afternoon!

We had such an amazing day with Fares, our guide!! He was informative, interesting, and super friendly! He did wonderful with our 12-year-old who had never been on a bike tour before. We were able to see so much in two hours! The biking was a mild to moderate workout which felt great to our family of four. The views were beautiful!! We learned a lot and it was one of the highlights of our vacation! Thank you Fares :)

Unforgettable Adventure!

Amazing experience from start to finish! The crew from the Sanae boat so obviously cared about marine life. Luckily, we were able to see sperm whales the day we went. Even if you don’t, you will enjoy the ride and the beauty of where the Caribbean meets the Atlantic. This was our family of 4 favorite experience of our lovely Dominica visit.

Experience of a lifetime!

We had a great time on this tour, our tour guide was a local and definitely knew how to navigate the streets and provided great commentary along the way. Our guide was Kurt, and I can’t say enough good about him taking the time to ensure everybody was comfortable and safe. Swimming to the waterfall in the slot canyon was an experience of a lifetime!

Fun trip, laughing the whole way

Awesome experience! Pepper got us started early to avoid crowds at the Emerald Pool (our favorite stop!). Good family tour

Naithan loves Dominica and he is an excellent guide. I was very impressed at Titou gorge. 1st off he timed it so we weren’t in there with a lot of other people. I am a curvy lady and got me up to the waterfall. He knew where to step along the ledge. I also watched as he assisted an elderly couple (not in our group) through a tough spot. I thought that was sweet and professional. He also took us to a sulphur spring that we had to ourselves during a busy port day. My only regret is not bringing home a Dominica sweatshirt because we fell in love with the island. I believe that is because of Naithan.

Great mix of sights of northern Dominica

We had a lovely day exploring the north part of the island. Learned about the history of the island with a nice tour of fort Shirley. Kenny our guide was friendly and knowledgeable and make the experience enjoyable. Highlight included a boat ride down the Indian River with our guide Rosco who made the trip fun!!

Great tour and excellent guide

We very much enjoyed our private tour with the family run business of Majestic Tours and our guide Bert. He happily shared so much information/knowledge of the island with us. It was a pleasure to spend a few hours seeing parts of Dominica with this lovely guy. Bert kindly bought us some local food and took some lovely photographs. We saw the gorgeous Trafalgar Falls and stunning views from Morne Bruce. We visited the botanical gardens and sulphur springs and drove along to Champagne Reef. We had a lovely time exploring Dominica with our great guide Bert. We would strongly recommend this excellent tour with Bert.

This is a once in a...

This is a once in a lifetime experience!! Joshua and Danielle our guides were amazing. If you are an adventurous person this is a MUST. We did this as an excursion instead of booking with our cruise ship. I wore closed-toed water shoes but you definitely want something with more grip: sneakers, or hiking shoes that are okay getting completely submerged. They provide all the equipment and wet suits. BRING A WATER PROOF CAMERA CASE!! So glad I did, I got some amazing pictures and videos! Overall 12/10 recommend

Once in a lifetime experience!

Everything was great! We saw the whales, and overall it was a beautiful experience. The only thing I didn’t really like was the communication with the guide, as he was a bit impolite. But since the main goal was accomplished, we just didn’t pay much attention and enjoyed the moment hahaha.

Wonderful three hour tour hitting the highlights in the rainforest area of Dominica. Majestic is a small family tour company and we were fortunate to have Paula (the mother) as our driver and guide. she was wonderful and full of knowledge. Highly recommend if you want an overview of Dominica and the lushness that makes up this island.
