Edward our tour guides was very informative about the history of the island. He is down to earth and funny. The views of the cave, forest and rivers were spectacular. I would recommend it to anyone who ready for a cute little adventure.

It Was A Great Experience even though the Current Weather Limited us but, the Tour Guide ForeKnowledge of Safer Locations was still able to have a Great Experience

You must have water shoes or tennis shoes. This is not for non active ppl. The trails are narrow and steep. This is a high exertion activity. We are all 60 and over and we did it! But it was definitely pushing our limits!! Ariam was amazing and patient and helped us immensely- he is an awesome guide.

Wow! Book this now! Alexis was our tour guide and would 10/10 recommend him and this trip. It was so cool exploring, hiking, and swimming. At the end we got to hang out where the locals are and had the best time. You can tell Alexis really enjoys what he does and showing the beauty of his home. Such a beautiful place and would do this excursion again!
Some notes on the excursion- There is a mandatory 8ft ish jump into the water you have to do. All other jumps are optional. The hiking isn’t bad but you are walking on and over slippery and uneven surfaces. Along with a steep decline/incline walk from the parking area to where the hike begins. There is a bunch of swimming so if you’re not a stronger swimmer, I would suggest a life vest. Plenty of breaks and areas to stand though.

This is a magical experience. There is a bit of walking on some inclines…and the trails are “natural”. The requirement for good water proof shoes should not be taken lightly! You’re definitely going to get them wet and swim with them on! Bring dry clothes for the ride back to the city!

After payment was received I received confirmation email with detailed meet up information. I waited at the meet location. For 30 minutes. I contacted customer service who informed me that my tour guide never received information for my tour.

Hello Ms. Saunders. Although I did feel very bad about leaving you guys hanging that day my company never got a notification for a last minute booking that day. It was a glitch on the booking app that tripadvisor uses for suppliers like myself. There is nothing else I can say or it would be a lie. I got in touch with TripAdvisor and got the issue resolved that same day. Im truly sorry that happened and I know my apologies dont do much right now but some things are out of our control. I refunded you every last dollar you paid, and again, sorry

We knew we were going to have a great time once we met our tour guides, John & Airam. They were punctual, friendly, informative and accommodating. They took us in air conditioned vehicles to the caves where our adventure began. This is not for the faint of heart, there will be some hiking and one small cliff dive. But no need to worry, our group had a 7 year old, and she was able to do everything plus more with no trouble! Plus, John & Airam were there every step of the way guiding and helping anyone that needed an extra hand / boost.
This was truly the highlight of our trip, it's a must do!

#TeamEdward!! One Thousand % book this activity!! So worth every penny! We had a great time jumping from the cliffs, swimming down the river, seeing lizards, little turtles and fish. Puerto Rico history lesson 101. Seriously book it.

We had Hazael as our guide and we loved him!!! He was so fun and good at explaining everything to us as we went along. We had our 9 year old with us and it was such a fun experience for him swimming through the caves and jumping off the cliffs! Hazel took pictures and videos for us all along the way as well! Highly recommend!

Our tour guide Airam was amazing and experienced. He grew up in the area and he took us where Bad Bunny’s childhood home. This Cave adventure is not for someone who’s not physically fit, we need to hike down the hill to the first cave. Airam was guiding us metrically down the hill to the cave. It’s a mandatory jump off the cliff about 12 ft down to the cave. It was my first jump off any cliff big or small in my life, I was super nervous but it was exhilarating at the same time. I definitely rank this trip top 3 of the list of all time! Bring water shoes!

You would never know such natural beauty was so close to San Juan. Our guide Sarah was outstanding, she was very knowledgeable of plants and animals we encountered, as well as the history of the area. Her personality and witty sense of humor added to our incredible surroundings.

I had the best time during our excursion. Our tour guide Alexis was amazing. He was super cool and very knowledgeable. The waterfall and caves are so beautiful and it’s definitely an amazing experience. If you’re going to do one excursion in PR, I highly recommend this.

It was a Beautiful experience . I traveled with my 14 year old And 6 year old and they had a really nice time. Their favorite part was jumping from the cliffs. Fabiola was such an awesome tour guide. She made our experience one to remember.

Sarah was the best tour guide! We let her know that we weren't strong swimmers, and she made sure that we were comfortable at every turn. We even jumped 8 feet into the water! She was funny, kind, knowledgeable and passionate about Puerto Rico. The caves were unbelievable and we saw bats! We even got to meet Bilbo, a local that saved us from a horrendous walk back to our vehicle. Definitely seek her out!

This is not a trip for the feint of heart! Lots of walking over vines and slippery rocks! Alexis, our guide, was amazing, telling us exactly where to step and giving a helping hand. Need to be fair-moderately fit and able to get around!

We went on this tour with teens. One said it was the best thing he has ever done. There's hiking, swimming, cliff jumping, waterfalls. It was the best tour of our vacation. I would do it again. Airam was awesome, he's a local and have been swimming this area since he was 11. Perfect guide. Very attentive and careful also. The scenery was breathtaking and the entire experience a must.
