Great experience from start to finish. Our tour guides Hector, Jose and Nat were the best! Snorkeling was a good time, not too taxing, saw some sea turtles. Flamenco Beach was beautiful. We rented chairs and umbrellas. We were lucky to have a great weather day. Would definitely recommend

Great time. The current was a bit tough going out but we saw a little of everything including 5 or so turtles and a few baby turtles 🐢. The beach was amazing and the time provided there was perfect. Loved the extra hour to check out downtown Culebra before heading back.

Absolutely amazing experience! Our guides were Adrianna, Edgardo, Emilio and Gina. Adrianna did most of the talking for the day. She taught us about the culture, facts about Culebra and Puerto Rico. We felt so safe snorkelling. Our guides were very attentive and pointed out wildlife. We saw 3 turtles! After, Flamenco beach was so beautiful and it was fun exploring Culebra at the end of the day. It was a 10/10 trip and our guides were superb!! I highly recommend this excursion.

No digital album given

I traveled with friends and did not receive the digital album. I was on the ferry back when I remembered. Others on the trip did not receive it either. I messaged days ago and have not gotten a response.

Something that’s not...

Sharvari_K, Apr 2026
Something that’s not being mentioned in the description is that you need to know swimming and the snorkeling water is supposed to 25-30 feet deep. We also felt the instructors were very rude and non friendly and did not care if we were able to follow them. We would not have booked this tour if we known that the water is deep and instructors are rude. We could not complete the tour but would have appreciated if they could have helped us a little bit to show something around.

Snorkel and beach

daniel_g, Apr 2026
Good trip. We spend just the right amount of time at both places. The snorkeling was pretty good but not quite as much to see as I have seen on other trips. The beach was amazing. I heard that the snorkeling at the beach was even better than the snorkel spot. Guides were fun, friendly, and informative

Culebra Island

So much fun, the tour guides were so friendly and kind and gave a lot of insight about the island itself. You don’t want to miss an opportunity like this!

Just go!

Cancelled at the last minute.

Marcey_W, Apr 2026
They were great about sending all of the information that we needed. We didn’t get to go because they cancelled at 7:45 for an 8 am start due to weather. We were already there and waiting. They did offer a rebook or full refund.

Response from Host, Apr 2026

Thank you for your feedback—we really appreciate you highlighting the communication you received leading up to the tour. We truly understand how frustrating it must have been to already be on-site and ready to go, only for the experience to be cancelled shortly before departure. While we always aim to make weather-related calls as early as possible, there are situations where conditions shift quickly, and for everyone’s safety, a last-minute decision becomes necessary. We’re glad to hear our team was able to promptly offer you the option to reschedule or receive a full refund, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused to your plans. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back on a future visit and provide you with the full experience under better conditions 🌊

Fantastic Day!

Austin_O, Apr 2026
This tour was probably the best part of our trip! We picked this primarily for the sea turtle portion and it did not dissapoint! Natalia was our primary guide for the trip and lead the snorkeling which was awesome. I bought a waterproof cover for my phone so was lucky enough to get some great pictures- but the tour group also took some and sent them to us. ***A WARNING TO PARENTS***- the age range is 6+ for this excursion, the swim is a bit long (we were up against the current for the first part) and my 6 year old struggled and I would consider her a relatively stronger swimmer. The guides were great, patient and helpful- but if your kid is still in the early stages of learning, this is probably NOT the tour to do. My 8 year old did fine. The rest of the day at Flamenco Beach was also great, the views and the water are insanely beautiful. You can rent umbrellas/chairs- we did the "combo" which was 2 loungers and an umbrella. I read that some people had some issues with the Ferry, we did not experience any of that, they kept us right on schedule and no issues. I would recommend this to anyone going to PR on vacation!

Book it!

In Love

Visiting Culebra was the best choice of our trip. The tour guides were fenomenal, knowlegable and very patient. The snorkeling was great and Flamenco Beach outstanding. I will definetlay come back.

Unfortunately the tide...

Megan_M, Apr 2026
Unfortunately the tide was too high so our experience was pretty much a total loss other than some pretty views. I feel like the owners should have canceled the trip and hopefully will choose to refund some of the money since we did not get to do anything as planned. We could not go in the water at all.

Last minute disappointment

Alexa_R, Mar 2026
Our snorkeling trip was canceled less than an hour before we were supposed to arrive to the ferry, which took us 1.5 hours to drive to, with not much of an explanation. If it were to be because of weather or the crew had an emergency, that would have been understandable but that did not seem to be the case. While this was disappointing, it did seem like tour company was otherwise very good, responsive via text and sending multiple reminder and preparation emails. Just bummed because I was really looking forward to some good snorkeling during my visit to PR :(

Be prepared to swim

Francine_B, Mar 2026
Great tour guides, Flamenco Beach was beautiful. The snorkeling part was ok. Be prepared to swim from the shore to the reef and turtle sightings, about 3/4 of a mile.

Best tours in Puerto Rico!!

Jovita_K, Mar 2026
Best tour ever inPuerto Rico!! Great instructors and they were knowledgeable!!! Martha and Jose!!! I would choose this guide again. Highly recommended!!!

Challenging Swim

Karen_M, Mar 2026
The swimming portion of this trip is more difficult than I expected. You must swim from shore to the open water, a ways from where you enter the water. It is a distance, against the current and on a windy day can be very challenging. Every snorkeling trip I have ever done has been a drop off from a boat in the open water and typically with more calm waters. I did see 4 sea turtles, but had expected more, as well as more fish. I was not prepared for such a difficult swim. The trip to Flamenco Beach was beautiful. Be aware that a limited number of shops will be open at Flamenco Beach and downtown ferry area if taking the trip on a Sunday.

Good Tour but too long

Christy_C, Mar 2026
Good Experience, But your seemed too long. At end of tour, most of group waiting at beach for bus, then taken to ferry to wait for another 1 hour. 2 hours snorkeling and 2 hours beach would have been plenty. 3 hours for each felt excessive for me and many others on the group. Guides great. I would do similar on my own next time.

Last-Minute Cancellation Due to Overbooking

Minjia_W, Mar 2026
We were contacted at 11 PM the night before our tour was scheduled to start and told that it had been overbooked and our reservation was canceled. At the same time, Viator still showed the tour as running as usual. We had to make multiple late-night calls and send numerous messages just to understand what was happening. The refund process took far too long, and no compensation was offered, despite overbooking being entirely the operator’s responsibility. Airlines typically provide compensation in these situations, so it’s reasonable to expect similar accountability here. This last-minute cancellation significantly disrupted our trip and caused unnecessary stress. Very disappointing experience.

Todd_L, Mar 2026
Great experience. You get both highlight activities on Culebra- Flamingo beach and snorkeling. We saw sea turtles.! Usually there are 2 groups and 1 group does one thing while the others do opposite. The snorkeling is about 45 minutes in the water and reasonably taxing because you have to swim out quite a distance- but the guides were always there to help!

Response from Host, Mar 2026

Thank you for the great review! 😊 We’re so glad you had a fun and well-rounded day exploring Culebra. Getting to enjoy both snorkeling and relaxing at beautiful spots like Flamenco Beach really makes the trip special. Thanks as well for mentioning the swimming portion — it’s definitely an active experience, and we’re happy to hear the guides were there to help throughout. We truly appreciate the feedback and are glad you had such a great time 🌊🐢✨

It was an amazing experience that I would definitely do again and recommend when u come to culebra island.

Go!

Joseph_W, Mar 2026
Fun experience with teens. Note- you are not jumping off aof a boat you will need to to swim out into the ocean from land. Still fun and kids loved it. We saw a nurse shark, fancy fish and 3 turtles which one happened to be a cute little baby. Flamenco beach is a MUST!

Worth Every Penny

Michelle_H, Feb 2026
Absolutely recommend! The guides were friendly and knowledgeable about the reef and fish. We saw several turtles and stingray too! The beach was amazing and quiet. Everything we wanted for a full day of fun.

Must book

Skye_B, Feb 2026
Great time. Our tour guides were amazing, great personalities! Enjoyed this trip so much! The island was amazing just overall a 5 star experience. One sea turtle came up to get some air right in front of me. Amazing experience

The tour guides were very...

Eric_M, Feb 2026
The tour guides were very friendly and helpful. Flamenco Beach was fantastic! The snorkeling portion was really more for experienced swimmers- not for beginners. Even some of the adults had trouble keeping up. But, they still enjoyed it very much. My son and I did not snorkel as I was not comfortable going out so far into the ocean, and it was the first time for my son as well and he would never have kept up. Otherwise, we enjoyed extra beach time. I would have preferred to do the snorkeling portion first since afterwards there were no showers to freshen up.

Not the value for the cost, especially if you are expecting a lot of time with the turtles!!!

lindsay_m, Feb 2026
Not the value for the cost of the trip. If you are looking for a ride on the magic short bus to a snorkeling experience, then dropped off at the beach and back to the ferry this is for you. We weren't impressed with trip for the cost and this is why: once at snorkeling the guide moves quick in the water so try to keep up, you spend more time in the coral reef then in the turtle area which is the main purpose we went on the tour, once the guide found 2 turtles they just sat and floated didnt try and further, then it was time to head and in to the beach they quickly let you get a puch or water and snack and the bus was there to pick you up. once on the bus they the you to the beach and just drop you off for 3 hours while the guides chill at the beach then back on the bus to downtown where there is a shop or 2 and a few bars or food options in the last 30 mins so be quick. Not well organized with time per activity. should be more time with the turtles and less time at flamenco which is nice but nothing special for 3 hours. the tour guides were nice.

Beautiful but dependent on ferry is downside

Victoria_R, Feb 2026
Was amazing to see multiple sea turtles on the snorkeling part, and Flamenco beach was beautiful which had some huts for merchandise, food, and drinks. But the flag was red but so we could only go in so far. The only real downside and loss of a star was the ferry. To be there an hour early was ridiculous enough then to be delayed to board the ferry (for no reason explained and it was a BEAUTIFUL DAY) then ferry took an hour and half to get to Culebra... So our snorkeling portion was cut VERY short. Our tour guides were AMAZING! Kayaking Puerto Rico highly recommend.. they had nothing to do with the ferry but definitely a disappointment due to ferry delay.

Culebra

Enjoyed this tour 100%. Our tour guides were great, informative and funny. Such a good time. We were able to see several turtles.
