Make your way to the Ceiba Ferry Terminal to begin your day's snorkeling and city tour adventure. Check in with the host, who fills you in on the day's details. Be sure to bring a swimsuit, towel, and sun protection; it is recommended to eat a hearty breakfast to fuel you up for the day's activities ahead.
Board the ferry for the ride to Culebra, relax and enjoy the tropical scenery on the way. You are met by a guide as you disembark, then check in at the adventure center and munch some provided snacks as you complete some paperwork. Restrooms and changing areas are available onsite.
Upon arrival, hop on our bus for a guided tour of the island, starting in the town of Dewey and ending at Tamarindo beach. Next, snorkel through the calm, warm waters of the Luis Pena Marine Reserve. In the company of your guide, see impressive coral formations and schools of tropical fish before heading to shore for some snacks and refreshments. Rest a bit while your guide fills you in on the history and ecosystem of Culebra, then head back into the water to explore the seagrass beds frequented by stingrays, green and hawksbill turtles.
Continue to Flamenco Beach, where you can purchase food for lunch and relax in the sun. Your guide meets you at the Flamenco Beach parking lot for the trip back to the Culebra Ferry Terminal, after which you travel back to Ceiba.

- Please do not bring valuables or anything that cannot get wet—everything you take may get wet and lost items are hard to recover.
- Parking: Follow Ferry Terminal signs to the parking lot; after parking, take the shuttle to the Ferry Terminal entrance.

This tour was probably the best part of our trip! We picked this primarily for the sea turtle portion and it did not dissapoint! Natalia was our primary guide for the trip and lead the snorkeling which was awesome. I bought a waterproof cover for my phone so was lucky enough to get some great pictures- but the tour group also took some and sent them to us.
***A WARNING TO PARENTS***- the age range is 6+ for this excursion, the swim is a bit long (we were up against the current for the first part) and my 6 year old struggled and I would consider her a relatively stronger swimmer. The guides were great, patient and helpful- but if your kid is still in the early stages of learning, this is probably NOT the tour to do. My 8 year old did fine.
The rest of the day at Flamenco Beach was also great, the views and the water are insanely beautiful. You can rent umbrellas/chairs- we did the "combo" which was 2 loungers and an umbrella.
I read that some people had some issues with the Ferry, we did not experience any of that, they kept us right on schedule and no issues.
I would recommend this to anyone going to PR on vacation!

The tour was great. Communication was solid and we knew when and where to meet at every step. There was a good balance of guided stuff and exploring on our own. Guides were very friendly and knowledgeable and wanted to ensure you were having the time you expected. Would definitely recommend this tour.

The beach was beautiful but experience was not. Was not informed that more than half of our trip was canceled untill we arrived. Guilds dropped us off at the beach with no directions or shows us the rest of the island. My boyfriend and I explored more with a taxi and found our guilds doing tours and excursions with others not in our group that was planned for us. Nothing was provided for us. On postive note locals were extremely friendly. I will never use this company again. Asking for full refund plus

I was under the impression a boat will take us to the coral reef to snorkel with the sea animals. When we got there they told us we have to swim out in the middle of the ocean to get to the coral reef lol. I am not a good swimmer at all but I’m also not afraid of the water. Jose, Chris, and Natalia were all amazing especially Natalia. I expressed to her how I can’t swim and paid extra attention to me and my disadvantage. She gave me an additional life jacket and I was able to join the others for the amazing snorkeling experience and did not feel left out. I felt safe knowing and seeing what great swimmers all of the tour guides were. That helped me not be as nervous doggy paddling out into the middle of the ocean. Overall amazing and most importantly safe experience.

We celebrated our first wedding anniversary on June 11 with Kayaking Puerto Rico | Snorkeling & Bio Bay Tours and it was the perfect way to mark such a special occasion. The staff was friendly, professional and made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish.
The snorkeling spots were absolutely beautiful, with crystal-clear waters, I saw Doris of Nemo Movie and amazing scenery. The guides were knowledgeable, attentive and made everyone feel safe and comfortable throughout the tour.
This adventure became one of the highlights of our anniversary trip and created memories that we will cherish for years to come. Thank you for helping make our first wedding anniversary so special. Really fun adventure for the day the snorkeling was amazing and the instructor really cares for the safety of the participants not to mention how beautiful the sights were. This was followed by a trip to the breathtaking flamenco beach and the local food stands. Afterwards you have some time in the downtown area to eat and gift shop to your hearts content. Overall great outing for people of all ages and the tour guides were great. Only un-enjoyable part was the ferry; it is 1hr+ of pretty rough waters especially going against the current to the island. Make sure you bring nausea medicine or money to buy some before departure👍🏿

The snorkeling was fabulous. Our guide Jose was so much fun and pointed out all the wild life to us. We were able to see turtles in the wild. The beach was a let down we were dropped off for 3 hours in an area with 3 restaurants and a beach. It poured the entire time so we spent 3 hour huddled next to a bunch of other people waiting for our ride.

We had a really great time on this excursion, and the guides were an absolute pleasure. We were able to see and swim with sea turtles during the snorkeling tour. If you're looking for snorkeling with a history lesson and tour of a beautiful town, then finish the day off with some relaxing time on the most beautiful beach you will likely ever experience in Flaminco Beach, definitely book this excursion. You won't be disappointed!

Very fun day filled with lots to do. We started with the ferry and then snorkeling in a bay. We saw sea turtles, fish and a stingray. Then we relaxed on flamenco beach and then had a little time in the small downtown before we caught the ferry back. The guides Nora and Sebastian were great!

Our Culebra snorkeling and Flamenco Beach tour was absolutely phenomenal, and the biggest reason was the amazing crew: Nora, Sebastian, and Christian!
From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcomed, cared for, and excited for the adventure ahead. Their kindness, professionalism, and positive energy truly set the tone for the entire day. They went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable, safe, and having the best possible experience.
The snorkeling was incredible, and their guidance made it enjoyable for both experienced snorkelers and beginners. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and always nearby to help, answer questions, and point out marine life. We felt completely at ease knowing we were in such capable hands.
And can we talk about the snacks? Everything was thoughtfully prepared and perfectly timed throughout the trip. It may seem like a small detail, but it made a huge difference and showed how much they care about their guests’ comfort and enjoyment.
Flamenco Beach was every bit as breathtaking as everyone says, but having such a wonderful crew elevated the experience from great to unforgettable. Nora, Sebastian, and Christian clearly love what they do, and their enthusiasm and hospitality shine through in every interaction.

Our family had an amazing time on this excursion in Culebra. The snorkeling experience was great, and we were lucky enough to see sea turtles, coral, stingrays, and even a barracuda! Spending time afterward at Flamenco Beach was the perfect ending with crystal clear water and beautiful weather. I’ll start with the pros: great staff, super friendly guys, made snorkeling really fun we were able to see giant sea turtles, a sting ray, and lots of amazing fish at Tamarindo beach. Flamenco beach was amazing we had a few hours there to chill swim, didn’t really get food or drinks bc it takes a long time. The water temp was amazing. Snacks and a refreshment were provided after tamarindo beach.
Cons: meet up was at 8, ferry didn’t leave till 9am, by the time we got there and did anything it was past 11am. So felt rushed. The transport bus was super hot and no ventilation felt like I was going to die lol. Also I could have sworn the guy said meet back at 4:30 but I could have not heard correctly and they left us at flamenco beach. We had to hitch a ride back to town for $10 from another company. Also only given an hour in town. Again, trip felt rushed.
Overall good experience but I think I’d do it by myself next time without a tour

Ferry schedules and boarding times are controlled by the Ferry Administration, so while check-in begins earlier to make sure everyone is accounted for and ready, departure times can sometimes vary. We’re also sorry to hear the transportation felt uncomfortable and that there was confusion regarding the Flamenco meet-up time. We understand how frustrating that must’ve been, especially at the end of the day.

Had such a good time on this snorkel tour. The crew was really nice and made everything easy and fun. The water was beautiful and we saw so many fish and sea turtles. Definitely one of the best things we did in Puerto Rico. Would 100% do it again.

Everything was great from start to finish. My goal with this tour was to be completely worry free, I didn’t want to plan anything, and they delivered exactly that.
At the port, there’s parking available for $15 per day. We met at 8am and took the 8:20 am ferry, so don’t be late.
Once we arrived in Culebra, we took a private bus to Tamarindo Beach, and the snorkeling experience was simply amazing. The water was crystal clear, they provided snorkeling gear for those who didn’t bring their own, as well as floaties for your safety. Be prepared to swim!! We saw turtles, stingrays, beautiful reefs, and lots of fish. They also took pictures of us using their own camera, which was a great touch.
After snorkeling, they offered water, juice, and fruits. For the price, it would have been nice if they included something a bit more filling. So bring some food just in case.
Next, we went to Flamenco Beach and the place is absolutely beautiful! There are chairs available to rent and food kiosks, nothing fancy but convenient.
We were asked to meet back at 4 pm to return to the port, which felt a bit rushed since we only had about 3 hours there.
Back at the port, they handed us our tickets, and we took the ferry around 5 ish back to Ceiba.
Overall, everything was great! It is a bit pricey, and you could technically do it on your own, but if you’re like me and just want to relax without worrying about tickets, transportation, or planning, it’s totally worth it.

We had a fantastic time. We saw 4 sea turtles, urchins, a stingray, and a bunch of tropical fish. It was a very good experience. The only thing I’d add for people to be aware of is that the snorkel mask won’t have a good seal if you have a mustache. My husband was struggling with water getting in his mask because of the mustache and we didn’t think about that before hand, just a helpful tip before you go!
It was really nice to have the transportation totally figured out for us when we were on Culebra. Flamenco beach was also stellar.

Very amazing experience. I brought my 7 year old son and he had a blast. Nora was our tour guide and she made the experience a 10/10. I love sea turtles and to see them for the first time made me feel like a little girl again. Definitely recommend snorkeling at culebra!

This Is a scam and I do not recomend it to anyone!! We only did the turtle/snurkle activity and 2 1/2 hrs a f fre time at the beach and that was it. The guide was excellent with his work, that’s not the problem. The problem is that for that price we paid $150 dollars per person/ticket , they should have at least another activity plus, include lunch. Im very disappointed!!! I will not recommend it to anyone in my family or friends. Tooo expensive!!

This was an amazing experience. The staff was extremely kind and very communicative. I was running late and notified them when I should arrive by and they checked in with me to ensure I would make the trip. As for the trip, it was lovely. You meet at the ferry, take the ferry to Culebra, get in the transport and go to either the beach or the snorkeling experience then swap about 3 hours later. The beach was beautiful and the snorkeling was filled with life. The pictures were emailed to me the next day. I highly highly recommend this experience and will 100% book it again when I’m back.
