This was a really fun outing with my family. The tour route was adventurous and the scenery was great. The most impressive part was our tour guide, William. We assumed he had leading tours for years because he was very knowledgeable and attentive, but we discovered he was fairly new. William did an excellent job! Even though it was raining he made it a great experience for us. I highly recommend this ATV tour and the tour guide William. Thanks

So much fun!!! Great guides! Wear a bandana and decent sunglasses or goggles with closed toe shoes. Bring water in a small backpack.

Absolute trash! You’re driving around 5-15 mph around a farm for 2 hrs. Waste of time and money. I was even willing to pay more to go a little faster or go somewhere else with some decent terrain but they were unwilling to even discuss it. Entire time he was micromanaging us…I’d give a 0/5 if I could

Hello, Aria!
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Our team has great communication skills, so before you even left us as review, administration was already aware of the situation. We were hoping to see you at the office but you never showed up. Let it be know for you and our review readers, we DO NOT take bribes from clients. Our tour is as described on the website. Never it was mentioned that this was a free riding on the "farm" (2,300 acres by the way) and that you guys would be able to go crazy on the trails, because that's what you were expecting. The tour is led by a guide on a big land. You guys decided by yourselves to drop out the tour when you did not even do half of it, so I understand why you'd imply there wasn't decent terrain (YET). As for the "micromanaging", ATV riding can be easy but it can still be dangerous if people don't follow instructions, that's why we have rules. For safety reasons. This is a tour where you can enjoy the trails with really pretty views and explore the land, not an extreme ATV riding adventure. If that's what you were expecting, unfortunately you came to the wrong place.
We are truly sorry this excursion was not what you expected it to be and you guys did not want to finish.

This was the best experience of my life Gigi and her partner was amazing. Janny, the host at the shack was adamant on helping me open my coconuts I found during thr break. Super friendly and helpful people. ATV itself was SPECTACULAR! Beautiful views

Great trail! All types of terrain and our guide kept a cool med/fast pace! Would definitely recommend!

It was okay but nothing we would do again. It was hell finding the location and when we did it was so busy. So please try to get there on time. We didn’t ATV thru any mud or anything like the pictures show. We literally rode around in a big circle on extremely bumpy roads. Also you’re not riding for a total 2 hours or hour. They curve a 20 minute break in that your group is forced to take. So you’re not getting a full uninterrupted ride. It was okay but I’ve had better. The scenery isn’t spectacular either. You get really dusty due to the roads but it’s not worth the cost.

This company is very organized, knowledgeable and safe. We had the best experience and if you happen to get Ricky as your guide, then you hit the jackpot.

We had so much fun, Danny was a great tour guide for our group. She made sure we were safe while still having fun, would definitely book again!
Sue_E, Jul 2026

This was an amazing time! Make sure you have facial coverings and proper goggles that fully cover your eyes because it gets pretty dirty out there. Our tour guide Dani was amazing. She was very sweet and made sure we were okay the entire time. I can’t wait to go back again!!
Jenitza_S, Jul 2026
Our tour guide Dani was awesome she was fun, attentive, made sure we stayed safe and provided us with a great first time experience

Very fun the rain made it perfect me and my partner got to see the land and animals in the country
Fantastic
JaQuile_M, Jul 2026
It was an okay experience. They have a 15 MPH speed limit, so it wasn’t as adventurous as I had hoped. My only real complaint though is they charge $40 for goggles and $10 for a face cover so the experience is really $200 not $150 unless you have your own equipment. I saw goggles on Amazon 2 for $13 so be sure to buy in advance if you know in advance you plan to do this activity. Other than that my tour guide Naomi was very friendly and caring. She checked on us regularly throughout the ride to make sure we were all doing okay.

Very fun, but very dusty. If you have a face mask at home, bring it. They can sell you one, but $10 (x4) for something we all had at home from the COVID years could have been avoided.
Anthony_C, Jul 2026
Me and my family had a great time…definitely worth money. They have plenty of other things to do so definitely check them out
Randy_H, Jul 2026
If you don’t mind getting a little dirty it’ll be one of the best experiences in Puerto Rico. Me and my wife had so much fun
Fatoumata_B, Jul 2026
I love that we had an Intimate group. We had a blast it was 2 hrs and we got a 10 min break in between. Very scenic. Would highly recommend.
Linda_R, Jul 2026
Ricky was our tour guide he was okay at best. We took a few breaks for whatever reason, the highest speed we drove was between 18-20 mph. Lot's of malnourished animales around the place so be mentally prepared for that. We didn't hit any muddy areas that was a plus for me. Overall it was okay at best!
Nauteca_S, Jul 2026
Great experience and fun, went with a group of friends. Naomi was a great tour guide. Nice site seeing
Jhontee_G, Jul 2026
This was fun. You get your full two hours. The mojito bar was excellent. Cheapest prices on drinks the entire time I was in PR. The only thing they provide is a helmet so purchase your own gator mask, goggles, and shoe covers before you get there
Howard_B, Jul 2026
It was fun, staff was friendly and great people. Good bar, good merch, good equipment.
It just wish we could be more mature of Puerto Rico. Wish we could see rivers or lakes, cliffs, and maybe some wildlife.
It just felt like we were driving atvs on someone’s farm.
Jaylani_R, Jul 2026
I did NOT get to ride atv at all me and my friends paid 447 dollers and they didnt let us like what is that
Response from Host, Jul 2026
Unfortunately, all three guests in your party arrived with probationary driver's licenses. Before the tour, our staff explained that a valid driver's license meeting our requirements is mandatory to operate an ATV. We also provided a copy of the booking confirmation, which clearly states these requirements and explains that reservations are non-refundable if participants do not meet them upon arrival.
Because the required driver's license was not presented, we were unable to allow participation for safety and insurance reasons. While we understand this was frustrating, our team followed the policies that were agreed to at the time the reservation was made.
Austin_B, Jul 2026
It was absolutely terrible from the start, the atvs were in very poor shape and they were hard to keep running. My atv shutoff multiple times and had no power at all. The steering was very loose which was dangerous on the trails at any rate of speed. On top of all that, they need to post whether or not the trails are rideable due to dust or not. It was impossible to see following the forward riders. Very unsafe and very unfair to charge for such terrible experience. I would never go back and do that again, and I would recommend no one to try. Possibly if the trails were wetter it would be more enjoyable but then you would still have the atvs that need to be retired. 10 out of 10 would not recommend.
Response from Host, Jul 2026
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.
Regarding the dust, trail conditions vary from day to day and are largely dependent on the weather. Living on a tropical island, rainfall is frequent and unpredictable, making it impossible to accurately determine in advance how dusty the trails will be on any given day.
To help guests prepare for these conditions, we have a kiosk at check-in where protective goggles and face masks are available for purchase before the tour begins.
As for the ATVs, all of our vehicles are routinely inspected and maintained to ensure they are safe to operate. In the event that an ATV experiences an issue during the tour, our guides are trained to address the problem immediately and, when necessary, provide a replacement vehicle so guests can continue their experience safely.

This experience was good I had a good time only bad thing is my axel broke on my atv from all the bumps we was hitting but overall the experience was great
Eugenia_H, Jun 2026
This experience was well with the money. Our group of six rode ATVs through beautiful farmland. Beware, you will get VERY dirty so invest in face scarves and goggles. We got ours from Amazon before the trip. Naomi was a great guide.
