Alejandro, Nelson, and the two other gentleman (I can’t remember their names) were absolutely wonderful. Their hospitality was unmatched. As first time snorkelers, they made the experience error proof. Their knowledge of the marine life and islands were an added bonus! 10/10 recommend and I we will be doing it again next time!

Enjoyed the boat ride out to a snorkeling hot spot where we saw 5 or 6 different kinds of fish and a couple lobsters and the coral reef of course. Then proceeded to a separate beach area where we anchored down for an hour where you could swim to beach area and play in the water. Lunch was cold cut sandwiches with chips, fruit and drinks (alcoholic & non) back on the boat..
The crew was great! They spoke both English & Spanish, were friendly and knowledgeable!
On our way we got a call confirming we were on our way, which I appreciated. Departure was 9am. They ask you to arrive 30 mins before.
Definitely where sunblock and ideally have a dry bag to protect your phone/camera and to keep other belongings dry.

Great excursion to snorkel and see Flamenco beach at Culebra! This was a very well organized trip. The crew was fantastic and always made us feel safe. The captain was amazing because the waters were extremely choppy on the way out and he did great job driving the boat. There are two stops on this trip. The first stop was to snorkel and that was about an hour or so. Cool fish and coral. The second step was to Culebra Island, Flamenco beach…. Also about an hour or so. I wish we could’ve spent more time here. The water was beautiful and crystal clear. White beaches and no current. Great day on the water! Glad we did this!

The crew were super fun and accommodating. We had electrical issues with the boat but they were able to reschedule us from the 9 am to the 2 pm tour so it worked out.

The crew was great! Our overall experience was positive, however we couldn't go to Culebra Island that day due to weather. I am greatful we took another route rather than risk safety and people throwing up just to get to the destination

The staff was professional & friendly. Felt safe at all times. They had drinks, fruit, chips, and sandwiches on board, so we didn’t have to pack that. The only thing we had to bring for the trip was towels & sunscreen. The beach time was spent at a beautiful beach and our boat was the only one there. The reefs we snorkeled had colorful fish, sea urchins, and even a large lobster.

Had a great time, the guides Bruno, Antonio and Alejandro were amazing and made eveyone feel comfortable. The only issue was the tour was not 6 hours as specified in the description, we were dropped off back to the meeting point earlier than expected

We had such a wonderful experience on this Culebra snorkeling and beach day tour! We visited two beautiful locations, and both were amazing. We felt like for the price this was worth it. The kids only request was snorkeling and the guides delivered. The directions were clear for arrival, but we didn’t know we needed to take a ferry to a smaller island to board the boat. There were restrooms, not ideally clean, but not a port-a-potty.
We waited around for some time for the crew to fuel and load, leaving a bit later than expected. The hour ride to the first spot wasn’t bad, expect for the blaring music. If you can sit up top, try to, it’s limited seating.
Our guide was great, directions were clear and we saw a lot. No sea turtles, but that can’t be controlled. The provided snack were small bags of chips and fruit. There was soda and small bottles of water. The cold cut sandwiches were basic, all turkey and cheese, with condiments. I thought we were able to get onto the beach to eat lunch there, but that wasn’t the case.
The quick ride to the second spot was fine. The current is much stronger here, be prepared. We didn’t see much more than the first time, coming back onto the boat sooner than some of the group.
Overall, a good experience and would recommend for families.

We visited both Flamenco Beach, which was as beautiful as everyone said, and spent a little more than an hour snorkeling over a reef, which was also really spectacular. The crew was friendly and skilled, and the other people on the boat were all friendly as well. It was a really nice way to spend a day.

Just book it! The easiest way to get the best day in Culebra! We were fortunate enough to get to Flamenco Beach, and then head to a wonderful snorkeling spot with beautiful live coral! You don't see a lot of that anymore. The crew was fantastic and we couldn't have asked for a better day!

This was our third Viator booking in Puerto Rico, and easily the worst. The other two were excellent.
The snorkeling was a disaster. Our guide abandoned most of the group mid-water to take a select few to a “better” site — with zero communication to the rest of us. The currents were strong, we struggled to get back to the boat, and no one was watching or checking on us. Most of the group saw nothing. The people who followed the guide saw marine life, but again there was no communication so others could join or even know. One of those participants actually came to tell us themselves when they spotted something.
The beach stop afterward was a letdown. I did not pay $170 for a tiny, unremarkable beach that looks nothing like what’s advertised. Multiple other guests shared the same reaction. They also swapped our beach from Culebra to Vieques But did let us know a day before that this could happen due to currents/weather.
Puerto Rico has been incredible to us. This tour wasted a full vacation day. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. As you mentioned, we did contact everyone the day before to explain that ocean and weather conditions could affect the itinerary, and you were given the option to cancel and receive a full refund or still join the trip.
Unfortunately, we cannot control the weather or ocean currents, and safety will always be our priority. Vieques has beautiful beaches and crystal-clear waters, although we understand you may have had a different expectation based on photos of Culebra.
Regarding snorkeling, before entering the water our crew is in constant communication with all guests during the safety briefing, where everyone is instructed to stay with and follow the guides at all times while snorkeling. As you mentioned, the guide took the people that could swim further out where marine life had been spotted, while guests who were not comfortable swimming farther or remained closer to the boat for safety reasons. Communication and guest experience are very important to us, and we will review your comments with our crew to continue improving the experience for everyone.
During the tour, guests were able to spot turtles, eagle rays, stingrays, and other marine life, and many still enjoyed the experience despite the conditions that day.
We truly appreciate your feedback and are sorry the trip did not meet your expectations. We hope you still enjoyed the beauty of Puerto Rico during the rest of your vacation.

We were not able to go to Culebra due to high waves (6-7 ft). We went to Vieques instead. Ride there (40 minutes) was still tough but doable. We really enjoyed snorkeling - saw several turtles and stingrays and lots of tropical fish.

It was an amazing enjoyable Adventure the crew was respectful and helpful they made us lunch they explain things they took is snorkeling and they snorkeled with us more than one they were helpful with going on to the beach and bagging our stuff like everything was really really good. The atmosphere was amazing everybody had to rum punch there was music playing it was a little bit choppy Waters let me tell you the captain was amazing he we didn't get thrown around and he just knew how to drive and as they say in the surfing mecca catch that wave and ride it don't let it ride you . and the crew was just as good on the way back we all said you know we're saying goodbye and the crew and everybody had a good time it was a really great experience I love Puerto Rico I love the people here I never thought I would book a snorkeling Adventure and now that I have I'm just so glad that I did
THey answered questions outside of snorkeling in Puerto Rico and all the beaches the sea life what to see and what to expect they explained I explained the fish to them and they told me what it was they're very knowledgeable and explaining some of the culture it was just amazing. I would definitely recommend a hundred people to go on this beautiful Adventure they were all amazing. Our adventure tour was on April 11th it was 8:00am in the morning we finished up around 3 3:30 pm. the crew Introduced themselves but i forgot to get their names (write them down) they did such a good job I wish I could have tipped them all $1,000 and I did tip and I think all people that are customers have an adventure this great or any Adventure or even eating at a restaurant should tip this is how people make their living and they earn their tips sometimes over. I wish that when you answer this or if you post it somebody can send me an email with their names so I can thank them again I really really feel that this made my vacation just 10 times better and I came to see my grandchildren which was eight out of the 10 times better but they made it right up there right after my grandchildren so I just want to say thank you again I will recommend this tour to anybody who will listen and I will be posting on my Facebook

What beautiful views and snorkeling! Clearest waters and bright sun. Oooooh this trip was worth every penny and I hope you don’t pass this one up. It was so worth it! Alejandro, Nelson, and the two other gentleman (I can’t remember their names) were absolutely wonderful. Their hospitality was unmatched. As first time snorkelers, they made the experience error proof. Their knowledge of the marine life and islands were an added bonus! 10/10 recommend and I we will be doing it again next time!
