Tony was an amazing tour guide! Not only was he high energy and knowledgeable, but he really went above and beyond making sure we had pictures and videos from our day. I couldn’t recommend this hike enough! Definitely challenging, even as someone who is very active and enjoys hiking, but so worth it. Jeremy is a great guide, he was incredibly helpful and caring, and offered such great insights on the landscape in El Yunque. It’s clear he and the team enjoy what they do and truly love Puerto Rico. We got great recommendations from him for places to eat and visit, as well.

Have to try at least once in your life!

This was a cool experience! We had never gone kayaking before, so it was eventful and could be a couples test LOL. Luis explained everything, tips and what we were going to do. We brought old sneakers but you could have done this barefoot or with socks or water shoes. You will get wet so wear a bathing suit and there will be mosquitos so wear bug spray before hoping onto the kayak. You can leave some things with someone there to keep safe until you return. This is a pretty long activity so make sure you are warmed up and are ready to kayak for about an hour. We were guided by two guys, one was in front and one at the back making sure no one got lost. I forgot their names but we went Oct. 8th around 6pm. Both were very helpful and made the trip eventful. They know so much about the waters and will teach you all about it.

Awesome ATV tour

The entire experience was great. I took my son for his 21st birthday. Just know that you definitely need a face mask and some form of goggles. I had shades and it didn’t do me justice because there’s a lot of dirt when you’re driving the ATVs. Make sure you bring clothes that you don’t mind getting damaged because there’s a lot of mud holes that you’re gonna splash into. Definitely a lot of fun. There’s a hut for food and drinks there if you get hungry. Just know you will not be allowed to have any alcoholic drinks before your excursion, which is understandable. I would definitely bring a change of clothes and a towel to clean off after the excursion before you head out. I would definitely do this excursion again. The property is simply amazing.

Amazing outdoor fun in Puerto Rico

We didn’t have a lot of time in Puerto Rico due to our cruise’s afternoon departure, but this tour into the rain forest with a stop at the Luquillo beach for lunch and splashing in the ocean was a perfect short adventure. Our tour guide Malcolm was a Puerto Rico native. Our group of 7 adults had our own private tour. Malcolm accommodated our group’s various physical abilities and helped everyone have a great, safe experience at the waterfalls.

Pick-up was right on...

Pick-up was right on time, and our driver, Omairys, was absolutely wonderful! She was friendly, professional, and a very safe driver. The zipline experience itself was amazing! The staff was super friendly and guided us through the entire experience, making sure everyone felt comfortable and knew what to expect. Our group included kids, and I especially appreciated that the staff made sure the children were taken care of first. It really showed how attentive and thoughtful they were. From hotel pick-up, to the zipline adventure, to the drop-off back at our hotel, the entire experience was amazing. I would definitely recommend it! One thing to keep in mind: make sure you’re comfortable climbing stairs, as you’ll need to climb up to reach the ziplines. Totally worth it, though!

First timer and great experience

Our tour guide Anthony was the best. Made us feel safe and shared cool facts about El Yunque. My teenage sons gave it a 10 out of 10 and loved it. It was an intense hike for those not used to hiking. A highlight of our Trip. Beautiful and fun. Refreshing cold river swim and cliff jump natural water slide and rope jump. Anthony took short breaks in hike up which allowed us to catch our breath. lol

If you love fast driving.. this is IT

Great experience was amazing tour guides - Ferdinand and Conrad. We had a good time and drove to the beach. The guides were friendly and talked to us. They offered to take our photos for us and were super cool even though we were 10 minutes late. Only complain was that one of the UTVs had built-in speakers and the other had a portable Jbl speaker. The utvs get so loud driving, the one with JBL, we couldn't enjoy the music. The other one was definitely more of a vibe. still it was a fun day.

Buggy Tour

Tony was phenomenal! Our buggy tour through Loíza beach was unforgettable beautiful views, fun trails, and the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. Then we swam in El Yunque, which felt magical. It was such a great experience great views! And saw so many cute animals. Our instructor was patient and clear with the instructions. And would honestly recommend this to anyone who’s into atvs and doesn’t mind getting dust/mud on them haha which is honestly part of the experience. 10/10 & you can grab food and drinks after a nice long ride on the atv. They also have showers as well for you to rinse of if needed. I would def bring an extra set of clothes in case if you’re ubering from the hotel to this place. Shoutout to Jezed for the great tour !
