Transportation is a good part of it. Zipline is not hard. We had a good time, it was worth it. Forest is amazing.

It is fun and you can do it!! There are a couple ladders to climb for first zip practices., Just take your time. Everyone is helpful and the harnesses are safe. This was my first time and the ladders were more of a challenge than zipping. There are lockers for a?small fee at check-in area. Drivers need to slow down a bit between lifts. Maybe they need to be riders instead of drivers to realize this request. All in all, I would do it again and I am over 70 years old. Thanks!

The experience was amazing! In my opinion it was very well organized. Ruben called me close to 11:50am that he was on his way and we were ready incase of early pick up! At the Zipline the workers were so nice and friendly and funny! Made sure my sisters and I were comfortable and it helped that we all spoke Spanish as it’s the language we are most comfortable. I recommend it and just make sure to have close toe shoes and a comfortable fit.

Well organized and timely. Felt safe the entire time. The instructors were very helpful and nice. There are a total of 8 zip lines, with one being 1500 feet. There are restrooms and vending machines on site.

Overall experience was fun but there a a few things that people should be aware about before giving these people your money. They are lying to you about the timing I booked this tour and it said it was your to five hours but the zip line part it’s self only lasted 45 mins. I had a horrible experience with one of the staff members his name was gylo for being blatantly racist on zip line #7 when I asked politely why he allowed the this white couple with their kids to skip the line his response was in this country We follow rules and he was not extremely rude I was confused because I did not encounter this problem with anyone else but him‼️ also they do not pick you up directly in front of your hotel you have to travel to a destination close which wasn’t such a big problem but given the PRICE OF THIS IT WAS NOT WORTH AT ALL ! And my encounter with that man as a solo traveler was the cherry on top of. I REPEAT BE AWARE THEY ARE LYING ABOUT MOST INFORMATION

Wonderful crew. Beautiful views. Not too extreme but exhilarating. Make sure to wear an old shirt in case of grease from the zipping gear flies off onto you. (Grease did come out of clothing when washed). Highly recommend

Ruben and his company were the best. Very prompt and accommodating. The zip lining was very fun and professional. I have always booked excursions through the cruise line. This was better. I will continue to use off cruise line excursions. Better service and more fun.

Everything about this trip was fantastic. Something happened where the half day trip wasn’t in the cards so I was called and asked if I’d be willing to upgrade to the full day with River water slides and a beach trip added to my original zip line plans free of charge. Of course I said that was fine and I’m so glad I did. If you’re debating between the full or half day I highly recommend the full. Rueben was stellar and super friendly and accommodating all day. I highly recommend this trip or the full day trip. The zip line park was still my favorite part of the day but I have no regrets doing the fu excursion.

Everything went very smooth. Pickup was right on time at our hotel by the amazing Ruben who did a great job giving us a tour and took us directly to the location. The staff there were very professional and organized making sure everyone was comfortable and had fun. Would recommend to anyone especially those who have never zip lined before, this is a great way to explore the forest.

Me and my husband bought a tour by the phone and the asked all questions about hight, weight. He provided all the info and we arrived there in the morning and sighted all paperwork and she asked my husband a weights and he said 270lb and he wasn’t allowed to join a zip line. Also they refused return money back that’s how companies do service to the customers. Stay away from their offers

We were so excited for this excursion. Rueben called me 9:15am to confirm the pickup. He told me that his person will pick us up at 12pm. I was already weary because the start time said 12pm. So we waited at the pickup spot for 30 minutes outside in the heat and sun. During those 30 minutes I called the business number about 15 times and contacted them through viator also and still no reply. Finally I got Rueben on the phone after those 30 mins I told him we were still outside waiting to get picked up. Rueben told me he forgot about us and asked if we could come tomorrow. He was not apologetic or anything just said he forgot; even though he called me that morning to confirm. My best friend’s birthday is ruined at this point. So I told him no we would not come tomorrow I just want a refund he said okay. He then calls back a minute later and said he could come get us at 2pm if we wanted to do the excursion still. We were promised a half day tour, why would we agree to be picked up at 2pm? Which also required us waiting another hour and a half to be picked up. So I told Rueben again no, I wanted a refund. Rueben then proceeds to get upset with me because I wanted a refund. I informed him he ruined my friend’s birthday and everything. He said verbatim “don’t worry, I will get you your refund. 2 people missing the tour doesn’t hurt my business.” At this point I’m angry because again he didn’t apologize at all nor did he try to accommodate us for his error. He also is a man arguing with a woman, a tourist at that. We were very exited for this excursion and it was ruined by a horrible business owner. It may look good online but I wouldn’t recommend.

So to be honest, the kids did enjoy the ziplining itself, especially the last two lines (there were seven). Those two were the only ones that went near/over any trees. The other lines were more like "practice".
Now I know transportation was included but we had a car and were staying in a house and not one of the hotels where they do pick up. When I asked about pick up and said we could travel ourselves, I was given the address and we drove (about 35/40 minutes out of San Juan). BUT because we provided our own transportation, the ONLY part of the experience was the 7 ziplines...we were done in an hour and that was it. SO yeh, the kids liked the ziplining but financially was it worth it for an hour? No.

Do not miss this experience. This company was great to work with. 1. They had a driver pick us up and drive us back to our hotel (40 min each way) 2. They fitted us with safe gear and explained how to zip line. 3. We practiced on 6 different lines which were on the edge of the rainforest. 4. Runs 7&8 were amazing right through the rainforest. 5. We are in our upper 50’s and did fine although there were many ladders to climb.
