Escambron Beach Park: Enter through the pay station $7. Park in main parking lot to right. Guides will meet you at the far right (if you're facing the ocean) of the main parking lot . Look for a large bridge with blue columns, life jackets hanging and black bins of snorkel gear.

Make your way to Escambron Beach, where you will be snorkeling from. If you’re a beginner, you can receive a snorkeling lesson from a certified diver. The snorkeling experience was super fun and the tour guides were very knowledgeable. It was easy to locate the meetup point and the briefing was quick. Escambron Beach was absolutely beautiful with clear and warm water with bright sand. The snorkeling company also recommended us to move our booking to 9am as they said it would be calmer with more fish. It didn’t disappoint as we saw plenty of fish and even a baby sea turtle!! Our tour guide was Jill, and she did a great job capturing videos while also making sure we were safe. She spotted the baby turtle for us and made this a trip to remember. We snorkel on vacation often but this will be one that always stands out. Would gladly book again! Thank you to Jill and the rest of the team.

Our guide for the scuba was David. He is great and made it enjoyable and safe. If you have ever thought of trying scuba, this is a great place to start!
The water wasn't as clear as usual but that isn't anyone's fault. All in all, it was worth it!

It’s a great experience for children or families. I wouldn’t recommend it for adults as I feel like it was very slowly paced and you’re forced to snorkel in a group you have to stay with. They also make you keep your life vest on despite what the wavier says. Not really a fun experience for adults and a little boring.

Completely worth the money. All equipment was provided and the guide pointed out everything of interest. We saw sea turtles! The pictures were good quality and a wonderful reminder of our trip. Yamil was an awesome guide!

Lily was awesome with our group. She is very knowledgeable and kept everything smooth and fun. We got to see lots of fish, turtles, and the beautiful coral reefs. Lily did an excellent job at capturing some great photos and videos for us.

It started ok. check in was easy and organized. we were assigned a guide. It went downhill from there. We were introduced to our guide, Juana, who was ok at introducing herself and helping with the equipment hand outs. Once we got into the water, it was downhill from there. Her instructions about the equipment felt rushed and when people were having trouble, she didn't go over the helop them.. she just scolded them (as a teacher would to a student) about why they were having trouble. She made a 21 y/o girl cry and she almost gave up and went back to the parking lot.. but my wife was able to help her. The other group with us had similar issues. When out in the water, someone thought they saw a turtle and in the excitement called out to another group member, but Juana just scolded her again for yelling (not supposed to speak when we see a turtle, instructed to use hand signals.. but the guest missed that part as she was having trouble with her equipment while Juana was giving the instructions). Juana then reminded us not to yell, but then also said only let us know if you actually see a turtle (as she doubted that one was seen)
Overall, just a bad experience for us. I'm sure others that day had a better time.. but it just didn't click with us and Juana.. and the other people in our group agreed as well.
(This review has nothing to do with the fact that the water was choppy and we didn't see a turtle. We knew that was possible. We did see colorful fish and coral)

I expected more from this tour. It says 1 hour and 30 minutes but you wait 30 minutes for them to organize the groups of swimmers. Being in the actual water is more like 30-40 minutes and the remainder is spent removing your gear, then getting your photos (fast process). I’d like more interactive and logistics to make the most of this. Unfortunately, there was a school of fish and one turtle who was hiding- that’s it. It was nice but just felt invasive for the creatures here and not a good experience. Either they charge more for better service and smaller groups or don’t do it at all. A tip to the owner who be, have people fill out the waiver with additional questions this way you but them in groups much faster. Also signage so it’s easy to see/read what/where people need to be. The tiktok video for finding the location is a good alternative too but many people got lost on their way to the tour. I always tip my divers who spend all day in the sun, protecting the guests and wildlife. They are good people. It’s just the management of the tour is not well.

Juana was very descriptive in how to use the gear. She clearly cared about our safety as well as the safety of the turtles.She made sure that we treated the turtles with respect and stayed close to the group.

The manager was kind and insightful however the guide was unenthusiastic unfortunately. The equipment works great and they had plenty of sizes for life jackets and flippers. The most disappointing part however was that we only had 30 min in the ocean. We did get to see a sea turtles and beautiful fish which was cool. A picture was taken for our group and video of the wildlife which they airdropped to us at the end. Overall, beautiful beach and sea creatures but wish the time in the water was longer and that the guide was a bit more personable.

It was a snorkel off the beach. The water was murky, but we did see a few fish. The guide was awesome, but the visibility was poor. And due to it being directly off the beach, there wasn’t much to see.

Our tour guide was great and we were lucky enough to see two sea turtles. Had a fantastic time! Would definitely recommend and plan on scuba next time!

It was very fun! They first asked about our swimming experience to gauge what group to put us in. Cy was my boyfriend and I tour guide. He was great! He always made sure we were okay and safe and able to see all the wild life in the water. We got to see many fish, sea urchins, 2 turtles and a shark! Definitely would recommend this experience!

Not easy to locate their location. Uber would not enter the park. Took 40 minutes to locate the snorkeling area. Overall experience once it started was pretty good. Good value for the price

This was so much fun! Jayriel was our guide and he was super friendly and great at what he does! This experience was very beginner friendly so if you’ve never snorkeled before it’s not a problem! Everything is super easy! I saw so much wildlife while out! It was wonderful! Thank you again Jayriel!

It was okay. Only got see 1 turtle not much activity going on, Yamiel was good, I understand that it's not his fault that we only got to see one turtle. For the price it was not worth it.

This was such a good experience. The guides are knowledgeable and kind. Lily was our guide for eight. She took amazing photos and was unbelievably patient with a young snorkeler who was nervous. We saw plenty of fish and two turtles.

We had a great experience. They moved us to a different portion of the beach due to some seaweed that makes you itch on the usual side. They warned us that they don’t always see sea turtles on the “new” side, but we ended up seeing three! Regardless, you should always go into adventures like this knowing that it’s not guaranteed. Turtles don’t take reservations. The company made sure to divide groups into experienced v. inexperienced swimmers/snorkelers so those
more experienced weren’t held back. That was very appreciated! My kids, husband, and I had a blast. Ile was a great guide and frequently checked in to make sure everyone was doing well. The GoPro footage was amazing! I love that we received footage of the actual turtles we came across (with us in the background) and not just standard footage.

Great orientation for first timers to San Juan. They explain everything about snorkeling and taking care of the ocean/reef. For safety everyone had to wear life jackets (for the first 10-15 min) and this limited the ability to dive down in the water. The guide was good and showed us where to go and how to snorkel in the water. Would definitely recommend for anyone who hasn't been to San Juan or been snorkeling before. The underwater show was great!
