Each site leaves you in awe, for different reasons.

It’s a tiring day (if you’re 70!). The camps don’t really spring too many surprises on most people, as it’s very well documented before you go. Needs to be visited, just from a respectful perspective. The sheer size of the camps are breathtaking in their size and scale. The salt mine was a complete surprise. Well worth the effort to get there. At all locations, the guides were very professional and knowledgeable. The whole thing can be done cheaper than Viator, but we always use them because of their reliability.

Worth the trip!

This was a great experience, the tour guide milo was so friendly and made the trip alot of fun, full of facts and knowledge of what we were seeing. We had plenty of free time to explore on our own as well. The spa was a lovely finish to the day. Would definitely recommend and do it again!

Great day full of excursions

Great tour, long day with a lot of walking. Great excursions. The salt mine was wonderful and impressive. Lots of pictures taken, and information received. The guide was very friendly and professional, knowledgeable. The Auschwitz excursion was very informative and a bit depressing simply because of the subject. But, people need to see and hear and understand the degree of brutality and cruelty with which people in the concentration camps (and war in general) were treated. Our host Jay was prompt, friendly and informative. One suggestion is to start the day with the concentration camps visit and finish at the salt mine to cheer people up.

A great, well-organised trip to Auschwitz

A well organised and informative trip. Our driver, Bartek, arrived on time and gave us a very smooth ride to Auschwitz, we then were introduced to our tour guide who took us and our group around both Auschwitz and Birkenau, both were amazing. Moving at a good pace around the sights, our guide Symon gave us so much information and answered any questions we had, he was very passionate about what happened in Poland during ww2. We were then back with our driver who brought us safely back to Krakow.

Great day out seeing a more traditional Poland - our guide Tom was fantastic

This was a fantastic day! Tom was our guide and really made the day interesting and fun. Communication was excellent with a text the night before regarding pick-up times and then a call in the morning when he was a couple of minutes away. He provided lots of useful information to be used even after our tour was over. Even in the bus, he encouraged guests to play their own music to make the journey more personal. He provided a lot of interesting information about the history of Poland and the polish people. We spent our 3 hours in Zakapone all at the top of the mountain which was perfect for us. The cable car service is efficient and included in the ticket. We looked around all of the stalls and had some lunch. Then we headed to see a beautiful church and then the shepherd’s hut where we got to try some local cheese with cranberry sauce which was lovely and a couple of shots of vodka. We got to meet some locals and hear a little about the shepherds. We then had a final stop visiting the wooden village. This was a great day and I would recommend it as something a little bit different to try.

Great day trip!

Great day trip. Friendly driver. Small group. Brilliant communication on the run up to trip with any questions answered. 1hr 20 to first stop, then 15 mins to next stop to taste local cheese and vodka. 30 mins (ish) into Zakopane to get the train up the mountains. 2.5 hrs free time to experience the beautiful views and mountain resort vibes. Then 30 mins (ish) to the thermal baths for 3 hours of relaxation and fun in the hot pools, with an amazing mountain backdrop. Then 2 hours back to Krakow. A great taster of the Zakopane area.

A sensitive and heartfelt tour

To know the history is one thing, but to see it up close and to understand the scope of this tragedy is quite another. Our guide was fantastic and his commentary suited what we were seeing and hearing. A must see when in Krakow

This was a brilliant experience, we were collected exactly on time from our hotel and our driver Simon was very friendly and helpful all day, he explained everything and even help us out with directions after the tour. It's a lovely experience and some of the displays are amazing. I would defo book with this company communication throughout was very good.
