A really lovely mother and daughter day out. Daniel was an amazing tour guide, especially with his recommendations for hot chocolate in Zacopane! Very informative and attentive. Zacopane was gorgeous with lots to do and the views are incredible.

Great experience and our guide, Gabriel, we excellent. He gave us background information on the area and kept us on schedule so we could enjoy all the stops. The view from the mountain was amazing and we had a nice coffee and waffle. The thermal springs were wonderful-so very clean, many options for enjoying the water and very well managed. Nice lockers and dressing rooms. We had a little snack there - which was good-especially the sauerkraut soup!

Everything about this trip was 5 star. Our driver Jacob was absolutely fantastic! Communication was brilliant, and we even got to stop on the way home on a viewing point to finish the day. I cannot say a bad thing, it was absolutely perfect and would highly recommend booking this. The cheese tasting was unbelievable - wow! This tour was perfect from start to finish, and because we had the private tour we were able to have some more flexibility. We hope to return and use this company again. 5 stars, cannot say enough good things! Thank you so much for an unforgettable day!

Really good day trip. We had Kacper as our guide and he was really good. Beautiful scenery in that part of Poland and the stops were all really worthwhile - I especially enjoyed the vodka before 11am! Good value for money and the organisation was really good - all the required passes and wristbands were provided. Beware. - there are loads of these trips advertised and not all include entry to the cable car and springs - book carefully. I would 100% recommend this tour to anyone interested. Hope you get Kacper as your guide!

This excursion was a wonderful way to see Poland‘s country side! Our guide, Kacper, was prompt with the hotel pick up and very knowledgeable through out the trip! Every part of the trip was enjoyable! The afternoon at the hot springs was the perfect conclusion to the day! Nice way to experience Poland away from the busy attractions! We would do this trip again!!!

Loved the private tour with Cassperro! We went on a Sundays shops along the way weren’t really open but the views were awesome along the way. We rode the slide/coaster down the mountain in Zakopane, lots of little shops for souvenirs, the thermal baths were great until it started pouring rain and we couldn’t be outside the last hour. All in all would definitely recommend. Glad we didn’t go with the tour busses. Own pace was better. Worth it.

Minibus pickup was prompt. Small group.
Driver was Kacper. Pleasant young man.
Trips to Zakopane and the funicular railway went very smoothly with no gold ups. Lovely village. Weather was overcast up the mountain.
Thermal baths are something else. Massive. Kacper again had everything organised and we didn't have to queue at all.

Great communication, driver created a what's app group so he could communicate with us all, we also all then could share our pictures. Pick up close to where we were staying.

This was the highlight of our holiday. We were picked up by the wonderful Mateusz (Christopher/George!) and from the get go he was wonderful, welcoming and funny.
We were in a group of 7 and it was one of the best days I have ever had!!!
We all got on so much and had a laugh!
Mateusz was so organised and clear about everything. First stop was the wooden village which was interesting and you were able to buy souvenirs such as the local cherry vodka. We then went to the Shepherds hut where we were given the local cheese with jam and the lovely cherry vodka.
Zakopane was beautiful, make sure to go in to the old town rather than stay just where the funicular is. But that is a must do and is really quick even where there are loads of people.
We had a good amount of time here (still not enough) and it was lovely.
The final stop was the thermal spa which was quite literally the best way to end the holiday. We had a good amount of time here but again never enough! It’s a long day but worth it.
Most of the group met up for dinner that night as we had so much fun.
The day was full of fun and belly laughs!
I will never forget the sausage!!!

An unforgettable experience that’s worth doing yo get a bit of a feel if somewhere else in Poland rather thank just staying in Krakow and surrounding areas.

This was a very good experience, allowing you the opportunity to see a different part of Poland. We had an excellent tour guide, Daniel, who is very knowledgeable, passionate, and attentive to detail, making sure that we have the best experience possible. Mountains were gorgeous, and it was nice to end the day with the relaxing experience at the thermal pools. Highly recommend this tour.

Although I have vowed never to use viator again after they have let us down with a scam operator (comfort tours cracow) this tour provided by cracow top tours was fantastic. The tour guide was superb, very knowledgeable, very accommodating and friendly. The tour was planned out superbly with enough time to take stuff in, we wasn't rushed and it just felt like we were getting exactly what we had paid for. It was that good we are actually looking at planning a short break to Zakopane at a later date. So well done and thankyou for such a wonderful tour. When we return I will just go straight through this company and skip Viator

It depends if you have children if you don’t then the time at the cable car is too long. Otherwise the spa pool is well worth all the waiting around

The views from mountain resort were stunning and the area had lots of places to eat. The thermal springs weren’t exactly what we expected as some areas were so busy with loud music so not tranquil but enjoyable in some areas. The pick up/drop off was very efficient as was the tour guide who was excellent.

This was a fab trip and Lara our tour guide was lovely, very friendly had a fountain of knowledge about every stop we made and made the trip very interesting. The weather wasn't great but we did not let this ruin out day we had the best time. Everything run very smoothly from receiving what's app from Lara about pick up and the communication was brilliant from start to finish. Would definitely use Viator again

He led us to the cable car and hot springs - we assumed that us where we were to meet him. He waited in his car in the parking lot. I can’t always find my car in a parking lot. He never told us to find him in the parking lot. He was in a tremendous hurry to get home - our 12 hour day was 10.

Thank you for your feedback regarding the information that you didn't know how to get back to the vehicle. Before the free time begins, the driver always tells the group: "We'll meet you at the bus at a specific time." Apparently, you didn't hear this, or you misunderstood something, because all the other tour participants returned to the bus at the scheduled time, just as the host had informed them. Our company's practice is to always meet at the vehicle in the parking lot where the bus is parked.
However, as you well know, even though you did not return the vehicle at the agreed meeting time, the driver and the group waited for you.
Despite waiting for you and the delay, all points of the tour took place according to the program plan, there is no question of shortening any part of the plan.

I had a great time on this tour, even as a solo female traveler on a cold and rainy day. Obviously wish the weather was better for Zakopane, but honestly it was still beautiful. Bring cash as many of the small shops do not accept card.
The guide was amazingly kind and very knowledgeable! Communication from the company was clear. Pick up and drop off was smooth.

I was travelling with my friend and her two children (10 & 12) and this was booked for our last full day. The company were fabulous and communicated the plan and pick up arrangements the day before and passed on the number for our guide, Simon. He arrived on the day in great time and was incredibly helpful and friendly. Our minibus was full with two other couples on the trip - we were all from the UK and got on great. Everyone in my party had a fabulous time! The cheese and vodka tasting were great and Zakopane was a great experience different to Krakow. The weather held but unfortunately low mist meant we couldn’t see the mountains but this didn’t effect the overall day. The children absolutely loved the Thermal Springs; and the adults were able to unwind too.
Following Simon’s guidance throughout the day, it was really relaxing and enjoyable. He recommended places to eat in Zakopane which was also really helpful - we had the best hot chocolates and matcha latte ever! It was a long day and the kids enjoyed themselves so much, they slept on the journey back so extra points there!! Overall, a fabulous day; well worth the price and a great break away from busy Krakow.

Very easy booking this trip online. The day was exactly as described. Received whats app the day before with pick up details & a map showing how to get to pick up point. Our tour guide Lara who was lovely & very helpful also sent a message the day before to ensure we had everything we needed.
Zakopane was beautiful wirh stunning views & the thermal springs were fab. We had a great day. Would definitley recommend.
