Our driver will pick you up from your hotel, apartment (located of City center of Krakow) or meeting between 06:00 A.M. to 7:30 A.M. (pick-up time will be confirmed one day before your tour around 12 P.M. The pick-up time depends on the time of entry to the Auschwitz-Birkenau State Museum, which is different every day, therefore the pick-up time for each day is agreed individually with each client) Please remember to take with you some document like ID card, passport, driving licence or credit card because tickets in Auschwitz-Birkenau camps are registered!!!!! If your hotel/apartments is not listed please add a remark and we will pick you up from any.

Well organised and good value trip. We were notified of a pick up time the day before and were picked up promptly on the day.
Bartek,our driver was very friendly and explained everything. Upon arrival to Auschwitz we were grouped together and were on the tour with 15 mins which seemed very efficient.
The trip was informative and very eye opening.
I highly recommend this trip.

Our tour guide was an amazing she told and showed us lots of interesting things and information that we weren’t aware of. The place it self is very sad due to the history there however I would definitely recommend people go see it. The only complaint I had was that I had numerous cheaper trips booked with Viator that kept getting cancelled so I ended up paying three times the original price that I booked

Obviously these historical sites are of the utmost importance to visit. A sobering and haunting experience, as it always would be. The tour was delivered by a brilliant guide, who clearly knows the history completely and with huge relevant detail. It was seamless in terms of our friendly, helpful, safe and communicative driver navigating the journeys, clear instructions throughout. Joining the group tour with requisite tickets provided on arrival to the first site. Communication between guide and driver led to it being slick and efficient. We would highly recommend, thank you.

I have wanted to visit Auschwitz for a long time.
Viator booking and organisation was good. We travelled in minibus with pick up from hotel with English speaking guide who provided excellent packed lunch
The tour organisation on two sites was efficient considering the numbers visiting.
Our English speaking guide was knowledgeable and provided us with facts and numbers which were difficult to process. I’m sure it’s a difficult job and following a busy Easter she seemed tired. We did not find her engaging and would have liked more people context.

We looked at lots of different trips to Auschwitz before booking this one, I'm glad we found it. Great service, picked up and dropped off outside our apartment (even though it wasn't on the list).
Friendly driver, nice and clean van/mini bus.
A very moving experience in Auschwitz, one that we have wanted to do for quite some time. Was easy when you get there, driver takes you to meet the guide and is waiting for you afterwards. Then driven to the second camp for another tour.
Won't forget it in a hurry!
There's alot of walking to do, I was very glad the weather was really good.
Would definitely recommend this tour!

A well organised and informative trip. Our driver, Bartek, arrived on time and gave us a very smooth ride to Auschwitz, we then were introduced to our tour guide who took us and our group around both Auschwitz and Birkenau, both were amazing. Moving at a good pace around the sights, our guide Symon gave us so much information and answered any questions we had, he was very passionate about what happened in Poland during ww2. We were then back with our driver who brought us safely back to Krakow.

We were lucky to get onto the tour as we left it a bit last minute to book it (the day before) but we couldnt have had a better experience. Bartosz was our driver and he kept us informed the whole time about wait times etc, and the tour in general was amazing. Very informative, feel like Ive learned quite a lot from it

This was a great tour- the pick up, car, journey, tickets etc were all brilliant. It was really well organised. The tour itself is over two locations. The first you are introduced to your guide who shows you around. You have a headset so you can hear him- even when he is far away. There are lots of tours happening at the same time so it’s essential to have the headphones. They are included in the price. The first tour was around 1.5 hours. Then we went back to our car and had a 15 minute break. Bring lunch as there is only a vending machine. Then you are driven to site two which is 5 minutes away. You meet the same tour guide who shows you around again. This tour is around 1h and is without a headset as it is mostly outside so the tours are further apart. He did move quite fast so you have to keep up with him or your missed his information. It is a tour not to be missed- very harrowing and quite upsetting. It made me very angry. But I’m super glad we did it. If you have the time- I would absolute recommend as it’s something you’ll never for get. It was around 6h door to door, so bring drinks and something to eat/snacks for the car.

Great tour, pick up right outside our accommodation, very prompt. May have been luck of the draw but we couldn't understand the tour guide very well, but there were signs and boards around with information etc so was still a great experience!

Great transport, all on time and very comfortable - Driver (Bartek) was lovely. Auschwitz was very busy but the tour moved along smoothly through the various stages and we gained entry very quickly and each received a headset to listen to the tour guide. Very sad but definitely worth the visit.
