Excellent, driver on time at our hotel, just 7 of us so nice. Our lady guide (petite long dark hair) was superb. We had headsets to hear her and it was 1st class. A long day with a fair bit of walking and up and down steps but absolutely worth it. Thankyou very much.

Incredible experience! Our driver, Janek, was very kind, friendly and talkative with us, we had nice conversations with him about many different topics!! Later, our tour guide, Joanna, was also very explanatory and kind with us, she gave us a lot of information about the whole history of Auschwitz-Birkenau. It was a sad but unique experience!

All ran smoothly, amazing ontime pickup. Arrived and went straight through to collect our ticket, met with our guide, we were in a small group of 8 which allowed us more time to see everything. Harrowing knowing what those people went through, however please that I got to see what I had read in the books. Very pleased with the tour.
