Great comms from the team from start to finish, friendly and helpful. From pickup to drop off, tour was very good and the mines are well worth a look, we were genuinely stunned at the vastness and detail within. Slight issue with pickup, in that a medical emergency meant a delay in getting to us, but Martin sorted us with a pre paid taxi and as noted, was in touch the whole time... Great customer service. Thanks to Martin and the team. If you see this Martin, hope your pooch is doing well and thanks again.

Visiting Krakow for first time - looked on lots of website for inspiration for excursions and restaurants our driver was Konrad he was super punctual and knowledgeable about the area

Awesome trip to a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Everything was so well organised by Konrad, Jerry and Viator. Picked up spot on time. Comfortable transport and mini guided tour of Krakow. Konrad looked after us so well.
The Salt Mine itself was incredible. You do need a degree of fitness and mobility to do the 800+ steps and 3.5km but it is so worth it!!

Very well organised, Salt mines is well worth a visit, but there’s a lot of steps and walking involved. Martin our driver was excellent, very friendly and helpful, a credit to the company.

Beautiful place to visit and the underground chapel was stunning and truly amazing to see.
Coach guide was very knowledgable and friendly. The tour was interesting but beware lots of walking and stairs if you are not used to it!

Our driver Peter was amazing. He was our tour guide to and from the salt mines, pointing out things to us and telling us the history and story behind them. So friendly, including everyone in the car in on the conversations. Our time at the salt mines was great. Really interesting and impressive. Would 100 % recommend!

The Salt Mines were incredibly beautiful and truly unique to see. The chambers and carvings made from salt were amazing and unlike anything I’ve experienced before.
Our driver, Martin, was also fantastic. On the drive to and from the mines he shared interesting information about Krakow and even diverted slightly to show us some historical parts of the city, which made the journey even more enjoyable.
Overall, it was a great experience and definitely worth visiting.

Jerry was a great tour guide through the Jewish Quarter. Seeing the ghetto walls, Schindlers Factory & other sad historical sites was eye opening & transforming. Highly recommend!!

I wasn't quite sure what I would think about touring a salt mine but this was well worth it. Very interesting experience and was surprised how much I enjoyed this tour. Incredible when you realize that this is made from salt. Our driver as well as our tour guide were excellent.

I took my teenagers who are 18 and 16 with me on this trip. Jerry picked us up from our hotel. He was funny and entertaining and we all liked him. The communication was good and everything was easy.
He took us to the salt mines then to Schindler’s factory and told us lots of useful info on the way.
He went out of his way to make it a fun trip. He gave us some recommendations of places to eat whilst in Krakow.
Tom did the tour of Schindlers factory. He was clearly very passionate and knew his facts. We got dropped back to our hotel. It was all seamless.
I would recommend the trip itself and also how easy and stress free it all was.

The salt mines are really a must see for a trip to Krakow - fascinating experience and we only saw a fraction of the tunnels and caverns. So interesting.
A shout out for our Driver Peter too. He was friendly and gave us lots of additional information before dropping us off back at our hotel.

The whole experience was incredible! Definitely be prepared for a lot of walking and climbing and laughing, if you’re blessed enough to get Jerry as your guide. He was so kind and helpful and made the entire experience even 100 times more enjoyable!

Our trip to the salt mine was very interesting and the mine was incredible. The salt mine guide was informative. The whole trip was made all the better by our driver and guide, Jerry. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful can’t recommend him enough. He was so good at ensuring we saw as much of Krakow on the way to and from the salt mines. Really good and recommend this tour. Great communication and on time.

This whole tour was excellent. Jerry our guide to and from the mines was great, sharing local knowledge and advising the best way to do the tour with the guide. He made sure he gave clear instructions on where to meet and helped a family with their booking. Great guy. Tour was amazing, had heard so much about the mines but they were still a real spectacle. Unbelievable that everything is salt! Definitely worth the visit and this tour was great value for money. Thank you!
