- [DOCUMENTS] **Full names of all participants MUST be provided during booking (the same as on ID or passport, no nicknames). Passport or ID is MANDATORY for each participant and will be checked. NO ID = NO ENTRY!**
- [VISIT] Guided group tour only, no individual pacing. Respectful behavior and smart casual dress required. Eating, smoking, and loud behavior are not allowed.
- [PICKUP] Some Krakow hotels are in restricted traffic zones; pickup will be arranged from the nearest accessible point and you will be informed in advance.
- [LUNCH] Lunch is not included. There is no time for a full meal between visits, and no food facilities on-site, so please bring a snack.
- [SECURITY] An airport-style security check is required before entering the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum.
- [WEATHER] The tour runs in all weather. Up to 70% of the visit takes place outdoors, so please dress appropriately and bring water on warm days.
- [CHILDREN] Children must be accompanied by an adult. Infant seats are available. Due to the sensitive nature of the site, the tour is recommended for ages 13+.
- [PHOTOS] Photography is allowed except in marked areas. Flash is not permitted inside buildings.
- [RENOVATIONS] Due to roadworks in western Krakow, pickups in that area are not possible. The Straszewskiego 19 meeting point is temporarily closed. We will arrange a nearby alternative if needed.

An unreal place to visit with some very dark history and disturbing things to see. Hard to comprehend everything you see.....
Easy to meet great people and tour guide was great and very knowledgeable and very friendly well be going again
Our guide, Tomasc, made this tour truly remarkable. His passion and extensive knowledge of the camps really shone through, making the experience both deeply moving and profoundly disturbing as we learned about the heinous crimes committed here.
Auschwitz is known as a death camp,but the number of people who died there is impossible to grasp until you visit and even then when you see the exhibits. It is a very sobering visit,and makes people think about what is happening in parts of the world.
Our group was quite large but this a popular destination in general. The tour was well paced and the transportation was comfortable. There is food at the second location if you want a snack or lunch.

Hello Cracow handled the experience locally. They double checked via phone call the meeting point the day prior to check pick up point and asked if we’d like to purchase a convenient lunch pack for the 15 mins between the first and second parts of the tour. Our driver Daniel handled these and gave them out at this time - you pay him then. We also had a great customer service by another gentleman at the museum who helped us get in as we (my fiancé and I) weren’t issued physical tickets for some odd reason - he got us in with no issues. Our tour guide (forgot her name, short lady with hat) was excellent at depicting the dark and harrowing scenes during the tour with her appropriate demeanour and respect for what has transpired previously on the sites. Allow the whole day as it took roughly 8 hours round trip with traffic to/from Auschwitz-Birkenau. Be prepared for it to hit home quite hard, but it’s a beautiful tribute.

An incredible experience, and one that I genuinely believe everyone should do at least once. It is incredibly sad, disturbing and horrific to see and hear about what happened there, but it is also an important experience that really makes you stop, think and reflect.
The tour was amazing, and our tour guide was fantastic. They explained everything so well and helped us understand the history and the significance of what we were seeing.
A special mention to Michal, who picked us up. He was absolutely awesome from start to finish. He explained exactly what was going to happen, made sure we knew where we needed to be and made the whole day run smoothly.
We also paid for lunch, which was definitely needed after the first part of the tour. It was a long and emotional experience, so having a proper break before continuing was really appreciated.
This is somewhere I will never forget visiting. It is heartbreaking and horrific, but incredibly important. Everyone should visit Auschwitz-Birkenau if they have the opportunity. 🕊️

Dress for the weather is important as the second part is entirely outdoors. Good footwear essential as surface is uneven. Not handicap doable. This tour is fast paced in between the tours and breaks are short. As usual, the ladies bathroom line up is long. Bring your own food or buy their lunch box. The van seats 2/3/3. It is comfortable. Driver was excellent! Tour guide was exceptional! Our group size was ideal for sure. That's what you pay for if you do the one day tour from Krakow. Hotel pick up was smooth. Van drive 2 hours or less one way. Obviously, its a must see. Bring ID is mandatory. They won't let you in without it. There are camera/photo restrictions. The sites are well organized, clean, security.

Really knowledgeable guide. Heart wrenching but an awful part of our history. Just be aware there is a lot of walking and make sure to check the weather forecast. Shocking, but done in a thoughtful way and I have a better understanding.

The communication from the tour operators on whats app before the day was excellent and responses to any questions was prompt. Meeting point was clearly indicated and the coach was on time. The tour leader kept people well informed and everything was very well organised. The packed lunch provided (you need to request one) was good value for money.
My observation about the tour of Auschwitz itself - led by a very knowledeable guide - was that it felt a little rushed. There was no real time to reflect or pause. I understand that many people want to visit (it was very busy on the day I went) but a slightly slower pace would have been better. However, I was pleased that I booked with this company and appreciated the fact that it felt well organised.

We booked for 12pm however we were contacted two days beforehand with the pick up information with a meeting time of 2.30pm, when I questioned this I was told that 2.30pm was correct due to museum timings. This then meant that we didn’t get back to Krakow until 9pm, which much later than I would have liked. We were also given 2 hours to work our way around both sites which meant that we were only able to spend 15 mins at Birkenau, which wasn’t nearly enough time. I think now that there are more blocks in Auchwitz 1 that have exhibitions they should give you more than 2 hours to make your way around.

The final pickup time is determined by the museum’s assigned entry slot, which unfortunately can differ significantly from the initially selected time. We understand how frustrating this was, especially with the later return to Krakow.
The visit duration is also governed by the museum’s schedule and visitor flow, so unfortunately we cannot extend it ourselves. We appreciate your feedback and will review how we communicate these timings to guests.

The experience was great, the problem was the agency to do the activity. I booked months ago and 2 days before my trip they sent me a msg saying they change the time that I PAID MORE for it. So what's the point to have this option if they will not do it? I asked to another people on the tour and they said the same situation happened with them... they said they will refund the difference amount fee (as a voucher, and I dont want more experiences with this agency!)... so at least I want the money back, not a voucher discount. Like I said, experience was amazing, the transfer was very friendly, the guide was nice, but the agency to book this was awful! Don't recommend at all!

Very well organised. They kept me updated on the pick up time and location and picked us up on time.
The bus was comfortable and the drive smooth. Took us about 1 hr 15 mins to get to Aushwitz.
The tour guide was very knowledgeable a d explained everything in detail. The tour can guide a bit overwhelming and mentally disturbing , and nothing can prepare you for that

The trip itself was wonderful. Our tour guide Malgorzata was perfect, very knowledgeable and very sensitive with such an emotive topic. The museum is very interesting, and quite emotional. The organisation of the trip was fantastic. Communication beforehand from the company and during the day was faultless and we ordered a lunch bag too which was excellent value for money. The experience of visiting Auschwitz is absolutely sobering. Our guide was wonderful and conveyed the history of the camps and what happened there in an extremely clear and highly respectful manner. People with mobility challenges should be aware that you will walk a good bit, and there are stairs.
