Great tour picked up on time by Mathew , he was friendly polite and made our experience special . Nothing was to much trouble . He is very knowledgeable and passionate . The whole day was very enjoyable . We can definitely recommend this company and if your lucky enough for Mathew to take you on your tour your in for a treat .

Our guide for the day was Oskar, we were picked up outside our hotel and driven to Zakopane with a few stops along the way one of them being the wooden village. Zakopane is beautiful, we took the cable car ride at the top of were we went to see the Tatra mountains. We also did cheese and vodka tasting, overall it was a great trip and would highly recommend 😊

No reflection on our driver / guide (Matius?) who was very helpful and friendly, but the mountain part of the excursion was extremely disappointing. Arriving at the top of the funicular and climbing some steps, you arrive at a track that extends for a few hundred metres flanked both sides with market stalls mostly selling tourist paraphernalia, trinkets, etc. There appeared to be no access beyond or outside this track, no mountain walks, views or other "mountainy" experiences. We were also looking forward to visiting the ski jumps but they were only seen from a distance. All in all, not a memorable experience.

This excursion was great. Our tour guide Oscar (young polish man) was so very kind, respectful, and very knowledgeable. The area is beautiful, the history rich.
The ride there was wonderful as the van was spacious and clean.

If you get chance to do this trip please do it. It's a full day trip but worth it. We went up into the mountains, tasted cheese and drank vodka. Went in a cable car to see magnificent views! And so much more!
This trip was made so much better by our lovely guide, Milos, he was so informative and certainly knew his stuff! Such a lovely man and a credit to your company! Would not hesitate to book this again next time we come here

It was truly a great and unforgettable adventure with Mr. Szymon. He was very friendly and approachable. He took the time to explain everything about the places we visited on the way to Zakopane.
One of the best memories was stopping at the Bacówka – the traditional shepherd’s hut. The smoked cheese was absolutely delicious, and the vodka was even better!
In Zakopane, Mr. Szymon shared interesting insights and recommended some excellent restaurants. On our way back, the views were simply breathtaking.
The whole experience was absolutely worth it, especially with Mr. Szymon as our tour guide. Thank you for such a wonderful day!

Comfortable ride up to Zakopane. Enjoyed the cheese tasting stop and the trip up the funicular for the Mountain View’s. Ample free time to get lunch, and explore the shops (if that’s for you). Loved the wooden church stop before heading back to Krakow

Convenient pickup/drop off point. Friendly and knowledgeable driver. Good clean vehicle to be in. 1 1/2 drive each way which was fine. Great little stop offs but at the village we spent the 20 minutes queuing for the toilet as only one there. The mountains was a great few hours. A meal and a drink. Plus a walk round was beautiful. Cable car is busy so expect some pushing and shoving to get on but hold your ground. Tour operator keep me informed before the day to confirm times. No complaints here

What a beautiful day out. Gorgeous scenery once we arrived at Zacapane, guided wonderfully by Lara who was very informative. Very well organised. The cable car was a bit chaotic as it was just before New Year and very busy. It was well worth the half hour queue though.

We had Daniel for our shared group tour, and he was BRILLIANT! Absolutely lovely, very knowledgeable and was very good at communicating fun facts and historical explanations behind everything he showed us. Daniel picked us up from our accommodation, he was very helpful with our stuff and was very accommodating. We got to experience polish countryside and gorgeous views whilst learning about the culture and tasing the cheese and vodka. I highly recommend this to anybody who wants to experience a day of polish traditions with stunning views.

If you don’t like tours that start sharp on time, stay on schedule and finish as planned, then this isn’t for you. The guide picked us up from our accommodation as planned. The drive to the mountains is 1.5 to 2 hours each way, but the van was comfortable and the driving smooth. You won’t be bored on the road anyway, you will have stunning views to entertain you. Our guide Daniel was very helpful along the way and made sure our needs were catered for. Keep in mind Zakopane is a very touristy destination so expect crowds and queues even on weekdays. Overall totally worth it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!! Thank you 🙏

Booked a private tour to Zakopane,Tatra Mountains & Cable Car through Viator. Our friendly guide Jacob picked us up outside our hotel in Krakow. He was punctual, friendly, informative & made our whole day extra special. We weren't too sure what to expect, but we were blown away. Zakopane is stunning & Jacob took us to various spots along the way, which included cheese tasting, trying Polish vodka & looking at the old wooden village of Gubalowka and the Ski slope in Zakopane. Absolutely fantastic day, would highly recommend.

Our third person was jammed in a tiny seat in the front between the driver and other passenger. Every time the driver shifted gears he hit the passenger’s leg. After this happen about 10 times he had the driver pull over and the passenger got out of the vehicle and Ubered back to the hotel.
The driver kne nothing about the are or at least shared nothing.
In the past I have toured with Aviator all over the world with nothing but praise for the. This was a terrible experience and our last. We should get a refund for 1 person!!!
Poor decisions by the driver who had us stand on ice in busy parking lots while providing limited information. Safety didn’t seem to concern him in the least.
