This class was awesome! The teacher was super nice and chill, making it easy and fun. We made ramen and two kinds of gyoza from scratch, and it all tasted amazing. It was a perfect blend of cooking and learning about the culture, definitely a highlight of our trip. You should totally check it out!

Such a fun cooking class. You learn to make the ramen noodles and gyoza dough from scratch. He gives you simple instructions and makes it incredibly easy to do. The ramen and gyoza ended up tasting amazing. Highly recommend this cooking class! Great instructor.
The staff was terrific, we learned great cooking techniques and the food was delicious. Highly recommend.
This was great. We mainly focused on noodle and dough making which is what I wanted. Not much was spent on broth, so don’t think this is a broth making class. I learned quite a few good techniques for making ramen noodles that I am excited to try at home.
Had a fabulous time with Risa instructing us on how to make Ramen with fresh noodles and 2 types of Goyza. So much fun making noodles. Tasted delicious. Don’t have much to eat prior to the class.
A great time out. Laughter, conversation and learning. If you love to try new things in a comfortable and fun way this is the place to go!
This was more technically informative than I expected and it was a great time. I left knowing how to make ramen from scratch and had a great time learning it. The teacher was fantastic and the environment was very comfortable. I would highly recommend it.
A cozy cooking class hosted by two kind and fun teachers. Me and my friends had a great time learning how to cook gyoza and ramen from a true authentic source.
Very enjoyable cookery class, both tutors were extremely friendly, patient & excellent at making the experience perfect. We both learnt lots.

We had a great time in this cooking class. We learned to make ramen and gyoza, and most of the prep work was already done, so we could focus on the fun parts. With only four people in the class, it felt calm, personal, and almost one‑on‑one. The food was excellent, and the hands‑on experience was exactly what we were looking for.
If you prefer a loud, high‑energy group activity, this isn’t it. The class takes place inside someone’s apartment, so you do need to be quiet and respectful of the building.
Incredible experience. Lovely kitchen and location. We learned so much and made our own Ramen noodles and Gyoza from scratch. Risa and Keigo were amazing hosts and teachers. They spoke perfect English and took so many photos for us. Highly recommend this cooking class.
This was a very well organized cooking experience. Everything was ready to go for us when we got there - including aprons, house slippers, ingredients, cooking tools etc. They took picture throughout and sent them to us on a Google drive. The food came out great. I learned some information about types of flour and kinds of soy sauce that I didn't know before.
Great small group experience...food at the end was also delicious! Our instructors were very patient and engaging.
This was one of the best tours we have done. The guide was interesting, informative and very Parris by. We made our noodles and skins from scratch. She made the experience fun for all of us. There were 3 children/teens in the group and they enjoyed it as much as the adults. The class moved quickly with everyone participating. Since we each made our own food, we could season it and add the flavors we liked. Not only was it a really fun experience, the finished product was delicious!
Brilliant cookery class (29/06/2026 at 11.30am), the right balance of making it yourself but with pre-weighed ingredients. We had a fantastic time and learnt some new cooking skills/techniques
So much fun!! Super informative + engaging. Had a great time learning about the different techniques + there's nothing like enjoying a homemade meal after making it yourself. Can't wait to make it again now that I'm home.
This was by far one of the best experience we had while in Japan. Fumi was awesome! She not only told us what to do step by step, she explained why we were doing it. She made it so much fun! Were we staying longer, we would have loved to attend another class or two that they offer.
This was a fantastic experience. They are very patient and clear on how to create your own dish with some opportunities to add your own twist to it. Would highly recommend this experience to any one who loves ramen and gyoza.
It's a great hands-on experience. The owner and instructor explained each step and the background expertly - then we took the steps which we appreciated. The best way to learn for us! We would recommend this class.
Our overall experience was amazing! The instructors were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable . We loved the experience and would highly recommend this course with others. The food was amazing as well.
It was fantastic. Our chef Keigo was an excellent teacher who attended to all the details necessary to cook our dishes. He was personable, warm and friendly and carefully walked us through the entire process.

Juat know that the LOCATION is a bit difficult to find. It is next to a store that sells sweets. All you see from the street are 2 black doors. Next, you press a code to call the apartment upstairs and you will take the elevator to the 6th floor.

A really fun experience which I’d definitely recommend.
Our ramen and gyoza cooking class with Keigo was one of our favorite excursions in Japan! Not only did we learn how to make two of our favorite foods, but we finally learned the secrets behind dough texture - why some doughs (like my empanada and pasta doughs) end up too stretchy or not stretchy enough.
Keigo shared so many helpful techniques and tricks throughout the class, including one that involved using your feet!
The class was hands-on, engaging, and full of practical tips we can actually use at home. Best of all, the meal we created was absolutely delicious. Keigo was delightful, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job explaining the techniques. This was a memorable and delicious.
Had an amazing time during this cooking class. The instructors were patient and very helpful. They capture photos for you during the experience and send as a Google Drive at the end of the class which was an unexpected surprise. I would definitely recommend!

We were a family of 8 with our age ranges from 9 years to 86 years and everyone had a great time.
The studio is incrediblely clean and organized, the class is easy to follow, fun, and ver organized with printed steps for you to take home. Everyone got to participate and the meal was amazing.

We were in Osaka for the last day of our 16 day Japan vacation and had booked this cooking class. So glad we did. We wanted to take in as much as possible of authentic experiences in Japan and really felt like this experience fit the bill. There was a group of 5 of us on this tour and we all had a great time. The cooking instructors seemed truly interested in making sure that we were all involved and understood how to make gyoza and Ramen from scratch. Prior to the class I hadn't realized how much is actually involved! We took lots of pictures for the memories and the best part was that once we were done we were able to enjoy a great meal. 😀
Although the directions to getting to the place were clear, it was still a little difficult for us to find the exact place to get to as it was kind of through a hallway next to another shop and up an elevator.
Overall, would highly recommend if you have a few hours to spend in Osaka.
Amazing cooking class in Japan. Very easy to book, there was openings the week before. The instructor offers other classes as well. Instruction began at the basics and was step by step to the final result. Very fun kneading dough and cooking. Also appreciated that they gave us printed recipes so we can recreate the meal. My partner and I love ramen and gyoza and so happy we know how to make it now!
Keigo and Risa were fantastic hosts and made our ramen and gyoza cooking class in Osaka an absolute highlight of our trip. They were warm, friendly, and explained every step clearly in excellent English. We learned how to make authentic ramen from scratch and fold delicious gyoza, and the whole experience was fun, interactive, and incredibly well organised. Their passion for Japanese food and culture really shone through. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Osaka.
The class was very well run, structured and enjoyable. Keigo was an excellent tutor and ably supported by Risa. It was a fun way to learn how to prepare ramen and make gyozas, to enjoy the fruits of our labours and meet ‘would be chefs’ from other parts of the world!
