I was lucky enough to have a private experience with the chef, and this was by far one of the best highlights of my Osaka trip. Kiego was so knowledgeable not just about ramen and gyoza, but he knew a lot about the ingredients that makes them delicious. It requires lots of love and patience, which makes me appreciate ramen & gyoza that much more. This was so much fun and I was very surprised at how delicious mine came out. 10/10 experience, and I highly recommend it

A great cooking experience full of explanation about the ingredients and Japanese way of preparing and cooking food. The experience was highly efficient with simple explanation of each step in English. We sat down for a very tasty, plentiful meal at the end which we had created and cooked ourselves. Perfect family experience. Thanks

Highly recommend this class for vegetarians and meat eaters alike! Our instructor (Keigo) was super accommodating for our dietary restrictions (vegetarian) and provided soy meat instead and gave detailed tips on how to best prepare them at home. He took pictures of us that he sent later and was very friendly as well. It’s a good way to slow down from busy travel and take a permanent souvenir away with you!

Great experience!! So much fun making ramen and gyoza. Fumi and Risa were so knowledgeable and patient with everyone. Plus, eating our own delicious creation was so satisfying!!

This was a really fun family activity! And the food that we prepared was really good too! Even for Americans :). Our guide / chef taught us well and took fun pictures for us.
The only difficulty was finding the location - not easily marked and no instructions on how / where to go once we got there!

I made some wonderful food some of it I would re-create at home and it was more than I could eat. It was a great experience.

We had the most amazing experience at this ramen and gyoza cooking class tonight! There were four of us (two couples), and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip.
Chef Kiego was absolutely fantastic — fun, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, taught us authentic techniques, and made the entire experience interactive and relaxed. We learned so much about the ingredients and the process behind making real ramen and perfectly crispy gyoza.
The food was outstanding — truly some of the best ramen we’ve had, and knowing we made it ourselves made it even better.
If you’re visiting Japan and want a hands-on, memorable food experience, this class is a must. Highly recommend!

This was a really great fully hands on experience hosted by an actual chef so even very capable home cooks will learn great tips and tricks during the session. Keigo spoke excellent English and he was very funny and entertaining. Highly recommend this experience. It was one of the best things we did in Japan!

We took this class while on our honeymoon and absolutely loved it! Easy to follow instructions, entertaining, and a great meal as a result. They also sent us copies of the recipes so we can try again at home. We would definitely recommend! Both the instructor and his helper were really great.

This was a wonderful cooking class. We were able to fit many techniques and fresh noodles into our time, but didn't feel rushed. It was interactive and well-instructed. Thank you!

What a great time we had with Keigo learning how to make gyoza and ramen. He provided us with step-by-step written instructions and then proceeded to teach us how to make dumplings and soup in a step-by-step fashion. He is obviously a gifted teacher. The cooking setup was outstanding. The final product was so very, very good. Keigo also took pictures throughout the entire process and sent them to us in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this class for learning how to cook some traditional Japanese foods as well as for the fun we had.

Very place was very homey, clean, and the tools and ingredients were well prepared for the lesson. The lesson itself was very informative and easy to follow. The instructor was able to keep an eye on everyone's progress, point out best practices, and guide.

This was such a wonderful class! We learned so much and the chef was able to customize this so we could cook with soy meat and seaweed stock for soup. It was such an interesting process and they were so patient, kind and fun. Each step was reviewed, fun was had and pictures were taken throughout the process. This is a must do in Osaka and you will enjoy your meal in the end. You will appreciate what people used to do without machines to make each of the noodles and gyoza :)

This workshop was amazing!
Super organized and fun!
Keigo and Tomiko were amazing!
Tomiko waited for us outside the building to ensure we found the location easily.
Best I’ve ever seen to help people find their way.
The class was super clean, fun, and organized and the education about the ingredients was stellar.
Thanks Keigo for the great instruction!
Overall and amazing experience and well worth the money!
