Great Family Adventure—The Kualoa Ranch
The Kualoa Ranch Jurassic Park and Movie Set Adventure who? I’ll tell you who—The Peace Family! Our Kualoa Ranch trip turned out to be the real blockbuster. It opened with moody Hawaiian rain — Mom and Dad sighed, “Great, of all the days we get the two-hour drizzle tour, let’s purchase the $3 plastic poncho” but the rain bowed out like polite extras—couldn’t have been more perfect. The guide/ads (okay, the whole setup) pitched the place perfectly and sucked us in — epic, goofy, and totally cinematic.
We wandered through prime like dino-real-estate, my wife and I reminisced about our 50 First Dates and we even posed for heroic photos next King Kong’s Skull Island, and practiced our best “run like a raptor” faces (no actual raptors, thankfully). Movie buffs, families, and anyone who likes scenery with a side of storytime: this is the outing you didn’t know you needed. Pack a poncho, a sense of wonder, and dramatic music on your phone—if you visit Hawaii The Kualoa Ranch is for you!

Culture, History & Nature Rolled into One
This was not just a sightseeing tour. This was an interactive, informative historical and cultural experience. The drivers/tour guides were very friendly and well-versed to deliver an authentic experience that featured the Hawaiian culture --- the land, the people, the "story" that brings you back to nature.
Of course the movie sites and Jurassic tour was a great cherry on the sundae.
The tours are organized, on time and the lunch buffet (packaged tour) was outstanding.
Big call out to one of the tour guides Tanner. Mahalo for the great service!

Jurassic Adventure w/ Penny (The Best Tour Guide)
Penny was absolutely amazing. The story telling during the tour was so detailed that it felt like we had little clips of the actual movies playing during. Penny made us feel like we’ve been long time friends who haven’t seen each other in so long. the genuine hospitality we received made me want to come back again during our trip. ABSOLUTELY TRY TO BOOK WITH PENNY!

Everything is on a...
Everything is on a schedule at Kualoa. Our guides Q and Ivan were great and knowledgeable regarding the ranch. We learned a quick history of the ranch during our ride. We did the 2 hour course which had 3 stops. The first two stops were shorter drives and the third ones bit longer. We were able to switch drivers but you need to let them know at check in. The views were great. This is more atv ride focused so there are less movie sites than expected if you were expecting that. The ride was exciting. We were given complimentary face covers to keep. Helmets and goggles were provided during the ride for all passengers. We did get a light dust during our time here but could be dustier when dryer.
