Perfect Day

We had a fantastic experience touring Arches National Park, Canyonlands National Park, and Dead Horse Point with our guide, Tom. We specifically booked a small-group tour, and with only five people total, it was exactly what we were hoping for. The van was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, with plenty of room for everyone. Tom was an excellent guide and shared a wealth of knowledge throughout the day. His explanations of the incredible rock formations, how the landscape was created over millions of years, and the area's archaeological history made everything we were seeing so much more interesting and meaningful. Beyond his knowledge, Tom was friendly, patient, helpful, and attentive. He was always there to lend a hand getting in and out of the van and was very supportive while we navigated some of the terrain. Lunch was another nice touch. Tom set up a lovely table for us, and the boxed lunches were very good—it felt like a proper little picnic surrounded by spectacular scenery. The combination of the small group, beautiful locations, comfortable transportation, and Tom's knowledge and personality made this a wonderful day. We highly recommend both the tour and Tom as a guide!

Best tour with an outstanding tour guide.

Our tour guide Sean Paul provided us with a ton of information reflecting the history of Arches National Park. He was personable and kept everyone engaged the entire time. We were offered drinks and snacks during the tour. Stopped many times for pictures and bathroom breaks. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Arches. You will come away with so much knowledge of the park all while riding in a comfortable van.

It was a very exhilarating hike, great views, and very organized. One of our family members was deathly afraid but after the first rappelling Nate made it so re-assuring by explaining the details of the rappelling. We are not experts but Nate made us all feel we understood the safety rules and guidelines. Kudos to Nate for a job well done in keeping us well informed. The history Nate gave us was another informative feature from running water, walls, rocks, flowers, drawing caution to poison ivy, cottonwood trees at the tail end on our way back to the parking lot. We would recommend Nate as a perfect guide, we couldn’t ask for a better person to take the lead.

Rafting guide Zach did a great job ensuring everyone including my kids had an amazing time. The tour included lots of relaxing floating time, helping cool everyone from the hot sun. The rapids are the right amount of thrill for my young children. Lastly we had a water cannon fight with multiple boats. I highly recommend the 1/2 day rafting adventure and give high praises to our guide Zach.

We loved this tour and it...

We loved this tour and it was a highlight of our trip! You will get covered in dirt and dust but it is so much fun! Our children (ages 17, 13, and 7) enjoyed riding along and touring the cave. Our oldest even had a chance to drive since she has a drivers license. This is a memory we will all treasure! We would love to come back again!

Exceeded our expectations!

Lots of great information. Easy to follow. Especially liked that the audio began as soon as we were approaching the next location and that there was a roadmap showing exactly where our car was on the trip and where the next destination was. Each destination was listed in sequential order so it was easy to know which one was next. If we hadn’t absorbed the information and wanted to hear it again, very easy to go back to that numbered site and listen again. Exceeded our expectations! We are traveling to more places before returning home and will go to the site to see if there are more tours that we can purchase from Viator.

Amazing tour of Arches & Canyonland

Our guide, Andrew, was the best! In addition to being incredibly knowledgeable, and having serious driving skill, he’s very kind and thoughtful. We required a bit more assistance and he didn’t hesitate to help out. And for those who wonder about what type of lunch is provided, it was delicious! Chicken Caesar salad wraps, sliced apple, a cookie and additional snacks if you wanted them. And they set up this nice hand washing station too. Pretty sweet. And yes, the scenery is amazing and he will take you to locations you would never reach on your own! Highly recommend this. Thanks again Andrew!
