What an incredible tour! Make sure you put the window down on the train and take videos!! Your mind can’t even absorb the beauty! I wasn’t sure what to expect but they over delivered!!! When in St Moritz, go to the pharmacy to buy your chocolate! Way cheaper, wish we had bought much more! This was one of our favorite tours and we are still talking about it. It’s worth every penny!!?

The Bernina train ride was truly breathtaking, easily one of the most beautiful journeys I’ve ever experienced! you can take the trip in any season because it highlights Switzerland in its own specific season I really appreciated the convenience of the pickup and drop-off service, it made everything stress-free. A special mention to our driver Charlie and the guide, they were incredibly helpful, very friendly, and made the trip even more enjoyable with their support and knowledge. All the stops were perfectly planned and gave us enough time to take in the views and enjoy each location. Overall, a truly memorable experience that I would highly recommend!!!!!

Beautiful tour to get the best of each stop. Alicia was awesome and very organized and knowledgeable. Very friendly and helpful! We recommend booking this tour as it covers spectacular places in just one day! We rated 5 star because we think it was well deserved. However we would like to recommend spend more time on Como city. It was a little rush during the morning (less than 40 min) and we understand time schedules but maybe if you extend pickup an hour before people would have a little extra time to explore and have a less stressed time to pass by this beautiful place! Lastly our experience on the bus… air conditioning was too hot and we were sweating! Please make sure drivers set the AC to a more comfortable temperature! Besides those 2 recommendations we had a great time and would definitely consider booking with this company again!

This is a great day trip from Milano. Ask for Mari as your tour guide. She was a great source of information esp. since she is from the Como area. It was actually good that we visited on a Sunday and most shops were closed except for the one Laderach chocolate shop that Mari pointed out to us. It would probably not be as comfortable if there were too many people.

Not-to-be missed tour, especially with the rooftop experience.

This tour of the rooftop and the church was amazing! The Duomo in Milan is not to be missed. There is an elevator that takes you up most of the way. The rest of the steps are taking in sections. If you're able to maneuver the stairs, I highly recommend the rooftop experience. To see the flying buttresses up close is worth the climb. Amazing views of the city, and the guide provide fantastic information that helps you to understand and appreciate this unique and amazing building. It's a must-see if you're in Milan.

Fabio was a very engaging storyteller! I loved how he engaged by asking us where we are from, allowed questions during the tour and gave fascinating details that left us wanting more! (I was on a previous non-Viator tour for The Last Supper where the tour guide was too focused on getting through the details which made me zone out. So it really shows how much it helps to have a great tourguide.) I’m just sad I missed the Duomo rooftop tour to catch a flight. But he was very helpful as the timing of the floor level tour would help my exit right before they went up. One thing to note- Viator should provide a screenshot of the meeting location. Written instructions aren’t enough when the surrounding area around the Duomo is too much to figure out. They called me as I was looking for the party, which kind of helped.!
