We had a wonderful time visiting beautiful Lake Como, Bellagio and Varenna! Our tour guide Salvatore was very knowledgeable and helpful. He recommended a wonderful restaurant for lunch and taught us so many facts about the region. We truly appreciated him!

All time for transportation (train, ferry, subway, etc) is already included in the tour duration.
The tour programme & schedule can change for operations reasons (eg train strike, bad weather, force majeure, technical issues of the boat, etc)

At the end of the tour the group will normally take the train from Varenna to return to Milan, but if you wish you can stay in Varenna to spend more time there and take on of the next trains/buses by yourself (we will provide the tickets - this must be comunicated before 13:00 on the day of the tour)
During the summer period, there is a small beach in Varenna if you want to swim a little
The tour is always confirmed in case of rain. Tour duration is approx. 10 hours (the tours ends in Milan Central Station).
In the winter time (November-mid March) the tour starts 1 hour earlier (7:55 AM meeting point in Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II and 8:15 meeting point in Central Station), while summer time (April-October) the tour starts 1 hour later (8:45 AM meeting point in Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II and 9:15 meeting point in Central Station).
It is possible to cancel free of charge only up to 24 hours before the tour, after that term it is not possible to cancel free of charge or modify the booking (for any reason). No-shows are non refunded. In order to cancel the booking, you need to do it from your account, please do not text us or call us to cancel the bookings - it can only be done by you personally from your account
If you wish to visit Last Supper on the day of the tour, please book it separately in the early morning or late eveving.
Please bring an ID (passport, or driving license - a photo is sufficient)
If you wish to visit Villa Cipressi (Gates of Heaven) or Villa Monastero during your free time in Varenna, you can buy the ticket directly there in the villa

This is one of the best tours we have been on in Italy. The guide was fantastic. The scenery was spectacular. I would highly recommend this tour to everyone. We saw so many things on this tour, including stops in several towns on the lake and learned about all the Villas and famous sites. We had plenty of free time in each of the stops so we’re able to do a little shopping and walk around the towns. This tour is a must if you want a comprehensive experience of Lake Como.

It was definitely the highlight of our trip to Italy. Our guide, Antonella was fun and energetic. She attended to all our little requests and would go extra miles to make sure we were all comfortable and satisfied.

We chose this tour because we wanted to travel by train and boat. Antonella was our guide for this tour. She is very nice and helpful. She explained how the trains and tickets worked so we could do it on our own for the rest of our trip. She raced to get our ferry tickets and secure our spot in line so we would be first on the ferry (to have seats and the best views). Tour was more about sights and culture than history. We had a lot of free time to look around ourselves. My only complaint is that these towns are so beautiful and the food so good that I could spend days here, but this tour gives you a nice taste. Highly recommended.

The perfect day! Meeting up with Antonella was like being reconnected with a friend. She put everyone at ease and wanted to make sure that everyone had the best day possible. The timing of each stop was good. Bellagio and Varenna were gorgeous. Every step you take feels like you are in a postcard. Most definitely make it a part of your trip!

Antonella is absolutely amazing! She gets you from point A to point B quickly and also knows where to sit to have the best view. She plans ahead to make the tour the most enjoyable. Additionally, she provides a great deal of information on what you are seeing. Antonella checks in with everyone frequently to answer questions, provide assistance, and to make sure everyone is having a good time. Angela was knowledgeable and experienced. She got us first access to the boat in Como so we had great views of the villas and countryside. This was a fantastic trip! What a great way to see around lake como and not have to worry about looking into where to go and how to get from town to town! This is a great way to see Como, Lake Como, Bellaggio and Varenna in one day. Our local guide, was friendly, enthusiastic, and very fluent in English. The lake, and lakeshore were extremely picturesque and inviting. Even in mid-spring, the towns of Como, Bellaggio and Varenna, as well as our cruise boat, were very full of tourists. I sometimes wonder, though, whether local Italians are fully being authentic, or trying to conform to what tourists expect in terms of food, and traveler experience. For example, pizza and pasta are ubiquitous in restaurants, little else. Despite this, a well-planned experience like this is a must-do for guests who want to see these iconic Italian areas, and only have a day to do it.

Our tour guide, Alessandro was very good. This full day tour of Lake Como to include the towns of Como, Bellagio and Varenna is highly recommended. Our tour guide was exceptional with a detailed knowledge of the sites that we would not have learned on our own. There was adequate time in the tour for local shopping an taking in the views. The recommended lunch spot was very good and reasonable. A long day for sure but with Alessandro as a tour guide highly recommended.

I'm really glad we booked this tour. Elma was a fantastic guide -- very organized, cheerful, calm, and proactive. We went around the Easter holidays, and I hadn't realized there would be such crowds. Elma was great at getting us all on the boats and trains safely and helping us to the best seats with the best views. I was traveling with my mother, who is in her 80s and needs a little slower pace, as well as my energetic sons, who are 15 and 21, and the day was enjoyable for all of them, giving us enough time to explore and eat while also providing us with a good structure to the day. Thank you!!
