A lot of walking. A lot. Tolerable in good weather. Almost unbearable in heat. Guide Sylvia was great with providing information, histories, etc. Seeing and hearing about The Last Supper was worth it. But I would warn that the strain of hot weather would make it hard for older folks to do the complete tour.

Elisa was so knowledgeable! She shared so much about Milano and every site on our tour. We learned a lot, and thoroughly appreciated our skip the line tickets at Il Duomo and our pre-paid tickets for The Last Supper. Even though it was warm, Elisa made sure to give us a break and ensured we stayed in the shade as much as possible. We thoroughly enjoyed this tour, and it made our day in Milan very memorable! Thank you, Elisa!

Simone was our guide He is so knowledgable about the history of Milano He is engaging and fun to be with He is an excellent guide and is exceptionally advised
David_B, Jul 2026
It was a nice tour of cathedral and Last Supper and city but I think it’s too much money to see Last Supper. All the tours charge too much for Last Supper
Stephen_M, Jul 2026
Very professional, very knowledgeable, easy to understand snd friendly too. I highly recommend. I would definitly use them again.

The tour guide was Excellent. Extremely informative and knowledgeable! So much history at La Scala! A must see!
Maya_K, Jul 2026
Was completely worth it! Great walking tour of the city with very knowledgeable guide. I booked originally just to see the Last Supper, but I am glad this is the only real way to see it because the tour was excellent and I never would have had the same depth of visit without it. Grazie mille!

One of the best tours I have been on. Our tour was outstanding, thanks to our guide! Her knowledge of the history, culture, and local stories was truly impressive, and she shared everything with such enthusiasm and passion. She was engaging, friendly, and happy to answer questions, making the experience both educational and enjoyable. It was clear how much she loves what she does, and that passion made all the difference. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for an informative, memorable, and enjoyable experience.

Lara was an excellent tour guide! This was a very long tour, but it was absolutely worth it. We spent plenty of time at the different areas of the Duomo, and Lara always made sure the group gathered together so everyone could hear her explanations. She was extremely knowledgeable and shared fascinating information throughout the tour.
As we walked to The Last Supper through Sforza Castle, she pointed out all of the major highlights along the way, making the walk just as enjoyable as the main attractions. She also gave us an excellent recommendation for lunch and took the time to help other guests figure out how to get to their next destinations, including which trains to take. Lara went above and beyond to ensure everyone had a wonderful experience.

Simone was incredible and made this tour exceptional! The tour alone is worth it for the Last Supper and description Alessandro gives as you view it. As a believer in Christ, the Last Supper is breathtaking and leaves you in awe.
However, the Duomo is incredible too! Highly recommend if you want to see Duomo and Last Supper. There is a break in between for lunch and bathroom. Grazie mille!

Fabrizio was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable about everything we saw, and gave us helpful invites along the way. The Duomo was incredible and the Last Supper moving and powerful.
ROBERTA_K, Jun 2026
Elisa gave many great jewels of information. The church was great . The castle less interesting. The Last supper was better than I thought it would be.
Kenneth_A, Jun 2026
There is a fairly long walk between the Duomo and the Last Supper. It didn't bother me, but it might others.
Shireen_S, Jun 2026
We had a terrific tour with Fadia to see the Milan Duomo and The Last Supper. She was fun, enthusiastic, and so knowledgeable about Milan and the history. She was thoughtful about the hot weather, and did a great job seeking shade, and she learned the names of the people on the tour. She clearly explained what we were seeing, the symbolism, and the special technique DaVinci used to create this masterpiece. We felt well prepared for our 15 minutes with The Last Supper. The Duomo and The Last Supper are must-see's in Milan, and I highly recommend this tour. Thank you, Fadia!

In my opinion there is no better way to explore a city than a walking tour… even better when you have a knowledge , witty and punctual guide like David. Being able to experience the Duomo, and Da Vinci’s Last Super as well as city highlights in between was a magnificent gift. All this within 3 hours was well worth my 24 hour stay in Milan.
Raymond_T, Jun 2026
Our tour guide Elisa was wonderful with many interesting stories, historical anecdotes, insights, and humor.
Emily_j, Jun 2026
Barbara was fantastic! We learned so much! I would highly recommend this tour. She really made an affront to answer all of our questions and be thorough in her explanations. This tour was worth the money.
Irina_K, Jun 2026
I enjoyed the walking tour very much. Elisa told us everything we needed to know about history of Milan and it's treasures. You will be walking, but there will be breaks and stops where you can sit in between. Lovely experience. 🙂
Taylor_W, Jun 2026
The tour guide was fantastic (5-stars). The tour wasn’t that great. We spent 20% of our time in the Duomo focused on 2-3 things (of many that looked interesting), 70% of our time walking past random buildings, and 10% of our time viewing the Last Supper. We didn’t get to go into the castle or anywhere else listed on the itinerary, which was a real bummer given the 3 hour time period (includes 30-35 min break and excessive walking) and it being our only day in Milan. We chose to go to the cafe inside the castle for our “break” because we thought there would be a castle tour afterwards. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and nice, but the tour logistics were disappointing for such a highly rated Viator experience.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We're very pleased to hear that you found your guide knowledgeable, engaging, and deserving of a 5-star rating.
That said, we're sorry to learn that the overall tour experience did not meet your expectations.
The only 2 places with tickets included on the itinerary and inclusions online are the Last Supper and the Duomo.
We appreciate your comments regarding the balance between guided explanations, walking time, breaks, and time spent at each attraction.
Thank you again for recognizing your guide’s excellent work, and we appreciate your honest comments as they help us improve future experiences. We hope you'll give us another opportunity to provide a satisfying tour in the future.

We were so excited for this tour and it turned out to be so disappointing. Our tour guide was literally like a robot. He started off the tour without any introductions and just basically talked at us for 3 hours! It was like he was just reading from a script and had no personality at all. He didn’t try to engage with us or even ask if we had any questions. I’m top of his lack of personality, it was 96 degrees in Milan and our small group was clearly struggling with the heat. There were so many opportunities to pop into a store for some cold water, a gelato or even sit down for 5 mins. I have used Viator before in European cities and this by far was the most expensive and the most disappointing. I am not sure I will use this service again.

Dear Stephanie_S,
Thank you for your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that the tour did not meet your expectations. Our guides strive to provide engaging and informative experiences, and we regret that the guiding style was not to your preference. We also understand that the exceptionally high temperatures made the experience more challenging.
Your comments are greatly appreciated and will be shared with our guiding team as we continue working to improve the experience for all of our guests.

We had high expectations for this small group tour that was not cheap.
Our group was not small being 14 persons plus the guide.
The earpieces were an issue to start as it was hard to hear despite turning the earpiece up.
We have been travelling in Europe for 2 months and used multiple Whisper type earpieces and to date had not experienced such poor reception.
The second problem was with the guide we were given.
She spoke facts continuously for 3 hours. The problem was with her accent and the poor quality of earpiece we struggled to get the facts!
The other problem was it felt like the guide was ‘going through the motions’ and was not very enthusiastic in her transfer of facts.
Several other clients actually removed their earpiece before the end of the tour because they said it was no point wearing it! Everybody looked bored and disinterested by the end which was not as we started out.
Apologies! I struggle to give negative reviews but I have no option on this tour!

Dear Jane_W,
Thank you for your candid feedback. We are sorry to hear that the tour did not meet your expectations. Our small-group tours are designed to be more intimate than our standard experiences, with a maximum of 25 guests, and we regret that the group size was not what you had anticipated. We also apologize for the issues you experienced with the audio equipment and for the guiding style not being to your preference.
Your comments are greatly appreciated and will be shared with our team as we continue working to improve the experience for all of our guests.
Shannon_M, Jun 2026
This tour is way over priced for the experience. I would not recommend. Tour does not allow for questions, or any engagement. The guide spoke so fast and just kept throwing out names and dates over and over. There were about 15 or so in our group and everyone agreed it was hard to understand. Most took the earpiece out because they were done trying.
We even asked the guide to slow down while in the cathedral. She was in her own world just reciting everything she knows.
You really only see the Cathedral and The Last Supper - I would find somewhere to just pay to access those 2. This tour walks all over as they point to buildings, again it was hard to understand. You get 1 water/bathroom break.
In the end- you’ve walked far from the meeting spot and they just leave you at the Last Supper. So plan to walk even more to get back or to grab an uber. Guide never asked if anyone needed help or checked in at all.
Do not book this tour.
Response from Host, Jun 2026
Dear Shannon_M,
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the guide's pace and speaking style made it difficult to fully enjoy the tour. Your comments will be shared with our guiding team for review. We would also like to clarify that the itinerary, including the walking tour through Milan ending with visits to the Duomo and The Last Supper, is outlined in the tour description prior to booking.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

The guide was great--highly knowledgeable and very energetic.
The office person arrived late with the headsets (so guide could all & everyone could hear well even at the back of group), so we lost 15-20? minutes waiting.
Mark_M, Jun 2026
The sites themselves are simply majestic and you don’t want to miss them. It’s worth doing a tour like this for the ease of navigating between them along with the ticketing process and selection of times for the last supper. Easy walk between them.
Anna_D, Jun 2026
It was a very enriching experience. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Milan and the various sites. I am so glad we went on this tour. Be aware that there is a lot of walking!
Jeff_W, Jun 2026
Overall an excellent tour by a well qualified and personable guide. The audio contraptions provided by the vendor were marginal - the audio was distorted and muddy. The tour itself felt a bit stretched. Two hours rather than three would have been sufficient. The faults were technical and structural - the guide did very well despite these deficiencies.
Tam_Q, Jun 2026
Brilliant tour! Our guide Barbara was so knowledgeable and explained the history of all the areas we visited with such detail that it really added to the experience of seeing these iconic landmarks. Seeing the Last Supper with my own eyes was truly a magical moment
Mark_F, Jun 2026
Really enjoyed the sights we able to see on this tour. HOWEVER, while it was advertised as an English-speaking tour, our guide spoke English with such a heavy accent that we had to work hard to understand what she was saying (and even then only got half of what she said). You should also know that there is a lot of walking required. While it was not inexpensive tour, it was worth the money.
Response from Host, Jun 2026
Dear Mark_F,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're pleased to hear that you enjoyed the sights and felt the tour offered good value overall.
We do apologize for any difficulty you experienced understanding the guide. All of our tours are conducted in English; however, many of our guides are native speakers of other languages and English is often their second language. While they are knowledgeable and passionate about sharing their destinations, we understand that accents can sometimes make communication more challenging. We appreciate your understanding and will continue working with our guides to ensure information is delivered as clearly as possible.
Regarding the walking involved, we strive to provide detailed information about the tour itinerary, duration, and physical requirements prior to booking so guests can determine whether the experience is suitable for them. We encourage all travelers to review these details carefully before reserving.
Thank you again for your comments, and we're glad that despite these challenges, you were able to enjoy the experience and the beautiful sights along the way.

Great tour with Davide! Very knowledgeable, personable, and humorous! I would highly recommend this tour. The Duomo and Last Supper were excellent by themselves but Davide really made the experience exceptional.
Geraldine_L, Jun 2026
Lucia was excellent! She kept us interested and on time. As we walked through the streets of Milan, she shared her knowledge of the history and the architecture. It was great to skip the lines and have tickets to the Last Supper and the Duomo taken care of. Highly recommend!
