ANNE_M, Sep 2026
This was a great way to see the sights, skip the line, and learn so much in a short time. Silva was knowledgable and so lovely.
Hormuz_B, Sep 2026
Excellent tour. Sylva was an amazing knowledgeable guide! I would highly recommend but wear comfortable shoes!
Steven_H, Sep 2026
It was a Wonderful tour very knowledgable and fun guide. For the non- religious, plenty of information was provided

Sylva was a wonderful guide. She was very knowledgeable and entertaining. The tour was very well organised from start to finish. The Last Supper was awe inspiring!
Ken_A, Aug 2026
To be honest, our family was mostly interested in seeing The Last Supper. However, the rest of the tour was amazing. We met near the Duomo and went inside. We walked through the Berea District. And spent some time at the Sforza Castle.
The Last Supper did not disappoint. The check-in process was smooth. And there was virtually no waiting. Only a certain number of people are allowed into the church at one time so you’re able to see the painting in a private environment.

It was ok. The tour guide was excellent. But the price $1100 USD for 2 adults + 2 kids (both under 5) and a 9 month old was far too much. You went into the duomo and the last supper - that’s it. With walking in between. The kids didn’t even get head phones. Next time I would have just done a self guided walking tour or much less cost.
Response from Host, Aug 2026
Dear Richard_D,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize that the tour did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding the overall value for the price.
We’re pleased to hear that you found the tour guide excellent. We understand your concerns about the cost, especially when travelling with young children. The tour price includes not only the guide’s services, but also the advance booking and organization of the entrance tickets, as well as the information and assistance provided throughout the experience.
Thank you again for choosing us, we hope you can join us again to give you the experience you deserve.

One of the best tours I have ever taken. Simone was absolutely wonderful. He was a great storyteller. I learned so much.
Jerry_C, Aug 2026
Davide was an extraordinary tour guide. His knowledge was shared very well, with context and humor. We really enjoyed the tour, his ability to help us understand the significance of the subject matter was so helpful. The Duomo is a must see, the Gallery was eye opening, La Scala and the courtyard with the Michelangelo statue then into the Castello all were an awesome walk. Then came The Last Supper,” and that was a lifetime moment. Thanks to Davide for a wonderful three hour tour.

A great tour that was full of history and an easy walk to the sites. Our tour guide was friendly and informative.
TinaMaria_N, Aug 2026
Barbara was simply incredible: knowledgeable, funny, engaging… one of a kind. Thank you a million times Barbara!
Scott_M, Aug 2026
Wonderful walking tour of the Doumo, the castle and The Last Supper. Our tour guide Sylva was very nice and knowledgeable. She had wonderful insights about the history and cultural significance of the places we visited.
Sandy_K, Aug 2026
Our guide lady, Debbie was excellent. She was very accommodating with our group as some had issues with their dress attire & items they bought that were not allowed. She knew her history & very informative.
John_S, Aug 2026
Very worthwhile tour and the guide was excellent, the earpieces were very successful
Lovely city to walk around
Kevin_K, Aug 2026
We had a fantastic tour guide named Debbie. She was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of extra insight along the way. Make sure shoulders and knees are covered for the Duomo. Watch your liquids for The Last Supper. We had a great experience overall.
Joanne_A, Aug 2026
Wonderful tour, bring a cover for your shoulders and knees, the cathedral guards are serious about it. The tour is very informative, lots of walking so wear comfy shoes.
Theresa_H, Aug 2026
Like many, we ended up with a very hot day of our tour. Out guide had a wonderful sense of humor and understood the temperature, he found shade whenever available, allowed for rests and water breaks while providing a wealth of information along the way. Wonderful experience!
Fanny_M, Aug 2026
We had a wonderful tour of Milan with Fadia. She was excellent—knowledgeable, friendly, engaging, and very passionate about the city. She explained everything clearly and made the tour both interesting and enjoyable. We really appreciated her warm approach and would definitely recommend a tour with her!
Wendy_E, Aug 2026
Overall the travel guide was very informative
But when myself n 2 other family members became lost from the group he didn’t even know
We frantically ran around 2 blocks trying to find them when he said to turn left but ended up doubling back
Luckily we had our head sets (though at times it faded out) we managed to find group
Also disappointed that when tour was finished we had to ask how to get back to where we started, he was just going to leave us, a foreigner not speaking Italian
Over the tour was good
Earl_W, Aug 2026
Very interesting walking tour of the Duomo and the surrounding area. Sylva was a fantastic guide. Of course, finishing the tour at DaVinci's painting of The Last Supper was a highlight and one of the few ways to guarantee a ticket for that experience.
Tyler_M, Aug 2026
Simone was perfectly punctual and made sure we had a long break because of the heat. He knew all the answers to the questions we had and was a lot of fun.
Balaji_R, Aug 2026
Fantastic walking tour of Milan. Barbara from City Wonders was very knowledgeable and provided very interesting and informative commentary. It was a hot day, but on the positive side, most of Milan had gone on vacation so the crowds were very manageable. The Duomo castle and the Last Supper were memorable.
roger_a, Aug 2026
Expensive for what you got. Your guide was late, no access to private duomo areas. Lots of stuff outside duomo.
Stopped by police partway through. Last supper was the highlight for sure. Could easily do this on your own
Response from Host, Aug 2026
Dear roger_a,
We are truly sorry to hear that your experience did not live up to your expectations.
We sincerely apologize for the issues experienced during your tour. We understand how frustrating this can be, especially when you are paying for a guided experience.
On a positive note, we are glad to hear that the Last Supper was a highlight for you. We deeply appreciate your candid feedback, as it helps us improve our service, and we will be reviewing these matters with our team.
David_T, Jul 2026
Wonderful tour! Simone eas awesome. City Wonders was great. So amazing to see the Last Supper! I enjoyed it thoroughly.
Steven_C, Jul 2026
Excellent walking tour. Debbie was an amazing guide and we learned a lot from her. The Last Supper painting was our highlight of the tour.
Dorcas_M, Jul 2026
It was a wonderful experience with Silva who was a pleasant and knowledgeable guide. The Duomo was beautiful. The Last Supper was divine.
Rod_C, Jul 2026
Great intro to Milan without a whole day commitment. Also, it’s a much easier way to get tickets into the duomo and last supper. It’s a 3hr tour but that includes a 20-25 min break and a 20 min walk to the last supper. Davide is enthusiastic, friendly and informative. Logistics were easy to follow.
DAVID_W, Jul 2026
Highly exceeded our expectations. Our guide was fantastic and you hit the highlights of the must see sites of Central Milan. We had walked around a good portion of the locations the day before, so having an explanation to the sites was huge on re-visiting. We took a last minute visit to Milan, so seeing the Last Supper was a must and we were glad we got the last available tickets through Viator. Highly recommended!
Mary_C, Jul 2026
A lot of walking. A lot. Tolerable in good weather. Almost unbearable in heat. Guide Sylvia was great with providing information, histories, etc. Seeing and hearing about The Last Supper was worth it. But I would warn that the strain of hot weather would make it hard for older folks to do the complete tour.
Marco_U, Jul 2026
Elisa was so knowledgeable! She shared so much about Milano and every site on our tour. We learned a lot, and thoroughly appreciated our skip the line tickets at Il Duomo and our pre-paid tickets for The Last Supper. Even though it was warm, Elisa made sure to give us a break and ensured we stayed in the shade as much as possible. We thoroughly enjoyed this tour, and it made our day in Milan very memorable! Thank you, Elisa!
