This is a great overview of the city of Milan. Our guide did a nice job of stopping in shady spots and helping us find water fountains on a sweltering Milan day.
The ride itself is mostly flat and fairly easy to navigate. The bikes were comfortable and in good repair.
Highly recommend.

You should be a competent rider as it’s through some traffic in the city streets. Mostly flat and easy to keep up. The guides were great, informative, and very pleasant. We saw sights we wouldn’t have seen on our own. Would do it again for sure.

There were two different bike tours to choose from, and we chose this one because it hit more of the bigger landmark instead of just riding through neighborhoods. Our guide was phenomenal.!! We’re learned so much about Milan. And We even got to stop for gelato.
The bikes were comfortable, and the three hour bike ride went by very very fast. I highly recommend doing the tour! Definitely a good purchase. Would even take this again on our next trip to Italy!

We love take a bite tour on day one in a new city. It's great to get to know the different neighborhoods without having to think about where you are going. We hit all the main neighborhoods and Paolo was great about giving us lots of info on the history of each. Would definitely recommend!

I enjoyed getting about 9km of light pedaling around Milan, this was a new activity I have not previously done. However, I was extremely surprised by the crowds of people we had to navigate through. This for me personally was very stressful and challenging, especially since I do not have much experience with crowds of people. I completed the tour having gotten a glimpse of what exist around Milan. The English speaker was outstanding, she was energetic and clear to understand. The biking saved a lot of time compared to walking but when finished I needed some quiet time to decompress from the massive crowds of tourist and locals.

I cannot imagine any activity being more fun than this tour was! So interesting and a refreshing way to spend the morning. Thank you Paulo!
ryanmcgrotty, Sep 2025
The guide is great and the tour is interesting. However, the group is too large (14 people) and the roads are not great for biking. This leads to feeling like you’re the “big group tour” ruining the experience for everyone else who has to wait for the group to pass. It’s just way too crowded to have 14 people on bikes in pedestrian area. Lots of dirty looks and annoyed pedestrians around us most of the time.
The other thing is the roads suck for bikes. Lots of cobblestone and brick roads where you’re vibrating along the road. Even the dedicated bike paths aren’t paved.

Covers the entire city. Very friendly guide. Good pace. Informative. Wish had done it the first day in Milan.

A huge thank you to Sandra for an amazing morning touring Milan. We learnt so much & saw so many interesting sites, never once feeling tired! We still cannot believe how far we travelled but it never felt long. For our 11 & 14 yr olds, they handled it well & Sandra always had their safety a priority. Even as the day became warmer, it never felt too hot with plenty of water stops in the shade plus yum gelato. Bikes were comfortable & in great conditions. Our family will have wonderful memories of Milan - thank you so much Sandra!

Exercise, history, and a charming tour guide. My daughter and I enjoyed the experience and our guide (the owner) was a sweetheart who was very patient (especially with the bridal party also on the trip, who were a bit pre-occupied with themselves!)

Dear guest,
We are very happy that you enjoyed the experience of visiting Milan a bike, accompanied by an experienced and friendly guide like Sandra.
We absolutely agree with you that Milan is fantastic on a bicycle, for a flat and not too big city like Milan, the bicycle is the most effective and comfortable way to fit in and get a complete overview of the city in just a few hours!
Grazie mille!

Riding around parts of Milan with Paolo was fun. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and informative. It rained a little so we required the raincoats for a short time, we felt safe and the ride wasn’t too strenuous. Would definitely recommend this bike tour.

We really enjoyed our 3+ hour Milan bike tour - Angelo is an excellent guide keeping us all safe on the Milan streets and pathways - and very well informed. Compared to a walking tour we covered a huge amount of territory and learnt heaps about Milan. The bikes are basic - just one gear - but perfectly adequate for the tour. Thoroughly recommended. We loved this tour. It was the best/fun way to see the city and hear the history. We were only in town for one day and if we just walked around in our own we would have missed so much of the history. Marco was a wonderful tour guide.
