This experience was good. We had an easy to follow map which took us place to place and a nice bit of information on each landmark we saw. The other good thing was that you could go at your own pace, no hard sell or hassle.

I went to the information desk in the palace and they said, it is closed today! So I didn’t get to go to the tour

Ciao! All the information to access the digital guide are shared through mail + whatsapp + voucher. There is no need to go at any information desk (I also don't know which information desk you talk about😅). Our customer support also is very reactive to help tourists online but we never got any message from you (only this review 🥲). Hope that this answer will help other travellers !
