Premium Private Walking Tour
This tour was the highlight of our stay in Parma. With the delightful and knowledgeable Erica, we were immersed into the food culture and town history of Parma and regions. This tour was unique thanks to its private nature - being for just my partner and I. Erica’s passion for this region’s food was evident thanks to her excellent training and qualifications as an official Parmigiana Reggiano taster. The inclusion of uniquely local dishes both savory and sweet and vertical tastings of Parma meats, balsamic vinegars and Parmigiana Reggiano cheeses made this walking tour a most enjoyable experience.

A must!!! Highly recommended.
We had an awesome tour guide. Her name was Roberta. Absolutely informative, clear concise very thorough. Easy to understand easy to communicate. She was very friendly. I would highly recommend this tour, especially if you love parmigiano Reggiano cheese and prosciutto. What was also great about this tour is that it was private and you moved at your own pace. A MUST!!!!!

Lisa, our guide, was a...
Lisa, our guide, was a lifelong Parma resident and an expert on the area, and Parma food traditions and specialities, especially Parmigiana Reggiano and Parma Ham. We thoroughly enjoyed her commentary and insights and learnt a lot during the half day tour. Tastings at both the Parmigiano Reggiano dairy and Parma Ham factory were delicious! Thoroughly worth doing if you are staying in or within a few hours of Parma.

Not to be missed experience. Our guide, Mathio, is incredibly knowledgeable on the process of cheese and prosciutto making and explained everything clear and interesting. The tastings everywhere were ample and well done. The tour itself was well organised- I can absolutely recommend it
