The rooftop areas are sloped/inclined, so walk carefully. We had a gentleman in our tour group who lost his footing and fell (he stood back up quickly and was able to complete the tour). TOUR REVIEW We had a wonderful, excellent guide who was not only professional, knowledgeable, safety conscious, and very witty, but was also concerned that our entire group was enjoying ourselves. His love for Milan was clearly evident. Bonus, he can help with restaurant recommendations. THE DUOMO From afar, this architectural beauty draws you towards her. The tour wastes no time taking you to the top (just understand, your group may need to wait a little bit before walking inside). So. Many. Details. The view from the top is what you might expect (most certainly worth the hike up the stairs), but what you see on your way up sets this apart from what is free to see at ground level. Take it all in, people, especially if you think you may not necessarily make it back to Milan like us (lots of places on our bucket list, not enough time...or money, lol). Inside, the cathedral is absolutely stunning. Pictures alone do not do it justice. Be sure to ask the seating capacity and the length of time for construction. Consider the weight of marble and how tall and how old this structure is. My knees were the only ones with complaints, so I had to take it easy after the tour, but I stand (pun intended) by my review: 💯 Worth Seeing Up Close!

Bebe and Crystal were phenomenal guides. The tour was very educational and it was a great opportunity to have quick access to areas others couldn’t since we were in a golf cart. they provided blankets, drinks and we had a clear cover on the golf cart that could be zippered for when it got chilly. Jessica our guide was extremely knowledgeable of the history of the area.At every location for food and drinks we were also given information of its background eg established by a particular family,region produced , ingredients etc .The group size is small and everyone had opportunity to introduce themselves and as Jessica said ‘how can you not enjoy a tour that involves food and wine ‘ There is a fair bit of walking but between courses that proved ideal and the history of each eating establishment and the area was fascinating . Jessica had a great enthusiasm and kept the group connected in both conversation and laughter. Highly recommend this tour if in Milan .
