Elma was great at getting us all on the boats and trains safely and helping us to the best seats with the best views. I was traveling with my mother, who is in her 80s and needs a little slower pace, as well as my energetic sons, who are 15 and 21, and the day was enjoyable for all of them, giving us enough time to explore and eat while also providing us with a good structure to the day. This tour of the rooftop and the church was amazing! The Duomo in Milan is not to be missed. There is an elevator that takes you up most of the way. The rest of the steps are taking in sections. If you're able to maneuver the stairs, I highly recommend the rooftop experience. To see the flying buttresses up close is worth the climb. Amazing views of the city, and the guide provide fantastic information that helps you to understand and appreciate this unique and amazing building. It's a must-see if you're in Milan.

It is a lot of walking, pack hat and glasses and mini fan if doing it in the summer. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The Last Supper is absolutely as special in situ as one might hope. It was an awesome trip! I recommend you do this first thing when you arrive in Milan. This (all-day) trip was worth the time and money. We loved it all and can’t decide what our favorite part is. It’s a definite MUST for us again next time we come back. Bring portable battery and a phone stand for lots of pictures … I ran out of space from my cell and had to use my husband’s phone instead. The only thing is that we wish we had more time at our first time to do a little more shopping. They only gave us 30 mins and wished we had an hour instead. But all in all, it was an awesome trip!

I have never done guided tours before, though i had travelled to Rome, Perugia, Pesaro, Passoscuro , Firenze etc previously and thought i had seen Italy with all its beauty....oh this was no comparison with taking the tour bus with Viator. Firstly, after booking, we received regular updates about the trip, this was very reassuring. Day of the trip...meeting location was easy to find and there was someone already waiting. The bus ride was smooth and Mariana was very knowledgeable. We were not rushed and everything was planned to perfection including the boat ride. There was so much to see and do in one day. You must do this trip from Milan and it is priced cost effectively so worth every penny
