Our guide was so knowledgeable, friendly and fun! We had a great tour! She was patient and caring and always made sure the entire group was present before moving on. Her English was flawless and she was a fun person to spend a few hours with. I’d recommend this tour to anyone, just be mindful that there are stairs after the elevator ride to the roof , 260 steps back down to the main church and another flight down and up to the archeologic site in the basement.

Paola was a terrific guide, she really knows the cathedral inside about, top to bottom. She showed us a lot of little details we definitely would have missed without her. The roof view was like nothing else, the inside was awesome, and the archeological ruins underground were really interesting. We got a lot out of it with a guide. Great tour!

The guide was absolutely amazing...very friendly, informative and interactive. Note that even though you go to the terrace via elevator, there are steps to get to the higher terrace and you walk down at the end of the tour. Group size was good.
