What are people saying about Milan

Definitely worth it.
Perfect. Lucia is an absolutely AWESOME tour guide. Super knowledgeable and excellent story teller with a very engaging, friendly, and humorous personality. I couldn't have asked for a better tour guide for this activity.
Additionally, everything went exactly as expected re: meeting location, time, duration, etc.
Would absolutely recommend this activity to everyone. Be sure to ask for Lucia. She is excellent!!!

Duomo with rooftop access
Our tour of the Duomo was wonderful! Even though it rained all day, which put a bit of a damper on things, we still made the most of it and had a fantastic experience. The tour was perfect and very informative, and we learned so much about the history and details of the cathedral that we never would have noticed on our own.
Our guide was engaging and knowledgeable, sharing interesting facts throughout the tour that really brought everything to life. Access to the Duomo rooftop was the cherry on top of the experience. Even in the rain, it was incredible to see the architecture up close and take in the views. It’s something that absolutely must not be skipped if you’re touring the Duomo.
Despite the rainy weather, the experience was memorable and completely worth it. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting!

Great introduction to Milan
Francesca was an excellent guide. We had a very small group (3). The variety & quality of the food samples was very good.
We tried balsamic vinegar (tasting room & history experience), bresaola with bread & two cheeses, “salted rice” (hubby’s favorite), panzerotti, and a little sweet. We had opportunities to purchase a few things as well.
We walked around and saw some archeological sites, bits of the old city wall, and several squares & churches. We finished the tour near the Duomo, which is also near the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II.
Overall, a fun excursion, a fun & interesting guide, and an introduction to Milan’s favorite snacks.

The tour guide was...
The tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable about the Duomo, but also the city of Milan. Really helpful to have a tour and not just try to do it on our own. There was also a decent line for the elevator to the roof and this allowed us to skip the line. Highly recommend this tour.

Memorable Experience in Milano
I booked last minute to maximize experiencing the most of downtown Milano in a couple of hours. The walking tour with Bibi totally exceeded my expectations. Bibi’s wealth of knowledge as a historian and a local gave me a memorable experience of this beautiful city, pointing out major highlights and some hidden treasures only a local would know.
Her English is excellent. She was adaptable to point out areas that would interest me and is a pleasure to tour with. Thank You Bibi.

Milan highlights
Daniella clearly loves her job as tour guide. Her English is excellent. She is friendly, and educated about history and art. She shared the right amount of information. She allowed us to direct her so as to show us the things we are interested in. Very good value for a private tour.
I wish Viatours would indicate the meeting point clearly in the opening of the
ticket page. One needs to scroll down for better directions.

Small group experience of the Last Supper
This was the most expensive tour in our entire 2+ week trip in Europe. We were a group of 6, and we wanted a more personal experience to view this masterpiece, so we took a chance to sign up for this “semi-private” group tour. I originally thought we had the entire room to ourselves, but we were actually a part of 40+ people admitted into the room for the 15 min viewing time. Fortunately, the room was large enough, and our group of 6 did get a few minutes to view the painting on our own. Fiamma was our guide, although the tour was less than an hour, Fiamma was able to pack a lot of relevant and important information from the start — outside of the building (monastery & church) all the way to the painting itself. She communicated clearly, and was very effective in setting up and helping us get the most out of the short time we had. I appreciate her knowledge and through her guidance, I was able to make an emotional connection with the masterpiece — which was my biggest take away from this short tour. I wish I could linger longer though. But because of Fiamma, the painting was etched in my mind, to be revisited whenever I want — thank you! I don’t think that would happen without her guiding us to focus and see the many details and meanings behind the gestures, facial expressions, body positions and interactions among the characters. What a masterpiece it was!

Buy the Tour!
Do yourself a favor & buy this tour vs. going it alone. Laura, our tour guide was stellar. She pointed out details and the subtlest nuances of Da Vinci’s painting my hubby & I agreed - we would have never known - nor read about or learned before. The depth of knowledge she commands and passion for all Italian history was unbelievable - only acquired I think from years of experience, education & drive to learn more. We had a ball - thanks!

Tasty Tour and Great Company
Our day was truly memorable thanks to our knowledgeable and funny guide, Armando. He tailored the tour to our preferences and was happy to spend extra time at places we enjoyed. The food was delicious, and we also learned a lot about the city and its history. Highly recommend, especially with Armando as your guide

Amazing Tour
Emanuela Did an excellent job. She was very knowledgeable and shared a lot about the city. She is a local and knows a lot about the city and its history even beyond the basics of the tour but she also spoke excellent English.
We only had 1 day to spend in Milan and feel like this was a great way to spend it.

Great tour
There are many significant sights in Italy. DiVinci’s Last Supper is the only one that limits access to 1500 people per day in 15 minute, sessions of about 35 people, 6 days a week. That means you are very unlikely to view This master piece without a pre arranged tour group.
Upon meeting our very knowledgeable guide, she explained the history of Leonardo’s time in Milan, and the work itself . Her discussion included info on the characters in the fresco and why it is fading away( it’s not really a fresco) She also explained the reason for such limited access to preserve this world heritage site
Then she took the group on a walk to visit the Sforzesco Castle and told its history
