- Please remember that you have to follow a precise dress code for the Duomo entrance: shoulders, knees and thighs need to be covered so please avoid short dresses, tank tops, shorts and hats (for men). It is not allowed to enter with large bags, animals, weapons, lighters and scissors.
- Please note that the tour includes access by elevator to the Duomo terraces and the descent will be by foot. Please consider that there will be some stairs.
- Please note that in case of adverse weather conditions (eg. bad storms, unexpected extreme events), or unforeseen circumstances (eg. monuments sudden closures, train/flight cancellations or delays) we do not guarantee a full refund. The company will examine each case and act accordingly.
- Please note that due to a possible overcrowding inside the Cathedral and its terrace, the tour may last 30 minutes longer.
- Please be aware that due to low temperatures, the access to the rooftop may undergo variations and/or limitations. Contact us for more information.

The tour was fantastic and definitely a must way to view the Cathedral which was stunning.
Very enjoyable and educational. Take a small bottle of water for the tour if it’s a hot day.
Be aware there are a fair few steps to go up and down but absolutely worth it.
Our tour guide was brilliant and waited if we wanted to take pictures.
We went at 12 noon but apparently the evening tour and views at night are also meant to be fabulous.

Guide is ok but, in a hurry, to finish the trip... Doesn't give much time especially at the terrace. Very sad and upsetting.
Probably better to go by self as we can spend more time as we wish.

Danielle was extremely knowledgeable and gave a great tour. Having a guide is the only way to do the tour. Without one, you will still see amazing things but you won't get to hear the history and know how the Duomo was made or the reason why.

Our tour of the Duomo was wonderful! Even though it rained all day, which put a bit of a damper on things, we still made the most of it and had a fantastic experience. The tour was perfect and very informative, and we learned so much about the history and details of the cathedral that we never would have noticed on our own.
Our guide was engaging and knowledgeable, sharing interesting facts throughout the tour that really brought everything to life. Access to the Duomo rooftop was the cherry on top of the experience. Even in the rain, it was incredible to see the architecture up close and take in the views. It’s something that absolutely must not be skipped if you’re touring the Duomo.
Despite the rainy weather, the experience was memorable and completely worth it. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting!

Loredana is a wonderful person and a passionate guide. She takes time to explain and happy to answer questions. She’s not one of those commercial people who go by the clock. My wife and I had a wonderful time listening to her explain the history and background of the Duomo.

WORTH IT! We literally did skip lines with our guide Daniella, who is Milanese and had flawless English. and we learned so much from her about the history as well As present day. And the views from the rooftop terraces are not to be missed; she pointed out other landmarks in the city from there.

It was a rainy, cloudy day and just perfect to climb one of the best known Gothic cathedrals in the world - my experience of the Duomo rooftop terraces was sensational and the tour guide, Daniella (also an archaeologist), was knowledgeable, interesting and lovely to spend time with. The Duomo is packed with people (no matter what the weather) so booking a tour is the best way to get the most out of your visit.

Tour guide was great. I forgot her name but she was attentive and made sure everyone was accounted for and for our experience to be safe (especially on the terrace) and everything to go smoothly. she was knowledgeable, kind and patient. Thank you for making our experience so memorable. Being on the terrace was breathtaking and of course the interior was just as beautiful and amazing too. Also, meeting place was easy to find especially with apple map.

The tour guide was completely professional. She was born in Milan and had a huge passion for the area. She was wonderful in explaining all the details and facts of the building of the Domo. Our group size was 10 people. Skip the line was truly skipped lines even on a fast pass/timed entry area.

Daniella was an excellent guide who was well-attuned to the needs of the group-she made sure that several people were able to take the elevator down from the rooftop rather than walk down 251 steps. She also recommended a nearby restaurant for lunch.

A must do in Milan! Fabulous cathedral with a very informative guide, Daniela. The views from the rooftop are amazing. Keep in mind there are lots of stairs and uneven areas. Not recommended for small kids or elderly.

It's a beautiful experience. Beware that there is a lift but stairs are involved. It's great that they use microphones and headphones so you can hear your guide. Daniela was a terrific guide. She is very knowledgeable and was happy to answer all questions. The Duomo is not to be missed and tour is all we needed.
