Good insights on local culture and selection of street food. Our guide was nice and tried really hard and also helped me find a store and the tram station, and the highlight was the visit to the Balsamic Vinegar place. Unfortunately our guide only spoke only passable English and the tour itself was very slow paced with long pauses in between. I'm sure he would have done much better if he were to be speaking his natural language (Italian), but the pre-agreed language of the tour was English and I expected him to be a bit more engaging.

Tasting new foods and having them explained about the process on how to make forchetta and balsamic vinegar. I went back to the balsamic vinegar place and bought a variety to bring home to Canada. The local guide was very knowledgeable. I would recommend this tour to learn more about good Italian food. Yum yum
