The meeting place for the bus is on the north side of the hotel, not the front. If you reach out to the tour operator they will provide the license plate for the bus to make sure you get the right one.
Long trip from Milan but we all enjoyed it. Might be interesting if this was offered as an overnight trip given the six hour bus ride.

Beautiful city but way too rushed and our bus and guide were not good; bus ride she mumbled unto the microphone and didn’t care that we couldn’t hear a thing.

We are very sorry for your experience, but your words truly leave us astonished. The guide and driver in question are among our most experienced and qualified professionals, and considering them inadequate just because there was an issue with the microphone audio seems frankly exaggerated.
You could have simply reported it to the guide right away during the trip: they would have immediately adjusted the volume or repeated the information so everyone could hear properly.

If you want a satisfying taste of a splendid day in Venice, this trip with satiate that craving. It’s a packed day but it serves its purpose. The bus ride was comfortable with breaks for breakfast and bathroom. The guide led you so you’re not aimlessly walking around, still giving you free time. And the gondola ride was the highlight!! We ate at a random place and had the best seafood risotto ever! I had the best time!

Quite a long round-trip drive from Milano, but the ability to spend a good portion of the day in Venice made it completely worthwhile. I had the best lasagna and limoncello of my life at some little place in the midst of all the stores! Note: The boat referenced is actually a fairy to the main island and back. If you want to ride the gondola, that's extra paid in cash that day. I was fortunate I had enough euros to cover the four of us. (I think it was €30/person--Aug. 2026.)

With the Venice tour, we found this was the perfect way to see Venice in a day. We appreciated how comfortable the bus ride was and the fact that it was a small group of people in the group. The stop at the truck stop to use the bathroom and get snacks was an added bonus for the journey to Venice. As crowded as Venice was that particular day, having Didi as a tour guide made us feel comfortable with our surroundings. Didi was very knowledgeable and was able to help us in obtaining a gondola ride. This was the perfect way for us to see Venice and we felt we were able to see a lot in the couple hours of free time that was granted. For those not wanting to stay overnight in Venice or navigate the logistics of getting there, this tour would be perfect for you.

The tour personal is wonderful. Both tour ladies were great and our driver very good too!! Good stops in very clean bathrooms . Did not like Venus the people running business there very rude and aggressive! Mean ladies going around telling you to not sit on any steps or borders . Super dangerous Venice we say in plain old site a person rob from back pocket a young ladies phone. Also the white birds super aggressive !!! Be aware we saw another woman being attacked on the forearm by these birds. The only beauty are the gondolas and that is it. You get trick on the buying on the streets and on the stores as well very horrible. My daughter and I were so upset with all we saw . The company not on fault on this , but the reality is that Venice is horrible to visit .

Great day. Mara was brilliant. She was very informative. It does get very busy so try get there early if possible. The gondola ride was fab but they dont take card so make sure you have cash. A great selection of Italian restaurants and they are very reasonably priced. The food is typically Italian with plenty of pizza and pasta. Dont forget the pastries. Really enjoyed our day. Would highly reccomend.

The whole itinerary was great. The tour guides and the driver were friendly and helpful. Only thing is , she was a bit late, and being in a hurry, she was doing her make up in the bus, the three of them ( driver , the tour guide and her assistant) were talking about their personal life.

A great way to see Venezia with limited time. Our tour guide Mara at Milano was fabulous. She was friendly, extremely vigilant and helpful. Our tour was during an extremely rainy day and she wasn't fazed by the wet conditions. We met Barbara in San Marco and she was also very informative and easy to communicate with. We loved our tour and having free time. We were only a small group of 13 which is very manageable. I saw other tours of 30 or more and don't know how they stayed together. Even in the rain it was very crowded in the smaller areas. It was a long day but well worth the time and money.

This is a great day trip option to Venice. You get to see Italy’s beautiful landscape on the way there and back. You have to go to Venice at least once. I’m glad we stayed in Milan instead of Venice but that’s just my preference.

We only had a day spare to see Venice and luckily we were shown around by Barbera who made the trip from Milan to Venice go quite quickly with her interesting and engaging commentry.
We saw and experienced everything we wanted to see including a Venetian glass blowing demo(after which we bought a vase) and a gondola ride together. There were obviously the crowds we expected but all in all it was a wonderful day

Visiting Venice was a great experience overall. The city is beautiful and it's definitely a place everyone should try to visit at least once. The tour guides, especially the local one, were very knowledgeable. Only four stars instead of five because we were not told the gondola ride woild be shared with other people. My partner and I were hoping for a private gondola, but it didn't happen. If you want a private gondola for you and your significant other, make the arrangements yourself instead of doing it through the tour. Otherwise, great tour to a beautiful place.

Tour guide walked too fast and left prople behind. The gondola ride was terrible! Just s boring ride with no commentary from bored gondola drivers. Young kids driving gondolas with no care or interest in customer satisfaction-none. Won’t return to Venice.

The fast pace set by the guide on the way to the boarding point was dictated solely by YOUR late arrival at the meeting point. Despite the scheduled time having passed, the guide chose to wait for you so you wouldn't miss the excursion and be left behind in Venice—a courtesy that necessitated a brisk walk to ensure the rest of the group didn't miss the boat. We can confirm that no passengers were left behind.
Regarding the gondola ride, please be aware that, by tradition and regulation, no commentary is provided by the gondolier. All Venetian gondoliers are highly qualified professionals; their age does not impact their technical skill, which is the result of rigorous selection and training.
We find your comments to be misplaced, particularly regarding a guide who prioritized your inclusion in the tour despite your lack of punctuality.

Really great trip with plenty of free time. Didi was a fantastic tour guide. We had two little children and she made sure they had a great time as well, which was great to see. Small group which allowed for all of us to interact with Didi who was extremely knowledgeable. It was great that this company partnered up with a local to the area as it allowed it was extremely helpful to hear Venice from a locals perspective.

Wonderful day trip. We had two guides - Barbara from Milan who was with us throughout the trip, and a local guide Barbara in Venice. They were both exceptionally knowledgeable. Made the best of our time in Venice, which is a must see. Because it was a private tour, the ride was luxurious and extremely comfortable. Definitely recommend.
