Great tour! Tour guide made us feel comfortable, not too rushed but kept a nice pace. She was super knowledgeable about the. Duomo and surrounding areas. It was so nice of her to point out all of the intricate details and history! So much to learn!

Meeting point is NOT in front of duomo at entrance. It is a ways away and you walk up to it. The address takes you to the duomo but they actually meet at a bookstore nearby.

Why did you go in front of the Cathedral?
On your voucher there is CLEARLY written the meeting point, which is MONDADORI DUOMO (a book store, pretty huge). Mondadori is not the Cathedral.
The tour guide waited for you at Mondadori Duomo bookstore as per confirmation voucher.

We had a great tour of the Duomo, our guide Simon was very experienced. He knew the best order to see the Duomo given we went in June (so it was hot). The meeting place was easy to find as well as our guide. He kept the tour interesting and provided information that kept our kids (8yr, 14yr & 16 yrs) interested. He answered all our questions as well. I would recommend a tour with Simon to friends!

Our guide was very knowledgeable and easy to understand. I have done this tour in the past and learned a variety of new things I did not know before. My biggest advice is to add that the meeting location is at the bookstore. Not in front of the church.

The private duomo tour with Fabio was a very big highlight of our time in Milan. Totally private and fast entry points everywhere made the massive crowds and almost 100 degree heat manageable. Fabio was amazing, both knowledgeable and charming. We could have listened to him all day. He was also so considerate and helpful. The Duomo is a must see in Milan and this tour is the way to go!

The tour started from the rooftop of cathedral and then go inside. With a child was difficult but the tour guide was very kind and helpful. The cathedral was beautiful.

This tour is a must. Mayra was an excellent tour guide. She was very knowledgeable. The roof top tour part was amazing but would be difficult if you have mobility issues.

Excellent tour of the Duomo. The tour guide was knowledgeable. Only suggestion is for the guide to have a flag letting participants know location. Other than that, we really enjoyed it.

Absolutely perfect experience! Our guide was so knowledgeable and passionate about the Duomo and Milan. We moved efficiently around the property and were so happy we opted for this guided tour. The restroom situation is odd. The public-access toilets on the side of the Duomo are convenient and cost two Euros and are some of the only options. Wonderful tour!!

I was at the meeting place 20 minutes earlier than I needed to be. I could not find the tour group. I tried calling the number on my confirmation and no one picked up. I ended up buying my own ticket to enter the Duomo. Very disappointed that I had no way to find or even contact the tour group leader.

We checked and it seems that the information you wrote in your complaint are incorrect.
The guided tour has regularly run with other participants, who booked the same experience of you, arrive on time and easily found the guide at the meeting point.
Nobody of our Company is going to call any customer in order to check if they are coming or not. The customer has to arrive on time at the meeting point.
On the voucher of ALL our products there is clearly written: "we require to all participants to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the starting time. Latecomers will not be accepted."
Furthermore, you have our emergency contact. Why did you not call us?

Our guide, Massimo, is engaging and super informative. He was very generous with his time, and shared both historic and fun facts. We could tell he is passionate about his work and his city. This duomo tour - especially the terraces - is an absolute must for visitors to Milano. Our tour was in Italian, and Hidden Experiences reached out to me to be sure that I didn’t make a mistake and book in the wrong language. Communication from booking to the date of the tour was excellent. We were fortunate to have a great guide and a perfect day. From the rooftop we could see all the way to the Alps! Highly recommend.

Jada was a lovely tour guide for us. The check in was a bit hectic with a larger group but it all worked out. Hearing from her about the history of the work and da Vinci was wonderful as you are staring at the masterpiece. The walk after really focused on the sforza castle, a bit of the duomo, and the Gallery. I qmybe would have liked to add a few more places in but I know there is limited time.

In the middle of November, on a slightly foggy day, there were no crowds at all, so we didn’t need to skip any lines. However, I would highly recommend this tour. Simone was a wonderful guide, sharing great insights about the church, its architecture and art.

We had an excellent experience with our tour guide Lorella. She had a vast knowledge of the Duomo, both inside and out, and shared her insights with us willingly. We had a private tour (just our group of 3) as we learnt that this tour company never cancels on their bookings, and were very grateful for this unique opportunity. Would highly recommend this tour company, and specifically, our tour guide Lorella who ensured we had an excellent experience and provided us with personalised recommendations for the rest of our time in Milan. Very nice tour guide, shared a lot of interesting history and details of the duomo. Was easy to meet for the tour. Beautiful inside and out. For the rooftop access, able to take an elevator for part, and some steps. Steps for the entire descent but not difficult. Very enjoyable

An amazing opportunity to experience this incredible Duomo. Visiting the roof was a great highlight with amazing views of Milan and the fun of just walking around up there. The inside of the Duomo was beautiful and wonderfully explained by our guide. For several of us in our group of five, this was our favorite Duomo that we visited in Italy.

This was an amazing tour! Our guide, Lorella, was prompt, enthusiastic and extremely knowledgeable. Despite there only being the two of us booked on the tour, Viator did not cancel the tour and we were guided around the Duomo by the lovely Lorella as if we were on a private tour! I highly recommend this Company and this tour!

The rooftop if the Duomo is amazing. The inside is gorgeous. We had a great guide that was very knowledgeable and told us interesting facts. Being able to skip the long lines was such a time-saver. Highly recommend this tour.

Our visit was a great experience, mainly because of our guide Victor. Entry was quick and easy, he gave uș important details about the construction and history of the church and then we went up to the roof for a spectacular view. I would definitely recommend this tour, especially early in the morning if you are visiting in the summer.

The tour guide is not good. We paid for the express lane, and we still had to wait. I believe the local tour operator did not pay for it. We are disappointed and get scammed.
It's a good thing we like the Duomo Milan itself. Otherwise, I will definitely ask for my money back.

Firstly, our company has the priority lane as a Group. The day of the experience, since we're in a peak season, you cannot pretend to be the only one want to go to the Terraces. Some delays can occur.
