An excellent overview of Milan and the history of Milan and Leonardo da Vinci. Bring a hat and water if it’s warm and wear good walking shoes. Our tour guide Flavia was so knowledgeable and such an excellent guide. Do this tour instead of simply seeing the Last Supper. You will not be disappointed.

Cristina our guide was kind, informative and super friendly. A great tour overall. Would highly recommend. The only thing I would say needs more attention is the description of the meeting point on the ticket. It’s too general and not specific. I had to phone the help desk to find out where to meet the tour as it wasn’t stated. Cafe 12oz is the place to meet outside if you are thinking of getting a ticket.

Our tour guide Flavia was great. She was informative and knowledgeable. The initial meeting place had changed and we went to the wrong starting point but were able to catch up and see everything. It was confusing. Viator gave us a 20% refund due to the mix up. Appreciated that. Overall would definitely recommend this tour.

Rude guides and total mess at meeting points

Honestly all agencies in this area just pure scam. They buy out all tickets directly from museums so you have to book with their agency. I paid 10x more just to see The last supper… there are tens of groups meeting at the same spot making it hard to find your group. I tired to ask questions but everyone is exceptionally rude. There was one woman missing from our group, and she eventually found us near The last supper entrance. Our guide immediately gave her attitude “lady I don’t know who are you and I don’t care” this woman around her 60-70 almost cried and then our guide called the office just to find out that this women was right. I felt terrible for her because our guide made fun of her and all our group laughed. Eventually she apologized but I can’t imagine being this woman, and be treated like that. It’s unacceptable and no human being deserves to be treated this way. While I liked our guide, she commented not nice things about strangers, like “this stupid people” or “I really don’t care how much you paid because I have nothing to do with the company you paid to”. So rude and unprofessional

Wow! What a fantastic experience. Our tour guide Simon was knowledgeable and funny. Our 3 hour walking tour on a hot day in July was perfect! Simon’s path through the city was well paced, in the shade, with opportunities to take break from the heat. The terrain was mostly flat, so my husband (who has hip and knee pain) completed the tour with no complaints. Simon provided not only detailed historical facts about the city, but also current information about Milan’s economy and population. He blended the two perspectives very well! I would take this tour again in a heartbeat!

Our tour guide was very informative and definitely knew the history of Milan and The Last Supper. My only complaint was that it’s a long time (3 hours), with the supper the last thing in the tour. Many in our group wanted to skip out when they realized there was 2.5 hrs of walking before seeing the painting. Maybe make this a shorter walk.

Dear HUAIGUANG LI, thank you for sharing your thoughts, you purchased a 3-hour tour that included a visit to the Duomo from the outside, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, Piazza della Scala and the Teatro della Scala from the outside, Piazza Mercanti, Via Orefici, The Castello Sforzesco from the outside and its courtyards, the church of Santa Maria delle Grazie from the outside and the Last Supper inside. Obviously everything was well specified in the description, we don't understand how you bought this tour since you were not interested in the most important attractions in the city. Next time before you write gratuitous nastiness think carefully about what you are buying because you have surely taken away the place of people who would have been able to appreciate this activity more than you.
