It was perfect from beginning to end. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. Everything was smooth, well organized, and truly enjoyable. I would definitely recommend it to other travelers.

The guide could have told us more while we're were waiting outside. But I was glad to see the masterpiece
Marcelaine_Z, Nov 2025
The ticketed time s NOT the time of the tour. We had to cut our tour short in order to make a train.
MariaC_C, Oct 2025
Guide was excellent.
Tickets quite overpriced.
Understand the need to protect the painting but the voice at the end yelling to get out was not well recent my foreign friends.

Very knowledgeable guide I'm doing viator a favor and I am forced to provide so many words of feedback??????????????be realistic and grateful for free feedback. I just can't understand this type of attitude

I bought two tickets for 10:30 am which included a guide for $204.00.Confirmation #1667361097.The time of the visit was moved to 11:30am and did not include a guide, just a personal visit. I request a refund for the over price I paid.. I trust this situation will be solved as soon as possible.Thank you.

This is a must if you’re in Milan. The tour was great , our guide Nadia was the best. She was very knowledgeable and had a wonderful personality. The painting is beautiful to see in person . So much culture and history and beauty.

It seems impossible to visit the last supper without a tour and this was a good one. Well organized and sent mobile tickets in advance. This will be with a larger group of about 20 people but this seems to be the way the location works as the group in the room with the painting is about 20 people allowed in for 15 minutes and then switched to the next grouo

This experience is quite short just as the description says. For the cost, it would be nice to include the church in the tour. When your 15 minutes is up, the man in the rectory yells at you to leave. It was unsettling. The painting was beautiful.

Fantastic experience. Very well organized and not crowded when you enter the room with the Last Supper. Our guide Giada was wonderful- very knowledgeable and brought the time period, artist and painting to life

Great expiriecne. Very intimate, emotional and spiritual. Our guide was great! Both paintings were so fascinating and the history was so cool.
PENELOPE_G, Jun 2025
Nadia was a great guide, some very interesting information and a great tour, beautiful church and incredible history
Pam_C, Jun 2025
Our guide, Giada, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the building, history, painting, and all things Leonardo. We learned a lot and seeing The Last Supper in-person was breathtaking.
Frank_M, Jun 2025
Mrs Giada is a wonderful host and provided us with an historical and insightful commentary of The Last Supper fresco by Leonardo Da Vinci.
David_V, Jun 2025
Great tour! Giada was excellent! Highly recommend it! The guide met us outside the entrance. It was very organized.

I had to buy this tour because I missed the ticket release date in March. I understood that I was just buying a ticket from a re-seller for a higher price. People are anyway grouped into ~35 people per slot, are anyway supervised, and anyway spend only 15 minutes in the church. I guess without a tour guide, who chirred like a cicada all way through the chirch, my experience would be even better. I already knew all the information she said from chat GPT.
To sum up: if you have a chance to buy a regular cheap ticket at the date of release, you should go for it. If you missed the dates, it is the best (the cheapest) way to still have it visited.

Wow is what I can say. Loved this tour it was incredible to be part of this day. The tour was so interesting and the experience was amazing.
Don_C, May 2025
Guide never arrived, we were left in the rain. We waited, in the rain for over 40 minutes. Never called or sent a message. Complete refund needed.
Response from Host, May 2025
The guided tour ran smoothly as usual. You did not participate because, despite numerous reminders, you did not provide the names of the participants. We also called you the day before to get the details but you replied that you had canceled the reservation.

The tour guide was informative but the process—before entering the church—could be greatly improved. I booked a 5:30 pm tour but received a message the day prior telling me to arrive at 5:45 pm. I had trouble finding the guide in the sea of people initially, as she held up a white piece of paper with no distinguishing quality that could be seen from a distance. Once I arrived, it was clear the group had arrived earlier (probably at 5:30 pm), as everyone had their tickets validated. I had to rush to validate my ticket, despite arriving at 5:45 pm. My listening device did not work properly and I missed the initial commentary. All in all, I felt the price tag for this one hour tour was not worth it given the many options.

Our tour guide made it fabulosity! Her knowledge amazing! Giada knew so much history, worth every penny
Alicia_Z, Mar 2025
I purchased tickets in the 1:00 pm time slot. I got a message that I was to meet our tour guide at 1:15 and the tickets were actually for 145. I had to ask the museum to allow us to go in early if we had waited until 145. We would've missed our tour bus. The time that was listed was very misleading.
Erin_P, Mar 2025
Most of the hour was spent getting organized to go in. The "information" shared was ok but minimal at best. Be smart and purchase tickets directly to see the Last Super. (You just have to do this well ahead of your trip!)
Maris, Feb 2025
Really enjoyed this Tour. Guide was very thorough. One of the most moving paintings I have seen in my European travels.
Modupe_F, Feb 2025
Not that great. Not value for money. Too expensive. The time was too short for just two pictures for that price
Amelia_R, Feb 2025
I recommend visiting the tourist attractions with a guide. They provide information that is less accessible to the public. Our guide, Nadia, was more than a pleasant presence, and the organization and timing were impeccable. Thank you for all the information shared.
Tami_M, Jan 2025
Nadia was an exceptional guide for our visit to see the Last Supper! Her expertise and passion for art and history truly enhanced our experience. She skillfully navigated us through the lines, ensuring we made the most of our time. Her insightful commentary brought the famous painting to life, and we left with a deeper appreciation for Leonardo da Vinci's masterpiece. Thank you, Nadia, for a memorable and enriching experience!
karen_b, Jan 2025
Learning the history of the building when it was bombed in the wor and how they protected the last supper and the monks was fabulous
Patrick_D, Jan 2025
Wonderful efficient great guide Nadia was great
Very much enjoyed tour
Enjoyed radio microphones
Thank you
Amy_K, Jan 2025
The tour guide was excellent and very knowledgeable. I think there needs to be more transparency regarding the timeframe of the tour. The tour I booked stated it started at 9:00, with a report time of 8:45. The day before I received a message saying report time was 9:15 and our viewing time slot was 9:45. I had scheduled another tour based on the time I booked which then I had a conflict.
Morgan_G, Dec 2024
Felt rushed and there wasn’t a ton of information gained. Still worthwhile to have stood in front of one of the most important pieces of art in history.
