Wonderful tour . Our tour guide Maria was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of great information about the building , the paintings and Leonardo De Vinci . Seeing The Last Super in person was very emotional. When I booked this tour I didn’t know that the painting of The Crucifixion was present as well so that was bonus for me. Was super excited to see both .

Easy to find guide in front of church. She explained some history and items about the painting. We then went through security and for our que. We entered the room and had 15 minutes to view the painting. That was a good amount of time. Guide spoke great English. I was satisfied with the tour.

Our tour guide was very informative! It was a very nice tour. There were several groups meeting at one time so it was a little difficult to find our guide. It was interesting to learn how the painting was done and how it was protected and survived. We ate at Cafe La Grazie! It was very good.

Our Tour Guide (sorry don't remember her name) but she was local. We loved all the details and were able to be very close to the actual artwork. Despite late comers the tour went off without a hitch. The only drawback was the cashier in the gift shop was not very nice claiming she didn't have change so everyone would use their card.

My once in a life time seeing the Last Supper

While it is very short…ours being an hour, really touched my soul. When we walked into the room where the Last Supper was, (painted with a non frescoe, experimental technique using oil), an emotional feeling came over me. It has to do with Jesus then…and his religion and what was going on at that time. Yes! It touched me.

The guide was very knowledgeable about the Last Supper and explained every detail. It was very interesting. My only complaint is that we only had 15 minutes in the room and she spent all of the time on the Last Supper. We only noticed the other painting when we were being rushed out of the room. Maybe spend the first minute on the other painting and then 14 minutes on the Last Supper.

Passport must match ticket

Be prepared that your passport must match the ticket that the tour operator gives you. The name did not match one person in our group and they would not let them into to see the painting. Viator should be confirming that the tickets match. This ticket had part odf the name of the person at the tour and part of the name of a person that was cancelled of the group weeks earlier. We are waiting to see if they will refund us.
