- It is extremely recommended to wear comfortable shoes. During hot days it is recommended to wear a sun hat.
- Due to increased security measures at the Duomo some lines may form. Additionally, strict rules apply to enter the church (no knives, no scissors, no glass bottles, etc.)
- The elevator has a maximum capacity of 7 people, so you may encounter a line to get to the roof
- Please note that you will have to climb nearly 50 steps to reach the highest level on the roof
- DRESS CODE: Please note that appropriate clothing is required to enter religious sites. Shoulders and knees must be covered. Off-the-shoulder or low-cut tops, shorts, miniskirts, and hats are not permitted inside the Cathedral.

Unbelievable experience and I would highly recommend it. Our tour guide was brilliant knowledgeable, funny, organised and patient especially with the man with the funny tummy. Stick to Italian food. Indian in Italy please. Apologies I can't remember your the lady tour guide name. The roof and views are unbelievable and memories that will stay with me forever. The cathedral is lovely and I would highly recommend this tour.

Enjoyed learning the history of the Duomo as well as getting a good overview of it. Amazing roof top views and interesting tour of the church. Definitely be prepared for lots of stairs!

There is an elevator to the first terrace but you will need to walk up do quite a few steps to the roof. One couple couldn’t do it. Fab tour guide.

The check in and meeting point were easy to find and smooth. Our guide was very knowledgeable, but some wandered to far from radio reach and were confused. Youngsters on the tour got tired because we experienced the rooftop first then the inside areas of the Duomo. It was a full 2 hour experience, if a bit longer. We got to see Sunday Mass! In the afternoon

The headsets have a very short range so we lost our tour guide a few times. We paid for Skip the line, but there was no line. There is an elevator to get to the first rooftop level, but you do have to walk 81 steps to the actual rooftop, so be prepared. Then you also have to walk down all the steps no elevator on the way down. Beautiful rooftop gorgeous interior.

Large tours. Guide spent too much time trying to coral people rather than explain the history. Operator uses ear pieces (common) but they used only one ear pieces rather than two, making it slightly more challenging hearing her. The guide was mediocre in explaining history.

Our guide was tremendous. Very knowledgeable about the Duomo and interested to learn about the people she was guiding. 2 hours of non-stop hilarity in a solemn place. Wonderful.

The tour guide is very knowledgeable about the history and makes sure everyone has an excellent experience. Pausing to take pictures, pointing out specific architecture and a short break for meditation make this feel more personal even within a larger group. Easy to find the meeting place and provided earpiece/radio so that he is heard no matter where you are. Absolutely recommend this tour in Milan!

Duomo is a must do !!! That place is the most beautiful cathedral I have seen! Our tour lady was excellent and knowledgeable!! It was a storm of rain did roof top visit too but it was still beautiful!!
