Great value and timing was as advertised. Good information shared by Guide ahead of going in as you know you can only spend 15 minutes in there so take advantage of learning everything you can from your guide.

Unable to purchase a ticket for my child under age 6 from Viator, as it's not an option. They weren't allowed to enter, since they didn't have a ticket.

I initially thought it was a bit expensive compared to the ticket from the museum. However I was unable to get a ticket from the museum and our guide Daniella (i think that was her name) was really knowledgeable. I learned things i certainly would not have just walking through by myself and when we were in the room with the last supper she was showing us the subtleties in the artwork. As well as encouraging us to look at the other beautiful artwork at the other end of the room. I did find the instructions for joining a little confusing. It said about an exchange point for my voucher to get the ticket and I must do this before meeting the tour guide. It made it sound like it was a different location. However what it turned out was the it was a man on a bike with a sign that was at the exact same spot as our guide. Also when they say they will be there 10 minutes before they mean it. I was there 20 minutes before the start and was walking around looking for someone with the tour sign feeling like I was in the wrong spot. At exactly 10 minutes before the man on his bike turned up. So dont panic like me if they aren't initially there!

Our guide Sarah was super kind and knowledgeable, gave us a lot of new and curious info about the masterpiece and it's restauration, plus some more nice to know things about Milan in general. Amazing tour! Full of knowledge and history.
Come in advance to find your group. It can take a few minutes going around the square and asking around to find your guide. So have maybe 15 minutes not to stress about it in last second.
