An unforgettable experience at The Abbey

We were able to see so much more than we thought we were getting during our original booking. Our guide was able to walk us past the horse guards, and outside the palace while King Charles was in residence. Our guide Ariana was very knowledgeable and very accommodating, as she often tried to get our tour group to the front of the lines for specific viewings of different things occurring around town. Her knowledge of Britain’s History was very impressive and she had great interaction with the group. Walking inside of Westminster was absolutely beautiful and I’m so glad I was able to attend this tour. I recommend to everyone. 10/10 experience!

Exceptional Way to See the Classics

This was an exceptional tour and Paul the guide was simply phenomenal. The session was well organized, well paced and incredibly informative and fun. Paul did a wonderful job giving a thorough overview of all the sites, and making all group members feel welcome. He gave us notice about things to look out for (from steep steps to unique features of the tour) and had great energy throughout the tour. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants a deeper and more educational tour of the classic sites.

The architecture is beautiful and we really enjoyed our day

Informative, the guide had a wonderful personality and had so much local knowledge. While it would’ve been nice to have extra time in each location, the views and areas we got to see were picturesque. The guide kept to a very strict schedule which was appreciated. It was great to see all the locations in Oxford where some Harry Potter scenes were filmed. The history and stories were incredible. The architecture amazing. My teens even found it “cool”!

Great, inexpensive option! Our tour guide was amazing - I wish I could remember her name to give her props. She was so informative and made sure we knew everything we walked past in detail. We got a good vantage point to see the guards. Tour was a lot more than we bargained for in the best way!

What really made the experience special was Ian himself – his open, humorous, and passionate personality turned the tour into something truly unique. You can immediately tell how much he loves what he does, and his stories, knowledge, and energy completely drew us in. The best way to see the sites!

Ash was a wonderful guide. We had our three teenagers with us and they also really enjoyed the tour. It was a great balance of walking around the city and also taking breaks to learn some historical facts. Three hours flew by and ended with our entrance to Westminster Abbey. I would highly recommend this instead of just walking by the sites. It was so helpful to have the information about each location as we passed by. Ash presented everything in a clear and engaging way that kept all of our attention. Thank you for a wonderful tour!

Great tour! Ariane took us to the major highlights of the area (Buckingham, 10 Downing Street, parliament, Westminster, horse guards, Clarence House and Duke of York monument, walked through Green park, saw the main highlights of the changing of the guards + more). There is a bathroom break halfway through with a small fee to enter the toilets, fyi for those who worry about those things! Tour guide was organized, funny and personable! Would recommend to all.

Harry T was an excellent and funny guide. He kept both adults and kids engaged. The walk was a good pace and he gave attention to areas I would have certainly missed. Even if certain members are not big HP fans, Harry’s history of London kept everyone entertained.

A fantastic insight to the Ripper and life in Victorian London

A fantastic walking tour around Whitechapel and the City of London, full of facts, clues and theories on who the Ripper may have been (keep in mind the identity was never proven), and the story of each victim. The walk is at a steady pace, and along the way we learn about life in London and of the etymology of a number of phrases that came from life in the area at the time (hangover, for example). "murder" tours aren't usually my thing but I think this has triggered a new intrigue in learning about the dark history of cities

That it doesn't start at the Palace - totally on us for not reading the information completely but thankfully we still caught our group with Louise. Had a lot of interesting commentary to cover sites up the Mall but was heavy on American references. Once you get into the Palace, its a Palace based audio tour. Still great, thoroughly enjoyed the tour.

Great tour

We had Colin for a guide on our Rock & Roll tour. He took us around London to see pivotal areas where music history was made. The Beatles, Rolling Stones, Rod Stewart, Eric Clapton, Jimi Hendrix, Queen, and more. We, of course went to Abbey Road at the end and all got out pictures taken. We even inquired about a band my husband liked, Joy Division, and he looped some sites into our tour. Great driving too in busy London traffic. We will book tours in the future with Viator.
