The Abbey is a holder of history. The stain glass is magnificent and the history of England is buried here. The Abby architecture is like no other.

It was a very interesting self guided tour. The pace was just right. There were more crypts than I expected but still enjoyed the tour.

Excellent. Due to a health issue they moved me to the priority
Entrance. It took 10 minutes to enter, instead standing in line.

The audio tour allows you to set the pace and explore at your leisure. I did find it difficult to find the station numbers for some of the stops.

It was a wonderful experience inside Westminster Abbey. It is amazingly beautiful and there is so much history to hear about. A definite “must do” when in London.

We didn’t know about the upstairs tour so I missed that opportunity. it is such an incredible building. It was impossible to take in all the sites information.

Try to get in the queue early if you have the first time slot of the day. This is only the ticket, there is no tour guide to meet like the instructions state. Just go to the queue.

My husband and I were waiting at the area Dean’s Yard to meet with our tour guide. We did not locate him. I then called him and was not able to understand him and where he was. After speaking to him by telephone, his number was removed from the site so I could not contact him again, nor able to message him. I was able to get into Westminster Abbey with tickets. I would like to be refunded for my tickets since we paid for a tour guide and did not have one for the tour.

Be extremely careful when booking - the default date thar fills in might be incorrect and Noone will help you once booked. I wrote to both viator and the tour operator but noone helped. This is the problem when dealing with a computer rather than an actual person.

Another must do activity in London. So much to see. Smooth entry with ticket and self guided tour at your own pace. Very enjoyable.

We had a timed ticket for 12 midday joined an enormous queue and didn’t get in until nearly half past. The other queue was quicker. Actual tickets cost £30 less than we paid for two. A beautiful building with some great history. The wayfinding is chaotic and needs better signage despite the audio tour it is too busy to navigate and be able to see things in a logical manner. Other venues would have signs where you can the multiple features within a chamber etc.

It’s an audio tour, so there is no meeting place. Just go straight to Westminster Abbey.everyone there is very helpful.

Easy to enter. Busy but good experience. Have to pay separately to go up the the second floor and see the Royal Jubilee exhibit but it was worth the extra money.

Our tour was at 10:30 and we had train delays getting there. We were late and evidently missed the tour but our admission tickets still worked and we simply used the self guided tour. The meeting spot was not easy for us to find. We did eventually but, of course, we were too late.

Wonderful guided option that made the whole experience fantastic. Plus the people there were friendly and helpful. Fun tip I would use the restroom first because once you enter it is away from the start point.

Definitely a to do to put on your travel list. Was one of the highlights of our trip. ROWEN, our travel guide was so perfect in every way. Fun, knowledgeable and so friendly. I would highly recommend this trip.
