I loved the Abbey but I thought this experience was way overpriced. The church was beautiful and the guided tour was nice but it was short for the money spent.

Just an incredible experience, truly magical. I’ve been to London many times and never went to Westminster before, I am glad I didn’t skip this time. It’s stunning and so much history. Well worth the visit and cost. There’s also a very friendly squirrel outside the entrance near the coffee stand that climbed on me, I adored it!

It said the details and ticket would be emailed the day before. When incident receive anything I contacted the tour operator who told me my ticket was unavailable because they only allow a limited number of people. and I could either move it 3 days ahead (I was leaving London in 2 days) or get a ticket to another attraction which wasn’t interested in. I had to look around for another tour operator which I was able to find and saw the attraction.
They are supposed to credit my charge acct.

I was unable to access my voucher for the Abbey. The email with directions gave me an incorrect phone number to call for help. I had to go back into the App to call customer service and then she “re-sent” my ticket. It was there for me to use. My 9:30 tour ticket did not become available to me until 9:40. Very confusing and frustrating.
