Amazing, historical building crowded with royalty and poets. Would have liked less pressure to move from one memorial to another, though the pressure came from other viewers, of which there were many.

Return after 2 years - as before fairly busy but this time I got to see the 3 Queens. Enjoyable to say the least and playing whose buried there (floor tombstones ) is fun too

Go early. Worth the wait. I missed out on it 2 years ago because of poor planning. It is a must for anyone visiting London. The additional cost for the museum was worth it.

Accidentally booked for a wrong date . I picked the right one but when I checked out it went to May instead of July all I wanted to do was switch the date couldn’t reach the company personally was out 160

Westminster Abbey is one of the “must see” sites in London and it definitely will not disappoint! The audio tour is excellent and when combined with printed tour books (ie. Rick Steve’s), the experience becomes one of an English history overview and an appreciation of the Reformation in England and the separation from Rome. We decided to couple our Westminster Abbey tour with the Thames River Cruise. We had a very English luncheon in Greenwich at Trafalgar Pub located a short walk from our docking pier.

I really liked that in the abbey they give you headphones that guide you through and there's so much history to be seen.

Many people, including myself, had a hard time finding the actual tickets w/ QR code, not just the voucher. I did not receive an email with the tickets beforehand as mentioned in the booking. Rather, when I clicked on the ‘contact’ button to message the tour operator, there was a computer-generated note with my tickets attached. There was no notification to advise where the tickets could be found, and I stumbled across it by chance. Overall good visit, but more clarity on where to find the tickets would have been nice.

A complete waste of time. I could have bought the tickets directly at the office there and stood in line half the time

The history present in the Abby is just stunning! It is a must-see in London. The tube station is very close and allows easy access if you are not staying near the Abby.

Very misleading information. It stated that there was a meeting place, however, there was no meeting place. It was the address of the Westminster Abbey. My friends and I thought that we would be met by someone and instructed on how we would proceed with this particular excursion. we were wrong. Although we knew we had to redeem our voucher for entry tickets to the Westminster Abbey, we weren’t aware that we were not going to be met. In addition, we purchased the river cruise portion also and never receive tickets. I did bring this up to Viator and of course the tour company said they emailed them to me. No, they did not. If they had emailed them to me, I would’ve received them. Instead, I spent a lot of time asking a lot of people information on this tour and nobody knew anything. I would never recommend this tour to anyone.
I would, however, recommend Westminster Abbey. It was wonderful and everyone should see it.
Viator and the tour company basically blew us off of with our concerns. I’m not saying I’ve never booked another Viator excursion again, however, I would definitely read all the fine print. That is what I encourage anyone interested in booking any of their tours to do.

The Abbey was beautiful. Definitely a must see while in London with our family. Very informative as well.

Long queue even if you pre book. Very crowded. But still very
interesting and a must see if you visit London
Trudy_C, May 2026
The history was very interesting, amazing place! Lines were a little long, but once you got in, it was easier to meander around!
Jilisa_R, May 2026
Beautiful church and a great experience. Learned so much with the audio guide. Very cool to be in such a historical place.
Clifford_G, May 2026
Westminster Abbey is an amazing place with tremendous history. We paid the extra five pounds and toured the queen’s exhibition upstairs-it was the best!
Cory_W, May 2026
It was a great trip thru the 1000 years of history of a real working Abbey. There's a lot of things to see and take pictures of crammed full of artifacts from the past centuries. The only downside is there's a lot of other people that are going through the experience with you. So some patience is needed. Especially if you're trying to get a good picture without others in your picture shot. But it's also expected since it's a really beautiful icon of London, and it's on most everyone's must see lists

This is a really good way to get cheaper tickets to Westminster Abbey than buying direct we saved quite a bit this way.
It is an amazing experience with so much history and things to see it is well worth the effort.
Get there early and be prepared for long queues and a big crowds inside, but the staff in the Abbey go out of their way to help and are fantastic.
You can do the fuill walkthrough in less than an hour or take four hours and see everything in detail depends on your preference

Touring the Abby was great however the voucher provided in lieu of actual electronic tickets caused some confusion on entry. The first agent assumed that there should be actual tickets in our possession. We were routed to another reception station who was able to understand the voucher and issue tickets.
Daniel_M, Apr 2026
We never used the tickets. I consistently emailed Viator, starting in Feb, that one of our travelers fell & broke her arm. We had cancel our entire UK vacation.

My Westminster Abbey experience booked through Vidor was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, the process felt seamless and thoughtfully curated, which made a historic visit feel elevated and stress-free. The Abbey itself is, of course, breathtaking, but what truly made this experience stand out was the depth of storytelling and context provided throughout. Every corner felt alive with history, from royal coronations to poetic legacies, and it never once felt overwhelming or rushed.
The organization of the visit allowed for both guided insight and personal exploration, striking that perfect balance between structure and freedom. I especially appreciated how immersive the experience felt. It wasn’t just sightseeing, it was a meaningful connection to centuries of British history and culture.
If you're considering visiting Westminster Abbey, booking through Vidor is absolutely the way to do it. It transformed what could have been a standard tourist stop into one of the most memorable highlights of my trip.

Westminster Abbey is a truly magnificent experience. The listening guide was relevant and easy to follow. Westminster Abbey is rich in history and it is wonderful to see where so many Royal occasions occur.
Bonnie_N, Apr 2026
Lousy, awful, totally not what I had expected or wanted. No tour guide. Terrible communication. WAY overpriced for NOTHING.
Drew_S, Apr 2026
Love the entire experience. The cathedral was absolutely beautiful and full of great European history!
Sanjay_B, Apr 2026
Good tour but long waits. I think we need something to keep occupied during the line. Maybe share information/content for reading that will be beneficial.
Elaine_M, Apr 2026
This is a VERY crowded experience. Be prepared to wait and to go slowly. (As bad as DisneyWorld!) But WELL worth it!! Be patient. Don't miss anything.
David_H, Apr 2026
We were in complete awe of the Abbey. Be prepared for the crowds, but well worth it. give yourself plenty of times.

I loved the Abbey but I thought this experience was way overpriced. The church was beautiful and the guided tour was nice but it was short for the money spent.

Great experience to travel through history and time. Great educational experience filled with reverent respect for those who have left an indelible legacy.
