After you’ve been picked up from your Central London hotel or meeting point, you’ll climb about your iconic London black cab. Kick off your sightseeing itinerary in Westminster, when you’ll stop at Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, and the Houses of Parliament, passing by Trafalgar Square, towered over by Nelson’s Column.
Next, you’ll sail down Horse Guard’s Parade at Whitehall past Downing Street, residence of the UK Prime Minister, and St. James’s Palace, before reaching St. Paul’s Cathedral.

We used Tony’s private Black Cab for a four-hour whirlwind tour of London during a one-day visit, and it was perfect. Tony was knowledgeable, personable, and incredibly responsive from the start—he asked if we had any specific requests and then crafted an efficient route to hit the city’s highlights without feeling rushed.

He planned an efficient schedule that let us cover a lot of ground in four hours. Parking at most locations was arranged, allowing us to quickly see sights and move on.

Request TRACEY! From the moment Tracey picked us up from our hotel, it was the greatest 4 hour experience....one of the best parts of our vacation. Tracey customized our time with what our wishes were. We had an excellent time learning from her. She is very knowledgeable, kind, and had a great sense of humor. If you're considering a private London tour, book it with Tracy. It was one of the highlights of our trip.
Seeing London from the back of an iconic black cab (hackney carriage) was a fantastic experience, but what really made the tour exceptional was Tracy herself. She was incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and clearly passionate about London's history. Rather than simply pointing out landmarks, she brought them to life with fascinating stories, historical context, and fun facts that you won't find in a guidebook.
We covered an amazing amount of the city, including Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben, St. Paul's Cathedral, the Tower of London, Borough Market, Shakespeare's Globe, and many other iconic sights. One of the things we appreciated most was how the tour alternated between driving and walking. We'd spend time comfortably riding in the black cab, taking in London's neighborhoods and famous landmarks with Traceys expert comments, then get out for short guided walks where Tracy gave more detailed explanations and pointed out things we never would have noticed on our own. That rhythm of cab, walking, then back to the cab kept the tour fresh, relaxed, and never tiring.
Tracy also knew exactly where to stop for the best photos and was happy to answer every question we had. The pace was perfect, and the black cab made it easy to cover a tremendous amount of London without feeling rushed.
It felt like spending the day with a knowledgeable local friend who genuinely wanted us to fall in love with London.
If this is your first visit to London, I can't think of a better way to get oriented. Even if you've been before, you'll learn something new and see the city from a different perspective.

The whole tour was fantastic! We did a black cab tour with Jim, and we couldn’t have asked for a better guide. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and polite throughout the day.
My mum uses a walker, and Jim was wonderful with her. He was kind, patient, and respectful at every stop, making sure she was comfortable and able to enjoy the experience.
What really made the tour extra special was that, before picking us up, Jim noticed our surname and did some research. He found a street and an old church that shared our family name and included them in the tour. It was such a thoughtful personal touch and something we would never have discovered on our own.
We had a fantastic day and would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting London. Thank you, Jim, for making it such a memorable experience!

The Black Cab Tour was a great way to see a majority of the sites in Westminster and London in a short period of time. Will was an experienced cab driver with an extremely clean vehicle. It was hot outside, but not in his cab. Will provided a behind the scenes tour of the famous Hat, Shoe, Cigar, and Wine shops that the royal family shop at. This was above and beyond the normal tower bridge, Westminster Palace, St Paul's Cathedral, ... If you want to get a lay of the land for the major landmarks in London - this tour is for you. May opportunities to get out and take photos. Since this is an operating cab, Will had the opportunity to park in places that only cabs can. His skill to move around the crazy traffic really enhanced the trip vs. sitting in traffic. Highly recommend this tour.

We did this tour to fill in time after arriving to London at 6am and couldn’t check in until 3pm. Jim our guide was great. Excellent communication from the start. Very knowledgeable and flexible with our requests. Jim entertained us, showed us many interesting parts of London. His timing with many places was impeccable. Gave us heaps of tips for the rest of our week in London.

I would highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to have a personal guide and comfortable black cab experience and be treated like VIPs.
