A perfect way to see the highlights in just a few hours and learn so much about London. Our tour guide, Gary, was not only knowledgeable but also fun. We enjoyed every minute.

Driver was safe, friendly and courtesy. We didn’t see half of the landmarks included on the itinerary. He would say, it is further down that there. A good portion of the trip was done in silence, so no history or discussion of the areas we were driving through. Also, there was not preparation on where we were heading next, it was almost as if he was driving aimlessly. Two members of our party fell asleep because we literally didn’t see or stop for about 40 minutes and the driver was saying nothing. I was trying to follow along with the itinerary from Viator, but it was no help. Also, when he did stop and snap photos of us at landmarks, majority of them were awful. The landmarks were either not fully in the photo, we were blurry, or in some instances we weren’t even all in the photo. This was certainly not worth the price that we paid and I would not recommend it to others.

Today, my daughter, my granddaughter, and I took a four-hour tour of London with Ian as our driver and guide, and it was truly one of the best experiences I have ever had. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable, but he took us to all the best places and made every moment special.

Ask for Louie and you will not regret it! We had the best day and got to customize the 4 hours to our desired sites within reason for traffic around London. Louie even squeezed in some extra. We definitely recommend this tour for time crunch travelers to see a ton, get some great pictures, get incredible insight and history along the way, and then freedom to choose after what to go back and see closer.

The guide was inappropriate making comments about my wife that made her uncomfortable as well as me. He made comments about how liberal UK leaders were ruining the country. He made statements about the French Prime minister’s wife really being a man. I felt rushed the entire 4 hours as well. London was interesting but this driver was no fun. I wouldn’t book another tour with him ….ever

We sat in traffic most of the time, driver would constantly point out things that only he could see from the front of the cab and we couldn’t see from the back. Also the driver couldn’t hear us asking things and we constantly had to ask him to repeat himself.

Our tour with Luke was a great experience, even with traffic congestion due to a Tube strike. We saw most of the main sites according to our interests and hear many interesting stories. Luke showed us several fantastic and unknown little known locations. It would have taken us more than one day everything that Luke showed us in four hours!

Jeremy was awesome. He took us to all the spots and made sure to accommodate some of the interests of the kids along the way, including book/movie inspiration and sites (Harry Potter, 101 Dalmatians, Paddington), but also added some flare with a trip to the Graffiti tunnel in Waterloo which the kids loved. Highly recommend the tour as the black cabs can get through traffic better as they're allowed in bus lanes. Also highly recommend Jeremy who showcased his knowledge and passion for the city.
