Such a good experience. Owen was the guide and he was fun, informative, and accommodating! He was full of information and was always engaging with the whole group. It was a full day of sights and information I wouldn’t have gotten on my own.

exploring London with Jason was significantly better then just doing the hip on/hop off bus. Jason was an excellent guide!! He was super knowledgeable and funny. We appreciated his entertaining facts as well as his excellent recommendations.

This was a wonderful walking tour. Our guide, Ariane, was so knowledgeable and enjoyable. I would suggest buying add on tickets for the interior of Westminster Abbey. We will be sure to do that on our next visit. Highly recommended m!

We did the 5-hour walking tour and I was afraid I wouldn’t make it. But Nick was amazing! He kept us in a shade while telling us all about London. The tour flew by. Highly recommend it!

It’s a long tour but well worth the time. Always fun to hear some of the backstory and the little pieces that make for a great experience rather than just walking along and hoping you see something.

Lisa was awesome.. our time was limited so we saw lots of great stops in a short amount of time. Note this is a walking tour not a bus tour.

Lisa, the Tour guide abandoned and stranded us without making any effort to look for us. We never moved from the last spot she brought us to. We were taking pictures and when we turned around she had left. We looked for her in every direction but she was long gone. It was our first day in London so we had no idea how to get back to our hotel.
We were only about one hour into what was supposed to be a five hour tour. It ruined an entire day of our vacation. We appealed for a refund and the tour operator refused. Lisa claimed in a BOLD FACED LIE that we simply disappeared!!!!! She would have easily found us had she made the slightest effort to go back to the last spot she left us. The tour operator chose to believe Lisa instead of accepting the true account of the facts because this enabled them to refuse to issue the refund. We don’t care how many prior good reviews may or may not have been received by Lisa. On this particular day she exhibited the highest level of incompetence possible for a tour guide. She lost and abandoned her tour participants and then made no effort to look for us!!!!
We lost out on the cost of the tour, experienced tremendous stress from the entire experience, were left with a horrible memory of our first day in London and are ruminating over the injustice caused by the tour operator choosing to believe Lisa over the customer.

I came to London by myself and decided to book this tour to get all the highlights in one day. Owen was my guide and he was so friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. The other people in the group were awesome as well and everyone had such a great time. I highly recommend this tour AND Owen to everyone! 10/10.

Ben did a great job of pacing the tour. It was a comfortable stroll rather than a rushed march. We had plenty of time for questions and pictures. I recommend this tour as a great introduction to London.

The guide, Jason, was wonderful! He gave some great, specific details about everything! He was friendly and funny! We assumed there would be a lunch break but there was not so maybe a heads up to pack a heavy snack or eat brunch right before!

Wear comfy clothes/shoes. We walked about 7 miles i think. Nicklaus was a wonderful guide. There were 2 places to buy water and use the toilet along the way.

We had our tour with Sam on 5/29/26. He was very, very knowledgeable (as long as you were close enough to hear him), walked a great pace, incorporated bathroom and water breaks, didn’t lose a single person in our 20-person group (impressive!!), and was very friendly. He was also perfectly clear about where or what time to find him after we were allowed to venture/take photos.
What would’ve made it even better. We wish:
- we could’ve heard him more (with mics or headphones) which was just not possible at all times with our big group as-is.
- more opportunities for group or party photos. Photos were offered once to take at “anytime” but didn’t offer at each stop and rarely pointed out any photo op spots to take along the way
- a better view of the Buckingham guard changing, closer to gates rather than watching them march down the mall
- we had more time in Borough Market. Definitely should treat this as a snack or stopwatch situation. Anything bigger than fruits or pastries had long lines and a decent turnaround time, let alone how long it’d take you to eat/enjoy your meal and then venture the market.

I may have missed it in the details, but it’s important to know that this is a WALKING tour. With that being said, I have no regrets. I just recommend bringing a water to keep hydrated.
