We were in a hurry to see The David and to get on with a busy tour day. We booked this short David tour with Elvis Tours and it was perfect. Our tour guide was super knowledgeable and friendly, and funny. Really glad we spent the extra money so we could learn some facts about sculpture and its creator! Overall the tour was 50 mins, then we walked around the other parts of the museum alone, but armed with more history! Would book again - the skip the line feature was key to keeping us moving that day!

We were very limited on...

We were very limited on time and needed the experience to be as quick as possible. There was a rail strike which changed all of our plans. I emailed several times in an attempt to change the date and time of our excursion. NO response! I paid over $100 for 2 tickets so we could use the no wait line. We still waited over 20 minutes to enter. Once inside, David is breathe taking!

Great guided tour, highly recommend

Our guide did a great job explaining what we were seeing and providing interesting tidbits of information. It was a rainy day so the museums were packed (mid-May) and she was able to get us around efficiently. The tour covers the highlights of the museums and you can spend more time at Uffizi at the end. Uffizi is huge with so much Christian art. Without a guide (and background knowledge of the art), you’ll be lost in hundreds of Mary and Jesus paintings. Our guide explained how the artwork evolved in chronological order pointing out the details. Highly recommend!

Worth every step!

It takes some stamina and determination to climb all of the stairs but it is very worth it! Our guide, Laura, presented much information in an interesting and fun way! She walked us around parts of the city first, pointing out landmarks and giving history and interesting facts. Not only did we climb the duomo, Laura guided us through the inside (very plain compared to the outside!). We had beautiful views on the terrace and at the top. Would recommend as long as you are up to 463 steps!

Great self audio tour

it was wonderful because it was suggested to us that we go in at 5 o'clock less crowded got lucky cause where we got our tickets. There was an office right next-door and they were able to get us in earlier and it was wonderful. I'm definitely should have an audio you use your own headsets and you've download QR code. It's much better than trying to do it yourself or even have a tour you can go with your own pace.

Great experience, highly recommend early tour if possible since it does get crowded. Florence Elite Tours staff was very friendly and helpful, thanks to them and the museum staff entry was quick and easy. Our guide was thorough and very knowledgeable. The way she intentionally stopped at certain works to build a story arc of art history leading up to David gave us a lot of insight that we would have missed if just visiting alone. Fun, Interactive Experience for All Ages

We had a great time at the Museum of Illusions in Florence. It’s a highly interactive experience, which made it especially enjoyable for the whole family. The kids absolutely loved it—being able to touch, explore, and fully interact with the illusions made it much more engaging than a typical museum. There were plenty of fun photo opportunities and mind-bending exhibits to keep everyone entertained. A really enjoyable visit and a perfect activity if you’re travelling with children. Definitely worth a stop!
