It was chaos finding the place to check in and manover this. After you finally find the place to check in, you had to go from there on your own and find the restuarant and concert place. (The office made it sound all easy..it wasn't. Thank goodness for GoogleMaps). The restaurant was slow service and we had to rush to get to concert. Also no drinks were included in the meal so we had to pay extra. I also noted a peanut allergy but they still brought a desert w/nuts & told me no substitutions. The restaurant was not good. The barcode given by Viator still needs to be checked in at the box office to get printed tickets ( the company didnt tell us this)..the barcode is not your ticket to get in at the door. Also..not asigned seats. Its a section & first come/first seat based on the sections. After all that, the music was good.

Dinner entre was so-so (maybe a 3*) but antipasto & dessert were VERY good. The music performance was the highlight of the evening by a very professional group of musicians, singers & dancers. Accoustics in the music hall were ok. The singers were accompanied by pianist, base violinist & mandolin player, and two of the numbers included ballet dancers (talented young couple). It was a very enjoyable evening. The group rewarded the audience with an encore.

It wasn't worth the money. The food was terrible. The antipasto was good. The pasta was just that, nothing else. The dessert was not edible. It was not worth the money.

The tour did not start well as no guide showed up at the meeting spot, forcing us to fend for ourselves. The dinner was very rushed as we had to go to another venue for the concert. We were provided with an incorrect venue location and as there was no tour rep to direct us we missed the concert. Extremely bad experience which Viator would not refund any portion of this very poorly run tour.

The concert was excellent. The dinner before it was good. The scheduled time was a bit rushed but in fact the church opened at 8 and concert started at 8:30.

The restaurant service and food were terrible. The waiter wasn’t friendly and not interested in serving us. The show was ok.. however more popular songs inciting the audience to participate would have been a plus!!!! We will not recommend this event.

For our Italy trip, we booked 4-5 excursions. This was probably my least favorite. I felt it wasn’t very organized—-more like you bought a ticket for the concert and dinner was included at a nearby restaurant. The food was ok. In hindsight, I would still go to the concert but maybe have dinner at a nicer restaurant. The cost would’ve been about the same.

Dinner was a 5. Voucher said concert started at 8, so folks rushed through dinner and went to theater only to find the concert actually started at 8:30. Concert was the first night, so it was not as polished as it will become but worth the price. There are 300 seats, so three tier pricing from stage, with each tier of 100 seats last evening. Stage is raised so each tier sees and hears everything.

Excellent dinner at Bargello, good price, welcoming staff. We liked it so much that we returned for an after-concert drink. The concert was superb! The vocalists & instrumentalists were more than we had hoped for - exceptionally talented. Each was skilled in their area of music and had a delightful presence to share with the audience. They made it feel emotional & intimate. The dancers were obviously students due to nervousness, but they too, did a good job and made us wish the best for them. (not easy on that floor). More specific info & bio on each individual please - including the dancers. Beautiful setting in the church. We will return!

The dinner was good but was not great. You are on your own to find the way to the theater. The concert was excellent. Well worth it. Recommend you buy tickets from theater direct and go where you want for dinner.

The concert hour was a very pleasant experience and was enjoyed by all. The dinner, however, was a bit disorganized as there was no one at the restaurant to meet us and instruct us on how we should travel to the theater after dining. It would have been very helpful to have someone from the tour company greet us and be with us, at least for informational purposes.

Tour cannot be recommended the restaurant food was shocking the main course of pink penne and tasteless ravioli could be made better by a 5 year old (serving was a tablespoon of each) and the dessert was white gelatin. Honestly inedible and for 80 euro it was a disgrace. The three tenors were magnificent however the location was actually 36 degrees C inside building and half of patrons left at intermission. This was a very expensive evening and in the Most beautiful city an absolute disappointment

The 3 tenors were fantastic. The setting in the church brilliant.
The dinner at Bargello restaurant was a disappointment. I had pre booked a vegetarian meal which they claim they never received from viator. My wife was served a rice dish which was disgusting. Frankly it looked like a packet of vegetable risotto boiled in stock.
Had we not pre paid for this experience and were under a tight timescale we would have refused to pay for this dinner
Fortunately the 3 tenors did not disappoint and were brilliant.
Recommend avoiding the dinner and concert and just book the concert
