I got my tickets same day, which I was grateful for and in the end we got in. However we had trouble finding the actual ticket and did not have great Wi-Fi as we stood in line for our slot and almost didn’t get in. I had to walk out of line to get signal to figure out where my tickets were and download them and in the end, one of the Ufizzi workers is the one who eventually found them so I’m not even sure which link he hit. So we had a lot of trouble getting in but once we got in it was fine.

A good couple of hours to soak in a ton of Renaissance Art was well worth a visit. It was pretty crowded at the start of our tour, but as we got closer to closing the rooms emptied out and we had time to just experience some of the paintings. Well worth a stop!!

Got canceled at last minute ar the site. Very disappointed. Viator need to do something about it. We travel all the way from US to Florence for the museum. Never expect something like this can happen.

The gallery was amazing. The tickets were a little difficult to find as they had been sent to what’s app instead of my email. The other excursions I had booked via Viator were sent via email or through the app so it was difficult to find because I don’t normally use what’s app. It would be easier if they would have one standard way of delivering tickets instead of several different methods that could be used at any given time.

Palazzo Vecchio absolutely visit! Tickets Viator way too expensive!

The Palazzo is beautiful and absolutely worth it! But to do this through Viator is a waste of money!!!! 57 euros paid for skip the line tickets at 10.30 am for 2 people, normally that is 2x 11 euros is 22 euros. In addition, I paid 8 euros for 2 audioguides, while I thought this was part of the ticket. This time it is not crowded and you can just go inside.
