Instructions to collect tickets was confusing and wrong! Had to chase for electronic tickets 10mins before time of event even though they should have arrived 24 hours before. Poor communication

Thank you for your review. Just to clarify, we **did contact you, sent your tickets, and you successfully scanned and used them** to enter the attraction. The 24-hour policy refers to the **ticket delivery window**, not a guarantee that tickets arrive exactly 24 hours before entry. Tickets can be delivered as late as **30–15 minutes before entry**, provided the booking is confirmed. Since your tickets were delivered, used, and accepted successfully, we’re honestly a little unsure what the purpose of this review was. Nevertheless, we hope you enjoyed the attraction.
