Will Book Again

This was by far the best ATV experience I’ve had. Loved riding through the town to the different locations! Our guide Alexis was great and took great care of us! He kept us on schedule and made sure we understood that nothing in the D.R. is FREE! The transportation from the resort was great too. Our driver was Alex and he played great tunes!!! 10/10 do recommend!

Ask for Happy as your Guide.

Once we got to the location, Happy was our tour guide. He was very comical and made the tour exciting. We went thru a few mud spots and got splashed. We visited the cave, we opted not to jump, however Happy did get us to the top of the line to take pictures. We then visited Macao Beach. We walked the beach and then went for another ride back to out starting location. We throughout enjoyed ourselves. We highly recommend. Ask for Happy!

Possibly the most fun shore experience ever!

You will get wet, you will get muddy. If you're okay with that, you will have a blast. They have lockers, a couple of changing rooms, and showers, recommend bringing a change of clothes. Don't bother with your cell phone's camera. Even with a cover, too much mud to bother. They take lots of pictures/videos throughout the trip. We did purchase the package at the end. Price was a little high, but good value, and no regrets. Would highly recommend!

Great time!!

Great adventure to see areas you never see. There are not a lot of times where you go full throttle in the biggie, but several times to get wet. Visiting the native town was a great experience and the beach was a nice way to end the day. Staff was amazing. They were informative and attentive the whole time. I am a taller guy, they refused to let me stay crammed in the buggy and brought a bigger one out for us to use to make it more enjoyable.

It was such a great experience. Wilkin is a very experienced professional, who was so helpful and friendly throughout the whole trip. We did a hike through the beautiful mountains, passing by farms, nature, wild fruits, and incredible beauty. It was our first hike and it was perfect. We got to try wild fruits like passion fruit and cacao, and learn about the country from Wilkin. Wilkin and his team are amazing. I highly recommend anyone to try this excursion if looking for a unique experience you won’t find anywhere in a resort.

Super punctual pickup from the company. Had lots of fun riding the dune buggy. Guides were super professional and kept us very safe! Not the company’s fault, but beware of people selling on the beach. We paid over $40 for 3 soft drinks and one seller tried to charge double via ApplePay after confirming a price.

We booked this tour with our teen children last week. We did the 4 person buggies and split our 3 teens between the two of us. All of us really enjoyed all aspects of this tour. I wish we had a few more minutes at the Cenote and Macao beach, but we were packing a lot into a 3/4 hour excursion. We purchased the photo package and were even able to reach back out after we left when we realized some of the pictures didn't transfer. They were quick to respond, and had the pictures sent over with in the afternoon. I highly recommend this excursion.

If you want a fun day...

If you want a fun day with excellent guides. I highly recommend this. Johnny picked us up at the cruise ship and delivered us back pointing out highlights along the way. Please felt completely safe with our ATV guides and truly had a memorable day. The only thing I was surprised at is they charge an additional $25 if you want copies of the ATV pictures that are taken along the way.

Dune buddy experience

My husband and I loved the Dune Buggy Excursion. We got to ride dirty while enjoying the beautiful landscape. We also got to sit by the beach and get in the water to wash off the dirt. Transport was on time to and from the excursion. My only advice is to bring safety goggles with you to protect your eyes from the dirt and to bring a handkerchief to protect your face.

Epic Adventure! Panda saved the day after a pickup hiccup. ATVs, Cenote, Beach Lunch, & amazing local coffee/chocolate!

We had a bit of a stressful start to our morning. We were scheduled for an 8:25 AM pickup, but the driver didn’t find us in the lobby and left. However, the company handled the situation professionally and promptly rescheduled us for the 11:20 AM tour the same day. We were so relieved they could fit us in so quickly! Once we got to the site, our guide Panda took over and he was absolute magic. His energy is infectious and he made sure everyone was having a blast from start to finish. It had rained earlier, which made the trails nice and muddy—perfect for ATV riding—but the weather was beautiful while we were out. The Highlights: The Cenote: We stopped at a breathtaking cave cenote. Jumping into the crystal-clear water was so refreshing! Local Flavors: we tried authentic Dominican chocolate and coffee, which were both excellent, plus a taste of Mama Juana. The Beach: Our last stop was a beautiful beach for a swim and some relaxation. Important Tips for Future Riders: Bring Extra Cash: This is my biggest piece of advice! Lunch at the beach is available to purchase and is not included in the tour price. Also, I really regretted not bringing more cash for tips. The guides like Panda work so hard (especially fixing our pickup issue), so come prepared to show them some love! Gear: Bring towels and a waterproof/dustproof bag for your phone. You will get muddy, and you'll want dry things for the beach. Despite the early morning hiccup, this turned into a 5-star day. If you’re looking for a real Dominican adventure, ask for Panda!

Fun

I had a great time during this excursion. We did have to pay $35 USD for another Atv as they were saying we needed to share one and we didn't want to do that. Great Trail. We went a day after a rain fall so it was alot of fun. People in the buggies got very dirty FYI. Covered in mud. When we went to the cave, you get surrounded by sales guys that are trying to sell jewelry etc. I find them a little on the aggressive side. At the Macao beach, they were trying to rip us off at the restaurant /bar they have there For one mixed drink, they wanted $45 USD. Ridiculous!!! Just trying to hustle us. Drivers and staff were great.

Guides Annie and Henry were excellent. They took our group of 7 in a comfy A/C van with no other pickups. We went to all the places except the beach because we already had a beachfront resort stay. They were flexible and paid attention to our level of energy and age groups. Truly a perfect half day trip with great photos by Annie. We tipped $30 USD at the end.
