Overview

Embark on a full day of adventure on this small-group tour from Punta Cana that combines zip lining, horseback riding, and dune buggies. You'll have the opportunity to soar through the air on eight different lines launching from adventure 16 towers and platforms with, as well as a suspension bridge. Great….until we got SCAMMED!

My friends and I took a trip to the DR a month ago and booked this tour. We really enjoyed the zip lining and buggies. The horse back riding was just ok. I’d say it was maybe 10-15 minutes that we were on the horses. Our guide was Chris. He was very nice and a great guide the whole day. He told us he’d give us a deal for a tour the next day that included atv, cave swimming, and seeing monkeys. So we book the tour for the next day and got SCAMMED! We were picked up from our resort later than the time we were told and the spent the next 2 hours picking up other people for the tour. Once we get to the place that was supposed to be doing the excursion, they only had dune buggies. We talked to multiple different workers telling them we signed up for atv, cave swimming, and monkeys and no one knew anything about it. I messaging Chris about the situation and he said we would get to do everything but yet no one knew what he was talking about when we told the workers. I even spoke to Chris’ supervisor (Robert) on the phone and he had no idea what I was talking about when I told him we booked atv, cave swimming, and monkeys. The workers at the place we were brought to, thankfully drove us 45 minutes back to our resort. Our whole last day of our trip was wasted! We asked for a refund and Chris did come to our resort and give us our money back but was pissed about it and had to tell me he borrowed the money because his boss didn’t want to refund us. He also told me how he was suspended from work for a week because of the misunderstanding. Not my fault he sold us a fake excursion that he lied about!

Horse riding was very short time only about 10 mins, buggy was OK, zip line was good and lunch and the tour of the family house was good

Got overcharged for pictures, told that I’ll eventually get them through email, only for there to be not 1 photo of my daughter and I in the horse back riding. Just 3 of my husband. At least we got some from the ziplining and dune buggies. Also, the owner of the horses was impatient and no one gave directions on how to manage the horses. And the horse back riding was only about 15 minutes long.

Die Tour an sich war sehr gut. Hat alles spaß gemacht und unser Fahrer/Guide Roberto hat sich sehr viel mühr gegeben uns alles sehr passend zu machen. Es gab genug zu trinken auf der Tour. Der Aufenhalt auf der Ranch war für unser empfinden bissi zu kurz. Geritten sind wir maximal 10 minütchen.Wie in jeder Tour in der Dom Rep wird man in souvenirshops mit rein gebracht, aber man wird nicht gedrängt was zu kaufen, von daher alles gut. Zipfahrt und Buggyfahrt waren TOP! Einzige beschwerde ist die Fotos. Der Fotograph hat bei uns 150 Fotos geschosse wobei dir hälfte net besonders interessant waren für uns. Verlangt wurde 130$! Zun schluss ging der Fotograf bis 50$ Runter, aber mit so einem Preis haben wir nicbt gerechnet, sowas sollte vorher gesagt werden, denn man hat uns gesagt braucht keine Fotos machen... Wir haben am ende 15 Photos gekauft für 17€ . Die Tour hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir würde diese jederzeit wieder Buchen. Danke für die sehr freundliche Art von Roberto.
