Very good tour! The guides are very friendly and focused on safety and fun. They made sure we had the most safe and fun experience possible. We stopped to taste local rum, cocoa and coffee. We also took a quick swim at the beach. This was an amazing experience and we got to see the real local community of Puerto Plata DR. Better than any tourist area. Loved this experience and would recommend.

Don’t miss this excursion!

The Buggy ride was awesome! When they say you will get wet, they were not kidding! Everyone was very professional and courteous. We had a blast and would do it again anytime! Only draw back is the extremely long walk to get to your ride. If you have problems walking, allow yourself a 1/2 hour to get out of the port gate to the pickup point.

They pick you up in a...

They pick you up in a nice air conditioned van then take you about a 20 minute ride to the trail. Then you take a nice approximately 30-40 min moderate hike up the mountain to the start of the zip lines. At the end of the zip lines you start your journey down the waterfalls. There are places where you can jump into the water or slide down the natural slides, but you will definitely have to get wet so be prepared with bathing suites and good water shoes.

Great experience! We had lots of fun, would absolutely do it again. Wear clothes you don’t mind throwing away or washing immediately afterwards. I appreciate the trip through town, makes me want to go back to spend more time. Take full advantage of your beach stop it’s the last hope to hose off.
